what job I was at.

to be worried about?

Nah,
they just typical teenagers.

The kids kept asking me like,
"why am I doing this?"

And I'm actually like,

really think about that

looked in the industry.

Especially once we got married,

Because it was built before
that code went into effect.

I have a home in the palisades right now

That is old, that was built in 1924,
that I'm re-doing.

Everyone else has
to widen the street,

But because my house is grandfathered,
I don't have to widen the street.

It's always important to buy the
worst building in the best neighborhood.

under that clause,

Your upgrades might not be
as expensive as you might think.
