continues to expand, federal officials have now surrounded the embassy of the

Russian Federation, refusing to let anyone enter or leave the premises.

Arrest totals are now in the dozens.

their resignation, and four other members were arrested at the Capitol by

members of the FBI's counterterrorism and counterespionage unit.
