I do not want to do that, but ...

Come on, kids! No more shots.

Good. They obviously do not stutter.

Is anyone laughing?

Priden, Max.

What does he say? Will he stagger before breakfast?

How are you?

What do you think the right side is?

I think it'll be fine. What does he say, Max? Let's go.

Living, Maja.

How is it? my best girl?

How are you?

Are they worried about being nice?

Left. Run it!

Left, Maja. Here.

Run it!

Priden, Max. Come here.

Just calm. Everything is enough.

Here, Mali.

Priden, Shadow.

Dewey. Truman.

Here, Stari Jaka.

Pretty. Let's change it.

Here you go, Maja.

They live. -Yeah.

This year I did not expect you. - But you're lucky.

Most brutally true. - No, Katie!

Will she get a pilot license? -Coop, I missed you.

Good.

Dr i ? -Yeah.

Careful with that.

It survived 16,000 kilometers. No em, that two meters before the target breaks.

Excuse me.

They live. I am dr. Davis McClaren.

Department of Geology and Space Research, UCLA.

Jerry Shepard, an expedition guide. Welcome to the bottom of the world.

I am pleased. -Enako.

If you go a bit more south, can fall from the planet.

That would not be good.

Charlie Cooper, cartographer, machine andchicken, pavement of the landing trail.

I am pleased. -Dr. McClaren! Welcome to ice.

Andy Harrison, NSF Scientific Director. I am pleased.

Dr. Rosemary Paris, coordinator. -I am pleased.

Will you meet my team?

Yes, Mr. Cooper is very worried for my words.

Cooper? It's the first time for everyone.

Let's go in. -Thank you.

Of course. -Yeah.

Good. Madam Sreja, to my side.

JANUARY 1993

What are we playing? -She is beautiful.

25 cents. -25 cents.

You will lose. - You will lose.

You will lose, Nora Katie.

Doctor, will you go? -No thanks.

I do not have a risk for a long time.

You did fly with Katie, did not you?

Remind me how to go home.

Old Jack, will he play or not?

Translation, please. - He will not play.

Coop, what's your new girlfriend?

New girl?

I do not know.

Is not it sexy? -Wow.

Wow.

She's also a scientist. In Italian base.

Beautiful and smart. -Brihtna.

Do not you think, that something is missing in the picture?

Good. I mean ... I know that's what I mean.

She will send me a picture, on which we are together.

Hold on, Jer.

How much? -Dev.

Doctor, you'll be rejoicing his first trip to the Suh Valley?

During this time, it's nice there.

Actually, McClaren to Melbourne

by its meteorite.

Melbourne?

He did not mention Melbourne to me.

Meteorite seekers We know everything about each other.

I did not want anyone to know, where am I going,

because I'm looking for something special,

The NSF, however, that we have formally asked this.

Is something wrong?

I'll show you something.

On the map.

We're here, are not we? -Yeah.

There are Dry valleys.

Melbourne is here. Once again, in the opposite direction.

Last week I wanted to follow your path twice,

but I was not at Melbourne Since the beginning of the season.

Maybe it's true. But dr. McClaren came from far away.

If we can save him, let's go. - It's the end of January.

Ice is too thin, so it's flying with snowmobiles overcrowded.

We can come here only with dogs.

With dogs?

Good. They'll be able to pull all my equipment?

They will not have them.

It's late. -Lans were out there,

until we left.

All right, Andy. You're a cop. I'll make things right.

Need help? -No.

Coop, say Bučmanu no no.

When the second, Jer.

All right, kids. Let's go!

Everybody out and pretty in bed. Lets go.

Okay, Jaka.

Good. See you in the morning.

Hey, Maja.

There is one trip, what does it say?

Then through winter in McMurdo. Will this be OK?

It will be OK? Pretty.

Hey, Max. I'm counting on you.

Will he bring us luck? Hopefully.

See you in the morning, Max.

Race, race.

They live. -Hey.

I'm your favorite ice cream.

Strawberry. It's your favorite.

You spoke early. I could not go to the store.

Yeah. They changed the planets.

How are you?

The season is good. Kids are fine.

May is incredible. Old Jaka has been in years, so ...

Jerry, I asked you how you are.

Did I make any mistake?

No, Rosie. Just talking.

Good.

Good.

See you in the morning.

Thanks for the ice cream.

Slightly. No, no.

No, no.

Just a little bit. -Excuse me.

Watch out.

He was more comfortable on the floor as on the crest.

What exactly are you doing here?

Cartography. The last two years I'm trying to scroll every inch of this territory.

They live. What was it? You did not make it?

No. I did not try.

You just watched. This is also a failure, Jer.

Oh, I'm sorry.

I did not see you.

Sometimes we turn off the heating. If you need something to heal you,

I suggest you sleep with this.

Watch it.

Jerry!

Joy!

That's really all.

Wow. You sure we will not lose.

The first rule.

Get close to the dog just from the front.

See how the ropes are tense? -Yeah.

So be it all the time. If they wrap up, the dogs will heat.

Which is not good. - I understand.

Is there anything you should know? -Other is largely up to me.

I have to look after them. Working dogs are.

They would have to die. They like to work.

I'll give it to you now it will be officially presented.

Front in the lead is my best girl, Maya.

Next to it is Stari Jaka.

It's just been ten years old. I'll retire soon.

This white man behind is Mali.

In addition to him, Max, which is the youngest.

It'll be getting ready.

But he's capable. I'm very much looking forward to it.

There are two. This is Truman.

Truman was years ago Bite Dewey.

You see a scar above the left eye? -Yeah.

But since then, they are friends.

And in the end, they're here Eskimo dog.

Gray is the Shadow, and his buddy Buçman is his rd.

Powerful, but stupid. But we still love it.

Are we all ready? - I think we are.

I just met Majo, the Old Jako,

Little, Max, Truman, Dewey, Senco and Buchman.

Great. -Yeah?

Be careful. - I'm always.

Watch out for Cooper.

No worries. I will give him plenty of food and water.

Well, enough. Can we go?

I'd like to take a photo our untrained investigator. Thank you.

Good. Wait.

Good.

Ready?

Uno, dos, tres.

Great. Beautiful.

Coop, come here and say Buchmanu adijo.

And me?

Good. Bye, Buhman.

Good luck ... Good luck, Buhman.

I have to go, otherwise will get a complex of inferiority.

What about my complexes?

Come here. Work out of him.

I'm sure he sounded, when I told him about it. Would not ...

Good. I do not know why this starts.

Good.

Bye, Buhman.

Good.

Watch the doctor and Jerry, okay?

Horror!

Shit!

The dog popped me on the mouth and nose!

It's not funny.

I do not know what is laughing here.

Good. Beware of yourself. See you.

Bye. -Honey.

Okay, team. The last time this season.

Lets go! Come on!

Come on, Jaka! Run, Old Jaka!

Let's go, Maja! Run, girl!

Stop!

Stop!

What is wrong?

There are floating ice surfaces in front of us. I do not know how thick they are.

That's why we could not go with snowmobiles. Look.

What are we gonna do?

I'll tie the dogs differently.

In flaming, which will be safer.

We will progress more slowly, but more widely spread the weight.

It's one of the dogs falls into the water,

others will not follow him, because the ropes will be longer.

Come on!

Doctor.

See that? - What is this?

Here you go.

You see?

Yeah. What is this? -Most leopard.

The real leopards are, You will ask me.

Will we avoid them? - Yes, far away.

Stop! Stop!

Hold on, kids!

What is it? - We're on the glacier.

We have to be upset. Get up.

You will be inhibited and drove a sleigh. Right?

Moisturise.

Keep your sleigh in my footsteps.

I'm going ahead. - Good.

The glacier is always on the move, so we have to be careful.

Good. If necessary, brace with both legs.

Drive even further on. - Good.

Let's go, kids. Pośasi.

Have a nice time. Lets go.

Stop! Stop!

Press brake!

There is a crack.

I do not know how big it is, so we'll get it.

We'll drive our sleigh here. Have a nice time.

I'll call you here,

you slowly brake the brake.

Good. -May, to the left!

Left!

Max, what the hell?

Max, no. Left!

Max! Stop! Stop, Max! Scramble!

No!

Hold on!

With both hands, take hold of your sleigh! With both hands!

Come on! With all my might, Jaka!

Drag, Maja! With all my might!

Come on! Come on!

Ojoj.

Are you whole?

Yeah.

Promise me something.

When you hear about Melbourne, Do not take that much with you.

And try to get in before.

Andy said he could come, You agreed.

Andy is my chef. I do what they say.

If you thought it was not safe, we should not agree.

Just calm.

Jerry, thank you for that today.

Yeah. It'll be fine.

Who is this artist?

My son, Eric.

Always when I leave, I find something.

He is similar.

It'll be fine.

Yeah.

What about you? Anyone?

Are you crazy?

I'm here for six months a year and I'm pulling scientists around.

Which woman would she bear?

What about Katie? I had a feeling, that there is something between you.

Yeah. It was a couple of years ago.

You know, how it is. Sometimes it works, not at all.

My lifestyle most likely for such a relationship.

Let's get out, buddy.

We have to go early in the morning. Let's go. Come on, Max.

Come on, Max.

Stop!

Press brake, I'll drive.

Good. Stop!

What does he say?

Beautiful view. - That's Melbourne.

This is next week your home. - Great.

Lets go! Come on!

Victoria? Here's the McMurdo weather station.

Victoria here. Look, Mactown.

Living, Andy. Steve here. I'm just checking with your team.

Four are in the base, two on the ground.

I suggest they come back.

Large areas of low air pressure they're heading south.

For every case return home early. End

Accepted, Mactown.

Call Jerry.

Did you put a cup on me?

Of course.

Dr i ? -Yeah. Thank you.

How's she saying?

Everything says, that he should be here.

In the next few days we'll know.

The Melbourne Call Center. You're announcing.

The Melbourne Call Center. You're announcing.

Jerry?

Jerry, do you remember me?

Yes, Melbourne is here. Are you, Katie?

Jerry, Mactown called.

... it's coming up with a storm.

I did not sound good. It's a bad reception.

Jerry, go back to base. You heard me?

Heavy storms are coming. Mactown wants to come back immediately.

Good. I sounded like that. We'll be back.

When should I storm the storm?

Katie?

I'm sorry. It seems, that we have to go back.

When do we have to leave? - As soon as possible. Tomorrow.

Do business, Jerry ... - You said what she said.

Do it. I can not go back, without even trying.

You will not decide on that.

It's true.

There is a severe storm.

No less storm, but severe.

This is a big difference here below.

As a guide I have to bring you back to the whole,

and I will do it.

Jerry, for the stone It's from the other world.

On an ice floe floating maybe the first meteorite from Merkur.

It can lead us to discoveries, which we are not representing.

When you climb the mountain or the river is upward,

it's not interesting what you know is that there, but for what you do not know.

What can I find? And that is how it is.

I traveled half the world to make it I found something that meant a lot to me.

Jerry, please ...

For what matters to you, he has to take a risk.

Half a day on the eastern slopes.

But at noon We have to be at ease.

Deal.

No.

We're running out of time.

I know, believe me.

Jerry!

I think we are Something worthwhile. - Wait!

Wait! Do not move!

Beyond the safe area.

It's big. Eleven centimeters of diameter, completely untouched.

It looks like basalt, I have never seen such a thing before.

Jerry! - Do not move.

The field is not verified. I said stay inside the tags.

My God. That's it!

Great. Stand still!

I'm glad you found a stone, but first it must be safe.

By its degrees come back.

I knew I would find it. What did I tell you? That's it.

And this in half a day! Thank you.

Now that you've screwed me to death, can we go back?

Yeah. - Good. Let's go.

Victoria, there Mactown. Please sign up.

Victoria here. Look, Mactown.

The storm is approaching it's getting faster and worse.

We'll send you the coordinates.

Accepted, Mactown.

Melbourne. You're announcing.

What is it?

One of the children taco should be tilted.

Pokli i Katie. Ask what the storm is like.

Good.

Ojoj. It seems that the Old Jaka is.

Come here, Jaka.

Base, it's announced.

Baza, come in. -It's okay.

Breathe deeply.

Maya, get the rope.

Do not be afraid, Maja. I hold you.

Stay in consciousness, Doctor.

Go, Maja.

Pośasi.

Pretty.

Goodbye, Maja. Give him a rope around his neck.

Pretty. Doctor.

Bring the stretcher! -Take it!

You do not tell me that. - Take care of the dogs!

Look what's with his hands. Get him in!

Come on, Jerry. - Let's go!

You've come out!

Goodbye, Maja!

You brought us home.

Good. Let's see what's on the leg.

Rosemary, supercooling equipment.

Put your hands in. They will slow down slowly.

How are you, mate?

How are the dogs? - Good. I gave them to eat.

You will bring a stone. -Kamen?

Did he find what he was looking for? - Of course. He had a great guide.

Make a plane as soon as possible.

No medical assistance will be dr. McClaren at the foot.

What about the dogs? - I'm sorry. There's no place for everything.

I spoke with Mactown. Winter team is ready.

Katie can be right away returns back to the dogs.

I'll wait here and returned later, with dogs.

It does not happen. It may have frostbite of the third level

and now the victim is already injured.

Jerry, he's right. I'll be right back. I promise.

Let's get ready to leave.

Ven.

Watch your head. Because, help me.

All right, Maja.

Watch them. I'll be back. I promise.

Be good. That's my girlfriend.

Good luck. She'll be flattering us.

Coop, I know that you're scared ... - Is it a terrible fear of flying? Yeah.

It's McMURDO ANTARCTIC

Hey.

Hey!

Finally.

Oh, boy.

You had a good time, that you fainted.

We ...

It was our fault

like balloons among spectators at the stadium.

Katie always yelled at me, let me not quit,

but it did not happen. It was too tense.

It was crazy.

Where are they all?

Here. We're all in Mactown.

Davis is fine. You're fine.

There are still hands, which is good.

Everything is ... Everything's fine, old man.

Did Katie bring dogs?

Ve ...

No.

They were told to wait,

Time has improved.

Because? Ever since we talked, we got down.

Old ...

You finally got up.

How's your hands? -Fine.

When can we return to the base? - I think I should have rested.

No, Katie. When can we go?

Time has worsened. You do not fly.

When will it improve?

Winter teams are canceled. There must be no flight until spring.

CONFLICT

Right away!

Excuse me. Are you the commander?

Who are you? -Jerry Shepard, NSF.

Andy Harrison's team are you, right? -Yeah.

We should go back to the base. We did not completely evacuate it.

What? I ordered you yesterday, that they must from there.

They did not leave. We left eight dogs there.

Psov?

More than 200 people, ten winter teams I have to evacuate to New Zealand.

Dogs are part of a team's team, NSFs are.

Captain, we're having trouble. The engines are freezing.

We need to move the aircraft. - Look, son. It's today.

We have two days, before a new storm arrives.

It will last until Saturday, which also predict,

then it will be winter and nobody will fly.

We do not have enough food, to stay here.

Work for me. - We need a plane.

Let's start? - What?

Get rid of planes. - Can you wait a minute?

Do it. Just give us a plane, similar to the one we were talking to.

We'll be back in three hours.

Son, we will have the C-130,

the one on that landing can not agree.

We can not leave them there.

I can not do it. I'm sorry.

Let's get rid of the aircraft. - I understand.

Yes, on.

They live.

How are you?

When will Rosie leave?

A couple of hours before you, Coop and Doctor.

Jerry, I'm sorry.

I really did, Jerry.

I'm not talking about this. Will you drink something?

Please.

Fresca. - I have nothing else.

You know, it's not your fault. No one is guilty.

We left them there. - We did not leave them that way.

Do not say so much. Dogs are powerful.

They may survive.

We closed our collars, so that they do not retire.

Do business ...

I know ...

I know that I would like, how to get back.

I know you're disappointed with me.

No.

Your eyes must be simple Reduce your expectations.

You know what, Jerry? I'm sorry. I really did.

I need to prepare things.

You will have the luck, you will get the money by August.

August?

Wait. You did not understand me. Dogs can in a few days ...

I have to go right there.

I'm sorry, Mr. Shepard. When winter occurs,

all the years there and from there are prohibited.

We had to give up this year winter teams.

We did not get them down before the storm. - It's a guy who goes south.

Understand it. On Antarctica this is the worst storm in 25 years.

You will not believe me, Check out the weather report.

PASADENA, KALIFORNIJA

Where's the rocket going? - What a surprise!

On Mars, father. - Go ahead.

How are you? - Good.

What about your fingers? - I can keep them.

Great. - And your leg?

There's coffee in the kitchen.

Eric, we're getting the right color.

You really surprised me pleasantly. - Do I help you?

There is no need. - Will you?

What brought you to Los Angeles?

I brought you something.

Thank you.

I have to go back. Right away.

I can not sleep at night. I tried In NSF, agencies, foundations.

I convinced TVs, to record my return.

I did everything to collect money. But it's been a long time.

Only a week ago, I have, before pressing winter.

Then it will not take six months for you. You can convince them.

People who finance scientific projects.

University Fund? - Now, you'd do everything for yourself.

Jerry, listen to what you say. - No, I would like to,

only for three days. I can tell them.

Tell me to explore the field. - That would be throwing money away.

No, it would not be. - Even if you would go there.

It's now minus 45 degrees. -No.

Jerry, really look at this. It's now ...

I know how much time has passed.

But I have to make sure. I have to go.

Someone said that Jerry Shepard work in a children's pool.

I said, "That does not. I have to make my own judgment. "

Did you hear a horn?

Actually, I'm just a driver. Somebody else would like to see you.

Brandy! Come on. Run to Jerry!

Wow.

How big and beautiful. - She's also smart. Just like you said.

Is it? Let's see if she has taught you anything.

Go get it!

She is beautiful.

I still do not know what he's doing here.

You never call back. I'm worried about it.

I have a lot of work. - Yeah, I see.

What about you? What do you want?

It's not shaky. I got guys.

Really? -Yeah,

we have not been together for a long time, and I do as well.

It's completely different than we do. He can only work with his head.

He is an engineer.

Drive the train?

Stop it.

Yeah. -Pridna.

Run, Brandy!

You did not want to cooperate in McKinley's expedition.

I know that it's hard for you, because you had to leave the dogs there.

It is what it is. There's nothing to talk about.

There's nothing to talk about? Jerry, come on.

I'm not talking about this.

You can not always hide here, Jerry.

Nine years old lenders kayaking? What is this now?

MINDS TOWELS

A man who loves dogs, he sees him as soon as he turns it around.

Living, Mindo.

How are you? Did you travel well? - It was not bad.

Thank you for taking my time for me. - I'm happy.

You're part of the family.

Here you go. I thought he would be happy.

Thank you. Get in there.

Did you get an appointment?

I knew it ...

I knew it, that you educated them.

I do not need to go through the procedure. It's not about getting rid of it.

Why?

When I was young,

he wanted to be with a group of towed dogs on Yukon.

It was some summer with six in the wild.

They hit the grizzly. He was young and big.

Father healed, that he almost died.

When he realized, he saw that two dogs had died,

because they tried to tell him. Others have retreated.

When she recovered, they wanted to look for them.

He said he had to go.

You know, why am I telling you?

Because I will not find my dogs.

This is not a story about dogs, but about my father,

who was grateful for that, what the dogs did for him.

Jerry, it is important,

to find that, what will bring you peace.
