I've been here for a couple of weeks now, -

- and the situation is getting worse by the day.

My team is working in a refugee camp close to the airport.

There's fierce fighting in the capital.

And 100,000 of the Christian population have taken refuge here.

So, it's straight off the plane and get to work.

It's the most absurd refugee camp I've ever seen.

It has around 100,000 people.

The people here don't have clean water, healthcare or toilets.

Soon they'll be out of food as well.

Yesterday, an outbreak of measles was detected.

None of the children here have been vaccinated.

In such a situation, measles can be fatal.

What can you and your team do?

The team I'm in charge of, consists of international doctors and nurses.

But 90% of the people working at the clinic -

- are locals and live in the refugee camp themselves.

Today alone we've had six births.

This morning a young woman came in -

- carrying a very premature baby in her arms.

She had given birth in the refugee camp during the night.
