- In this last year we have celebrated many victories

and we have sorrowed after

the many, many, many, many enumerable defeats.

But we have always picked ourselves up and carried on.

And so when you walk through

the doors today do not think

that you are ending your educational journey

but that you are beginning

the educational journey of your life.
