Over here!

Serve...

R-Receive...

Toss.

Attack!

Oh, no... Godou!

Oh, Godou, who's done such a terrible thing to you?

You did, Erica.

Oh, but it's also Godou's fault.

After my attack, he didn't follow up.

Serve, receive, toss, attack...

What comes after that?

Dunno...

Anyway, get away from him!

Oh, why?

The point of this trip is for Godou and me to take our relationship to the next stage.

I knew it!

Why not let me join in the fun?

I'm one of his mistresses, after all.

Mistresses?

I was thinking it's time we finished what we began that night in Sicily.

Hey...

Won't you have fun with your mistress, too?

Stop being so immoral!

Mistresses get first dibs, right? Let go!

Godou would want someone younger.

Whats going on, exactly? Just let go!

I didn't realize Italy had such nice hot springs.

A bountiful land, brought forth by the fairies of Sardinia.

Don't think you'll win me over solely by how nice it is.

I'm only here for Godou...

A Hero Arrives I'm only here for Godou...

A Hero Arrives Witches were once shrine maidens, serving the ancient earth goddesses,

Witches were once shrine maidens, serving the ancient earth goddesses,

their protectorates.

Able to travel under and above ground,

symbols of the cycle of life and death...

Snakes.

I hear that Japanese shrine maidens heavily emphasize purity.

How wonderful this is...

A shrine maiden's body, forbidden to all.

Stop! A shrine maiden's body, forbidden to all.

Stop!

Hello, there!

Here is some fresh milk.

M-Milk?

Yes.

In Japan, when you drink milk while bathing akimboaA.

A-Are you all right?

Erica asked me to bring milk

so everyone could have a nicer bath...

We're finally spending time alone, Godou...

I was getting tired of waiting.

You can't really call this time alone.

You abducted me.

"Alone" works.

Hey...

I mean, this is all your doing.

It's punishment for not working toward being alone

with me.

I suppose you could say it's my fault things ever reached this pass.

Listen up, Godou...

We're taking a trip over summer vacation.

You're coming, like it or not.

"I understand your plight."

Lucrezia Zora will prepare a place to which you can run and hide.

I shall accompany you, as well.

I must ensure you do nothing unbecoming overseas.

I can't believe Erica planned all of this, other than Mariya.

Now, Godou,

let's enjoy our vacation together.

W-Wait, Godou!

Godou!

You've gotten me worked up, and now you run away?

Godou!

Pretty bold of you, boy.

N-No, I...

G-G-Godou?!

First it was just Erica, but now me, t00?

N-No! I'm sorry!

Wait.

I must speak with you.

Huh?

You always speak as though you're serious.

So I'm disappointed to see that you'd actually behave so lewdly!

I don't know if I can trust you anymore.

You're too perverse!

You know, a man should be...

When they act this way, they're like normal children.

You'd never imagine that they drove off Duke Voban...

You think so?

What were you thinking, anyway?

Godou is a wonderful King, one fit to marry me.

Why aren't you saying anything?

You left Japan just to try to get girls, didn't you?

Why do you not defend yourself, Godou?!

G-G-Godou, you jerk!

You arrived late, and now you're lost.

Is everything you do on a whim?

Kranjcar here.

Have you any idea as to the Lord's location?

He was buying gelato at Garibaldi Plaza when you lost him?!

We're dealing with something that gains power dally.

If anything goes wrong, we can only look to a Campione.

But he is pretty dangerous, as well...

I cannot take my eye off him.

Not when it's Salvatore Doni.

Anyway, I gotta escape.

If I stay there, things will just...

It has been a while, Godou Kusanagi .

Why are you here?

That is a foolish question.

You are the one who has entered my territory.

But that doesn't mean you needed to come to me.

You are not very quick.

You haven't even considered the possibility that I'm here to avenge your actions?

Don't get so upset.

Fighting again, when you have so many vulnerabilities, is pointless.

I have felt quite excited of late.

Huh?

A battle may be approaching.

And since you came here,

I thought of playing around some.

Playing?

H-Hey!

Where are we going?

Don't ask me.

I am merely allowing the wind to guide us.

Th-That's...

It appears I'm lost...

Napoli Sotterranea...

Then I'm under Napoli?

Oh? Isn't this the witch's seal?

Guess I'm in the right place.

Magic won't affect me.

So this is it?

This is nice.

It's true, I can feel a god's power running strongly through it.

Stop!

You are...

Uh...

Something Kranijcar, right?

I am Liliana Kranijcar,

Salvatore Doni.

If you came straight here, then...

Weren't you going to ask me about this anyway?

About the goddess Hera's seal...

About the Heraion?

Ever since the Gorgoneion was found this spring,

the magnetic force here has increased,

as though they were acting in concert.

The Gorgoneion, huh?

If I'd known Athena would show up,

I'd have fought her myself...

But...

This time, I won't yield a thing.

What are you doing?

Don't do anything rash!

Sitting by this pillar,

waiting for something to happen, is boring.

E-Even your magic sword won't be able to

slash through a Mother Earth goddess's divine instrument!

No, I think I can do it...

It doesn't feel impossible, so I think it'll work.

Here I swear...

That I shall not allow anything to exist that I cannot cut.

And that this invincible blade can slice through

anything on this earth!

The spirit of the earth, a soul made of steel.

And if I've been summoned,

the next to appear must be...

What is that? Some type of god?

No, a divine beast,

I imagine.

A somewhat troublesome god

seems to have descended, drawn by that power.

Troublesome god?

That came into existence because of the Heraion's destruction?

Y-You're...

You know full well, maiden.

My name is Perseus!

Perseus?

The legendary dragon-Kkiller...

You've heard my name, fair maiden.

And now it is time for me to demonstrate my valor!

This rambunctious dragon is a divine beast, born of this land's energy.

Should you slay it, it is possible that the land's vitality will wither.

Please put down your sword!

I cannot do that, maiden...

Slaying dragons is my duty, possibly dictated by my karmic nature.

And I will not allow anyone

to prevent me from doing exactly that.

So you care nothing for what will happen to this land as a result?!

It is all to add to my chivalrous deeds.

An unfortunate side effect.

Such a powerful dragon, but he's making short work of it?

This is the end, evil dragon!

That is...

Um...

Godou Kusanagi?

Aren't you Erica's friend, Liliana?

It was you, wasn't it?!

You brought that goddess to Napoli, didn't you?

J-Just the reverse!

She's the one...

Athena brought me here.

It saddens me to see a god

who believes there is any purpose in tormenting a mere dragon.

Dragons are of your persuasion.

I am not so arrogant as to call them "mere dragons."

That rogue god is the hero Perseus.

You may consider him an enemy both to dragons and mother goddesses.

Perseus... Wasn't he Athena's ally?

Ah, no...

Athena's basically the same as Medusa, right?

Did she really...

W-Wait!

Don't go crazy and fight here!

Oh? You're not just another human.

A contemporary god-slayer?

That is correct. His name is Godou Kusanagi.

In some respects,

he is inexperienced, but he is also quite tough.

Anyway, don't fight here!

You'll hurt all the humans nearby!

Just to be clear,

you are also an enemy to me.

The warrior with the detested name of the sun.

You are both mortal enemies who have fought other heroes of steel.

Wait... What are you...

Very well.

Huh?

I guess I shall have to stand aside for this one.

Now that I think on it, I did desire to train him.

Y-You want him to fight me?

Artemis's wings, bestow unto me the blessing of flight!

I-I'm...

W-Wait...

If we leave those two alone...

Perseus's fighting spirit is directed toward you.

Given that, we should buy ourselves time.

Anyhow, it looks like no one's following...

Thanks, you really helped me.

The Bronze Black Cross has a chapter nearby.

For the time being, let us go there.

But why is this happening?

Th-That's because...

Doni did that?

It was wrong of the Bronze Black Cross to seek his aid.

Anyway,

we must devise a plan to dispatch Perseus as quickly as possible.

You're right...

But I'll need to know a lot

about the god I'm facing to use my sword.

Then I'll use my teaching magic to...

No...

Magic doesn't work on Campione.

Then how have you been...

Magic cast on us externally won't work,

but if done from within...

Within? What does that mean?

Uh, that's...

What must I do?!

I shall do whatever I can.

Wh-Whatever you can...

N-No!

I can't have you acting like Erica...

You're saying Erica Blandelli can do something I cannot, Godou Kusanagi?

No, that's not...

Nothing is more humiliating than being outdone by that woman!

Please issue any necessary orders.

Wh-What...

Now, order me!

I-1 can't tell you to do that...

I can't tell you to kiss me!

K-Kiss?!

Yeah...

That's the only way to get magic to work on me.

U-Uh...

You and I can't kiss.

Th-That's true.

P-Pegasus?

So you've been here, God-slayer.

I've been looking all over for you.

Liliana, do you think you can run away like you did before?

That would be difficult.

It's been a while since I could last take form on land.

It is time!

I shall assist you, Godou Kusanagi!

Liliana!

It doesn't suit you, a graceful maiden bearing an instrument of war.

I challenge you, knowing full well my hubris.

Stop it...

I'll face him!

I'm unable to follow that order!

I-l am unable to act, so lewdly...

Although inexperienced, I shall aid you with my sword!

Wh-What?

How brave of you, maiden,

to challenge a god without hesitation.

I commend your spirit!

Don't!

As the king commanded,

punish the sinners!

Shatter his back,

pull out his bones,

his hair, his brains.

Punish him for breaking the contract!

You've called forth something unique, god-slayer!

Th-This is...

Liliana, hold on tight!

Wait!

You've done enough!

Godou Kusanagi,

Perseus has returned!

Your power derives from the Oriental god of war and victory?

You haven't much luck!

Avatar of victory, abiding by the shining sun,

sheathe your sword and prostrate yourself!

The Boar...

Strega Wings, aid my flight!

Godou Kusanagi, what is that power?

I don't know,

but he's definitely sealed my Authority.

Not good... I'll use the Bird of Prey!

My power is waning...

Godou Kusanagi!

Godou Kusanagi!
