that the evidence

was compelling enough that
he'd be better off confessing.

The confession is out.

I also move
to suppress the evidence

resulting from the detective's
improper DNA dragnet.

made it emphatically clear

that this was a request,
not a demand.

Moreover, Mr. Ross
rejected this request.

Police procured
his DNA pursuant

to a lawfully obtained warrant.

With evidence procured as
a result of Mr. Ross's refusal

required under New York law.

There is no clear link between

we all know Cash

didn't kill Angela because

confessed to killing her.
