♪ ba-ba, ba, da, da, ba-ba, ba, da, da ♪
This is basically all our family.
My mom's grandkids, my grandkids.
We get together every Sunday, usually play cards.
My best friend, Lisa, and her husband, Michael.
We're celebrating my mama's 77th birthday!
I got it, I got it. That's a ten.
I'm just happy to live to see 77.
Seven-- it's a good year.
Oh, I think they love it.
I think everybody just knows how close I am with my mom.
It's actually really nice having her right next door.
Uh, I do get my meals from her.
At this point, she is getting older.
And even though she's just next door, it makes more sense
for us to kind of be together so that I can really watch
over her because I really wanna just give back to her.
- I grew up with my grandmother. - In Trinidad.
In Trinidad.
When I came up here, I work, and I send
for my three children.
My mom is a great person.
She's very giving.
She's always said that all she had was love
for her children, and so that's all she ever gave us.
It was not an easy road,
and I thank her for appreciating it.
Our houses are a little too small for both of us.
We have looked probably about 20 houses so far.
It's always hard finding just the right property
for both of us that's separate, but together.
I think those places are harder to find.
I don't want to be just anywhere.
We've always dreamed of living
in the View Park, Windsor Hills area.
There are some neighborhoods in here that
pockets that's just really nice.
I would like to be in a neighborhood that I feel
comfortable getting out there at 5, 6 o'clock
in the morning and go for a walk.
- I'm glad we finally met you. - Yeah.
- 'Cause it's only been-- - Yeah, a lot of talking
on the phone and emails, but here it is.
Four bedrooms, four bathrooms.
- Ooh. - Oh, wow.
- Wow. - This is nice.
- This is a beauty. - This is lovely.
You live next door to each other right now, is that right?
- Yes, it is. - Yeah.
My mom is paranoid that she's gonna fall.
Being under the same roof, I can watch over her,
but then everybody that comes, they get us both.
- It's like a two-for-one. - That's what we say.
I love to host my family. I love to cook.
- Can I come over for dinner one of these days? - Yeah, can I be invited?
I wanna see this.
- The reggae music going and the calypso going. - Oh, yeah.
- I mean, these hips were made for moving. - Ooh!
Just saying.
- Yeah. - Don't get him started.
- I'll be trying. - Oh, yeah.
This looks like more than enough space for all of us.
3,200 square feet in this house.
- This is listed at $1,650,000. - Oh, wow.
That's really low for this area for this size of home.
This house needs a fair bit of work.
Oh, my God. Take me inside.
How do you feel about shag carpet?
- Oh, no. - No!
- All right, come on inside. - After you.
- Wow, Shelly. - This is gorgeous.
Get the party started.
You gotta have the space.
And this is a really, really great space.
- This is a good size. - This is a bedroom right here.
- This is the shag carpet. - Oh, yeah.
Get ready for it.
That is crazy.
Mama's-- don't go in there, girl.
Look!
Something might jump out at you.
I do think the shag carpet was originally here.
I think that's why the bottom of the baseboards is a little
higher and things look a little discolored there. - Oh!
You can see through here as well.
Dining space is a good size.
- Oh, this is nice. - Ooh!
I see you getting all excited about this.
Shelly, look at the kitchen.
Is this big enough for you,
or would you like to have even bigger than this?
I think this is big enough for me.
- This is big enough. - Yeah?
OK.
I don't think my mama likes people in her kitchen anyway,
so this is going to be a one-way kitchen anyway.
Yeah, I prefer to do it myself.
That way, everybody's out of my way.
- Ha-ha! I love it. - Well, that works.
Well, what does not work for you in this kitchen?
I think all of this is actually dated.
Yeah.
The style of the cabinet is still good.
- It's the color is a little off. - Yes, the color.
You can either spray out the cabinets.
If you like the footprint.
- Yeah, I think I would like that. - Yeah.
I'm curious what's behind this wall.
- It is an amazing bar. - Oh, Shelly.
- Party zone. - Oh, my gosh.
Mama, yes.
Oh, my gosh. Talk about going back in time.
Remember the one we had in the '70s?
Yes, I do remember you having a bar.
I do love a bar, especially a retro bar,
but this is like-- this is...
It's a little rough.
But I like having a bar because we like to drink
and we like to party. - What are your big things?
When you have get-togethers, what are the most important things?
- Food. - Food, the music, the card games.
Oh, yeah.
The fact that it's a secondary entertaining space,
you have the other living room. - Yeah.
So even the kids could be over there while you're in here
playing cards, having a drink. - Yeah, having a drink.
There's a covered porch.
Oh, OK.
We would love to have a bigger backyard.
Would you wanna brighten it up in here some?
It's pretty dark right now.
- Yes. - Definitely.
The layout of this house is unique.
The upper level is just one bedroom.
- It's the main suite. - Ooh.
Down here, you have a bedroom here and the shag carpet room
and another bedroom in front. - Oh!
Now, because we all respect our elders...
- Mm-hmm. - ...you would let her choose which room she wants.
Mother, do you want to go upstairs?
- Mother. - I would love to.
But since you are the younger one...
- Oh, thank you. - ...I will take this one.
- Oh, thank you, Mama. - Oh, my God.
It has a bathroom right there,
so it's-- this will work. - That'll work.
Why don't you just relax down here?
- Let's go have a peek. - OK.
Oh, my goodness. Whoa!
Now, this is what I'm talking about.
See, I could come up here, leave my mom downstairs,
and have my own space. - With a fireplace.
- With a fireplace. - Well, not just that.
Fireplace, wet bar, massive bedroom.
Oh, my goodness.
- Maybe I should show your mom, because she might-- - No!
She might change her mind.
- Some of the finishes are a little tired. - Yes.
- Very pink, too. - You know, here, grab a seat.
Let's chat. The thing with this house,
it's really great for you guys.
It's in the neighborhood you want.
And it's big.
- This is listed for $1,650,000 right? - Hmm.
It isn't priced as low as what I thought it might have been,
because the house needs so much work.
Anything we could get the price down would be
your renovation budget.
- Yeah. - Yeah, OK.
In reality, as tired as a lot of the finishes are,
it's still very livable, so you could pick the areas
that are the most important to renovate. - Yeah.
And then some of the other stuff could potentially wait.
I mean, I like that this house is big and it does have
all the space that I would need, but maybe there's something
else out there that doesn't need as much work.
This is the kind of home that will scare people away because
they see the expense of a renovation... - Mm-hmm.
...so I don't think it's gonna sell like today. - Oh, OK.
We'll have time to look at other houses.
OK. That sounds like a plan.
All right.
I was so surprised to see how big this home is.
Compared to where I was living, it is huge.
This is the first time I'm meeting these guys,
and they're so funny and fun, and you can tell
they absolutely love each other.
How cool is that, that a mother-daughter duo
are working together to improve their living situation?
My concern with family being all in one house is,
you know, you never want it to be like you're falling
on top of each other.
Shelly-Ann would have her entire own floor.
She would have her own privacy, and then when she wants to see
her mom, when she wants to see the rest of the family,
they're-- they've got lots of space to do that.
They also love the idea of that multi-generational living.
This is a house that is designed for that lifestyle.
What's overwhelming is the work that needs to be done.
If we can see something move-in ready
that would be great, yeah.
'Cause I am not going back to work.
This is it, right on the corner.
Oh, my goodness.
It is nice to have a corner lot because you get gardens
and access all the way around. - Oh my goodness.
I love this porch.
So before we go inside, to give you a little bit a lay of the land,
you've got 2,042 square feet,
four bedrooms, three bathrooms. - Oh.
You will notice that this house
looks and feels a lot more modern
than the other house that we looked at.
- Oh, OK. - But there may still be
some things that you want to tweak and adjust
to your own needs. - OK.
But the house itself is listed for way less
than that last house. It's at $1,500,000.
OK, OK.
It is a house that is set up to party.
Oh!
This area is fantastic.
All beautiful tree-lined streets, undergrounded utilities.
The houses are all really well-maintained.
Having a corner lot, they actually get a bigger lot.
So this jumped off the page to me when I saw this.
- Wow. - This is nice.
This is nice.
Definitely a kitchen with some, uh...
- Ooh! This is beautiful. - ...connectivity here.
Between this table over here, the breakfast bar seating,
and this, you can fit 15 people comfortably.
Oh, and I have enough grandchildren
and great-grandchildren to fit the 15. - Yes, yes.
So would this actually work for you?
I-- the kitchen, as far as I see in the kitchen,
this will work for me. I love it.
You know, you'll see with this house, some spaces are more
generous, like this area. - Mm-hmm.
- Other spaces, not quite so much. - Oh, OK.
You know, it is 1,000 square feet less than that first house
you looked at. - Mm-hmm.
But everything is a lot more updated.
Why don't we take a look at the living room?
Oh, yeah, this is nice.
- Wow, this is beautiful. - I like it.
I like-- Ooh, Shelly-Ann.
- Straight to - the booze. - Of course.
Of course, we see that first, huh?
- Make yourself comfortable. - Oh, yeah.
So, because this house doesn't have quite as much
square footage as the other house, you don't have
a formal dining room. - Uh-huh.
So here you've got a nice big kitchen.
- Now, technically, they have two tables in the kitchen. - Mm-hmm.
The round table at the front over here is where your actual
dining table would normally go.
We could remove those cabinets and do a built-in banquette
and then have, like, a large dining area in there.
- Don't think so. - Doesn't work for you?
No, that doesn't work for me.
Because this house doesn't have quite as much square footage
as the other house, you don't have a formal dining room.
That doesn't work for me.
Mama, please say that doesn't work for you.
Please.
We like to have our Thanksgiving dinners.
Yeah.
We like to have Christmas dinners.
We always have the formal dining room.
Yeah.
All of these things are a give-and-take,
'cause your room on this level would be bigger
and has its own bathroom. - Yes, I like that.
Downstairs will be mine.
So if you want to relax for a minute, though, I will take
you upstairs to where your room would be. - OK.
- All right. - OK.
So you'll see there's a big bathroom already.
Nice sized room.
The room is a little bit small.
There is a second bedroom on this side over here.
We have the room in your budget.
We could redo this upper level into a main suite.
You know, even if you open up these walls, there still
wouldn't be a lot of space up here.
The other property had a whole living room
with a bar area, fireplace.
Keep in mind, that is an anomaly.
That other place is an anomaly.
- As far as your space is concerned... - Mm-hmm.
...nothing we do here would compare with how big that is.
Oh, well, yeah.
Something that does beat that other house, hands-down,
is the backyard. - Oh, let's see.
Ah! Oh, my gosh.
Oh, my goodness.
- Look at this. - Right?
- This is beautiful. - Your own fireplace area here.
- Oh, my God. - Oh, my goodness.
And then outdoor kitchen, outdoor living room.
I love this.
You said you wanted a dining area.
- Here's your formal dining. - Yes.
- This is beautiful. - Oh, I love this.
See, we could play cards out here.
- Yeah, we can. - This is nice.
All I'm left with is wow.
I mean, this makes up for upstairs.
Oh, yeah? What about the formal dining room?
Oh, gosh.
I can't do it without my dining room!
Oh, my goodness!
Just know that your mom will be getting a bigger bedroom
and a bigger kitchen. - Oh, I know.
- I know. - It's hard.
You don't seem to always get everything...
- Everything. - ...in one place.
You have to admit, this is a pretty good option.
It-- it is a good option.
- This is definitely a good option. - Mm-hmm.
It gives us something to think about.
Great. We're not done.
Drew has another house he wants to show you, too.
But take a look inside at what would be your bedroom,
Umilta, and let me know if there's anything else
you have questions about. - OK.
- OK. - I'll meet up with you in a bit.
- All right. - All right.
I am actually pretty pleasantly surprised
because this-- I mean, obviously,
the backyard's fantastic.
I do realize there are challenges inside
with the square footage, but it's really only affecting
the upper level.
I think the main floor overall would feel
more functional for them.
This place does check a lot of the boxes.
But I would like it a little, tiny bigger.
It really gives you something to think about.
All right, let's get in there.
- This is the house. - Ooh.
This looks small, but it's
2,233 square feet.
Four bedrooms, four bathrooms.
This looks nice, Shelly-Ann.
I like it. It has a little curb appeal.
It's a great street. I know we're in your prime area
that you wanna be in. - Yeah.
It's very unassuming, 'cause I know that last place
you saw, it felt like maybe it wasn't enough space for you.
- Mm-hmm. - But it's got a secret.
- Oh, OK. - I can hardly wait.
Shall we come up and have a look?
- OK. - Yeah?
Oh!
This is nice.
It's cute.
- You can see they've been prepping to repaint this. - Oh, OK.
And they're patching the walls a little bit.
- Because they're about to sell, right? - Yeah.
So they're just trying to fix it up.
- So that's not a bad thing. - It's small.
It's smaller than both of the other
living rooms that we saw.
It's-- yeah, you can't expect with these houses and these
neighborhoods to be this gigantic living room like
you saw in that one house. - Oh, OK.
I wanna see what the rest of it looks like.
You have two bedrooms here and a bathroom.
I think you'll like this kitchen, Umilta.
- Oh, yeah. - This is a nice kitchen.
This is nice.
But it's still not as nice as the last one that we saw.
I know, that last one have you a little spoiled.
Yes, it did.
You said you play cards, right?
Yeah, we do.
You definitely don't play poker because your poker face
is terrible. What's wrong with this place?
This place is just tiny. It-- it is.
I don't know how we would use it when we do like
to entertain, you know, a couple of kids here
and we're cramped. - You don't like it?
Well, I'll have to see what else this has,
- what the rooms look like. - Yeah.
Well, the good thing with this house is, Umilta,
you would have your own suite because
this would be your bedroom.
It has its own bathroom.
- Oh, that's nice. - Yeah.
The first place we saw, we didn't have that for her.
Do you think I would show you something that does not
work for you at all? - OK, well, come on.
- Do your thing. - So, this is the thing.
- This house alone probably doesn't feel like it works. - Mm-hmm.
This house has an ADU, so there's a separate building.
- Oh! - Oh, now you're talking.
It's a lot of space just for you.
Oh, yeah.
It's unique having a house like this with an ADU,
two-story ADU.
It adds a lot of square footage
and a lot of function for a family.
It's not for everybody, because you're basically living
in two houses on one lot, so...
They already live in two houses.
They're trying to move closer together.
I just didn't-- I didn't want to move forward
without showing them this place,
because there's a lot that this can offer.
I mean, living with family sounds great, but a lot
of times, in reality, it's harder than you think.
It's nice to have your own space.
- This is gorgeous. - This is gorgeous.
This is huge.
This house is listed for $1,325,000,
so it's way below your max budget. - Oh, OK. Yeah.
So you have the money to do whatever you want.
You could do a beautiful outdoor kitchen and deck.
Yes, yes.
You could spruce up the inside of the houses a bit.
Yeah. No, I like that idea.
I like that idea.
There you go.
Ooh, Shelly-Ann.
Oh, my goodness. Look at this.
- This is nice. - Isn't it?
This is nice.
This kitchen is bigger than the kitchen inside the house.
- Look at this. - It kind of feels that way,
doesn't it? - It does, it feels that way.
That kitchen has more storage, but this kitchen has
this nice, big peninsula. - Oh, that's right.
The high ceilings make a huge difference,
way bigger than the main house.
It'll give me enough space to have friends over.
Upstairs is the bathroom bedroom.
- Oh, OK. - OK.
Are you OK with this kind of a layout instead of having all
your space in the main house?
I don't know that I'm, like, sold on it.
I mean, I-- I might be a little bit too far away from her.
I love her so much. I can't help it.
I say we give Umilta a sandwich.
There we go. There we go.
Yes, I love my mama!
- Let's chat. - Yeah.
So of the three houses,
which house gives you more of what you're looking for?
I think the first house. It's a big house.
I would have a lot of space upstairs.
- You're all under one roof. - And we're all under one roof.
The problem is, it's already
capping out your budget.
It needs more work than what you can afford
to do to it right now. - Yeah.
- It has a lot of space. - Whereas here,
we could do anything you want.
Or the one that Jonathan showed you, that's within budget as
well, and it has that outdoor oasis.
I did like that place.
You know, I love that outdoor space.
- Yeah. - And we could have a lot of fun there.
That makes me think.
- I did like that place that we saw, that second home. - Yeah.
But the first house, I like the idea of having more space.
It-- it really does sound like you love that first house.
Mm-hmm.
Would you be comfortable where you're getting the larger home
and you only fix up a couple of key areas?
That would be fine.
That bar room, the living room, the dining room.
The kitchen.
- That's what people would see... - Yeah.
...and that's what my mom would be most happy with.
Would you want to write an offer on that?
That's-- that's where my heart is leaning.
What do you think about that?
- I think I love it, too. - Yeah.
- Yeah. - Oh, yeah.
I think I love that.
Let's get an offer in.
- Let's see if we can get the price down a little bit. - OK-- ah!
- Yeah, let's do it. - Yeah? Good, good.
- Let's do it! - Oh, my God.
I'm so happy that we've made a decision.
We found a house that we like.
I hope that we'll be able to negotiate and get that price
down, leaving us some money so that we can do some upgrades.
I'm always nervous.
A lot of people will just come in with a lowball offer,
No matter what the price of the house is.
That doesn't make sense.
I will literally list off all the things that have to be
fixed to say, "This is the value of the home in our mind,
because there's so much work to do."
- I'm excited. - All right.
Within a week, you guys could have a house.
Within a week! Whoo!
I love that ADU.
So, can I take it with me?
Hey, Shelly-Ann. It's Drew.
How you doing?
I am good. Guess what?
You got the house.
Congratulations.
So you got the place for $1.52.
That gives you $80,000 for the renovation.
We're not gonna be able to do everything.
- I think we should focus on... - OK.
...those main areas we talked about.
But there's a lot that we can do still with $80,000.
So we'll put a design plan together
and we'll sort of figure out our plan of attack
and go from there.
What's your mom's reaction gonna be?
I'll talk to you soon, OK?
Bye.
Shelly-Ann and Umilta are focusing their renovation
budget on the shared spaces, as this is where they'll spend
most of their time.
The bar will get new cabinetry.
The existing kitchen cabinets are in pretty good shape
and will get updated with a coat of fresh paint.
And the fireplace will get a facelift
with a modern plaster facade.
Yes!
All right. I've done my work.
I'm out of here. My shift is over.
I'm sorry I'm giving you lots of stairs, Umilta.
That's OK.
I already did my 6,000 steps today.
Oh, wow. You're ahead of me.
- I'm at 2,700 steps. - Oh, you got a long way to go.
Good to see you.
We only have $80,000 for the renovation.
That could go fast just with the kitchen and bar alone.
So we're trying to be very strategic with how we spend,
where we spend, and what we're looking to keep.
Oh!
So I wanna understand how much vibrancy you want
in the space, also in the living area.
- So fabrics for the sofa. - I like personality, myself.
- You tell me. - I like this green.
This green is pretty.
- You like this? - That'll be personality, yeah.
- If you were doing a green like this... - Mm-hmm.
...in the main area, I think this
could look really nice in the den.
- Oh! - OK.
That sounds good.
In the bar for the backsplash,
do you wanna do something maybe that could be a little larger,
but maybe not so uniform, like something that has personality?
- Yes, yes, something that has personality... - Yes, yeah
...because that's what we plan on doing is
having some fun at that bar.
You know, after the third cocktail,
you're gonna have some personality.
As you know, because you only have a budget of $80,000
for the renovation, we're not reconfiguring anything. - Mm-hmm.
We're gonna work with what we have.
- I mean, I know we are gonna swap out the bar. - Mm-hmm.
That's gonna be new cabinets.
That whole area in the den is
gonna be a lot lighter than it was before. - Yeah.
We'll add new luxury vinyl flooring that will run
throughout the main living areas,
a durable and cost-effective alternative to hardwood.
We'll paint out the dark wood paneling and beams in the den
to brighten the space, allowing us to go bold
with the color of the sofa.
We'll reposition the bar cabinetry along the wall
for easier flow to the card table,
and a mosaic tiled backsplash will add warmth
and interest to the space.
Finally, floating shelves above will maximize storage
for glassware and bottles and save on budget compared
to closed cabinetry.
For the kitchen, we were thinking something
that's more of a marble feel for the countertop that goes
up the wall. - Oh, my goodness!
- I love it! - I love it.
- I love it. - Yeah, there was really
dark-toned cabinets before. - Mm-hmm.
We want to brighten it up. What about--
Hold on one second.
Now that I see the kind of bold color choices you have
for the sofa, why not get a little bold
with the color choice for the cabinets?
Hmm!
This one is too bold, I can tell you that.
Too dark. So forget the blue.
So this is a bit like a mint, like a light mint.
- Hmm. Oh! - I love the greens.
I like the green.
I like that you're going into the green family.
Maybe even if it's not quite this dark,
but something maybe in the middle.
- Something in the middle sounds good. - Oh, yeah.
- Ooh. - Ooh.
Yes. Yes.
I might-- I might go in the kitchen.
Ooh! Stay out.
Umilta and Shelly-Ann are just so vibrant and fun,
and they're bolder than I thought they were gonna be.
They're actually picking out some pretty nice colors,
which means we can get more playful with the space.
We-- we gon' tap into your wild side, Mama.
- This way is Mama's kitchen. - Yes.
I'll be whipping it up.
I wanna know what this was.
Oh, you know, why don't you not face the exhaust at my face?
- Morning. - Hey.
- Morning. - Look at these fancy floors!
- Yeah. - Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah, you haven't seen the floors.
And this must mean we have our bar cabinets.
Cabinets are actually scheduled to land today.
- Oh, OK. - So we have our shelving units.
This is gonna look really nice.
Do you want to discuss Umilta's room for a sec?
I know Umilta and Shelly-Ann made the decision
that they wanted to focus their budget on the kitchen
and living areas, the areas for everyone, but Umilta deserves
to have a great space, so Jonathan and I have decided
to add on a little something extra for her.
She's the matriarch of the family, and she's amazing.
There's no sense in handing over a beautiful main floor
everywhere else, and then this room is like an afterthought. - Yeah.
Well, especially right off the family room.
You know what we should do for furniture, light fixture?
Let's look at the warehouse. I'll bring Shelly-Ann as well.
She could help us figure out what Umilta would like.
I don't know that it's right for the space, but I do think
there's something interesting. Hit the light switch there.
- Wow! - Neat.
It's got, like, this interesting pattern inside, too.
Yeah, that's called decades of bug buildup.
Umilta has given her whole life to her family.
She deserves a beautiful spot that's just for her,
not an afterthought.
This house is actually looking really good.
We have a facade for the fireplace going in.
The bar is coming together.
This is a family that loves to entertain.
They love the bar.
Umilta and Shelly-Ann know that they don't
have a big budget for the renovation,
but I wanna make sure we knock it out of the park.
All right, I-- I have options. Which one...?
Mm-mm, mm-mm.
It's hot. Careful.
So we have new clients
that we're working with... - Mm-hmm.
...and it is a mother-daughter combo. - Oh, nice.
They are moving in together, pooling their resources
so they can have a bigger place.
I feel like you would get along really, really well with them
because Umilta is the head of the family.
- She is a great-grandmother. - We've got things in common.
You could have a cook-off and see, you know, who wins.
But I think what would be really great,
obviously, we just finished the renovation in your place. - Mm-hmm.
It was a lot of work to put that kitchen together,
and you had a lot of input. - Yes.
Would you take Umilta over to the warehouse to show her some
organization solutions? - No, that would be great.
I'd love to meet her.
I mean, it sounds to me like her daughter is
very supportive. - Yeah.
And especially with her now, uh, in her senior years.
Yeah.
It wouldn't work for everybody.
- As grownups, we have lived together over the years. - Mm-hmm.
You were here when your renovation was happening.
Which of the three sons would you find easier to live with?
She won't answer.
- Hey. - Hi.
- Howdy, howdy. - Howdy, howdy.

- This is my mom, Joanne. - So nice to meet you!
Umilta, Shelly-Ann.
Yeah, it's so great to see you.
There's three of us. There's one, so...
But that's actually why it's good to have her here.
- We're gonna sort of divide and conquer. - OK.
I wanna pull Shelly-Ann to look at a few furniture pieces,
and my mom has already started pulling out some pieces
for your kitchen, so maybe you can take Umilta over there.
- Sure. - All right.
OK.
These are just a few things that I pulled out
of the warehouse here... - OK.
...'cause I think storage is so important.
- Look at this. For your upper cabinetry... - Mm-hmm.
...this will pull out and come down. - Oh!
You won't have to be reaching up
and in behind and everything. - Oh, wow.
- That's wonderful. Yeah. - You'll be able to just pull that down.
These things in some of your cupboards, you can have
different sizes of these and they rotate.
Oh, OK.
So you don't have to worry about reaching in
to get behind. - That's amazing.
I hear that you don't like having extra hands
in the kitchen? - No, I don't.
I like-- I like to do my own thing in the kitchen.
- Thank you. - I'm right there with you.
I'm exactly the same.
I just want to get away from your mom for a bit.
Jonathan and I want to surprise your mom by doing her bedroom.
Aw! Oh, my gosh.
- I know you don't have the budget for it... - Mm-hmm.
...so what we wanted to do is pull some stuff
from the warehouse here, and then we'll just stage it.
- We'll make it look really nice for her because she deserves... - Oh my gosh.
- ...a little something, right? - Oh, that's so wonderful.
- Thank you so much. - You're welcome.
