only an advocate is capable of fighting for Justice

I am interested in both finding the crime as well as fighting for Justice

Our Judiciary has stressed over one particular thing all times

No innocent should be punished even if a thousand of criminals escape

But in my view it is totally unacceptable

Neither a criminal should be let free nor an innocent should suffer

In the year, 1992

Barry Scheck and Peter Neufeld started the Innocence Project in America

The core of the project was to free the innocents

who are wrongly convicted under circumstances

They've solved over 300 cases so far

And has freed all those innocents who were punished

In the year 1991

In a village named Pallapatti near Sivakasi in Virudhunagar District

A corpse of a young married women was found

After a rigorous investigation by the Police

The body was identified as a resident of that village named Pandiammal

Pandiammal's husband, Veluchamy and his two friends were accused

They were charged for the murder at the local police station

Pandiammal's husband Veluchamy agreed that he had killed his wife

Also he depicted the murder scene infront of the Court and the Police

While this case was under trial something unexpected happened

A lady appeared in the court and advocated that she's Pandiammal

She also said that the ongoing case was based on her "murder" case

This case caught everyone's attention including the Judiciary

A case was filed by Anandha Vikatan magazine's writer regarding this matter

On further investigations the Court discovered a shocking truth

Veluchamy and his friends were found innocent and were released

Veluchamy was forced by the Police to accept the murder charges

It was proved that he was brutally attacked by them to accept the accusation

Such scenarios have brought out the truth only in a very few cases

An innocent man charged with false claims and sent to prison

becomes a criminal on his return

We are establishing an agency to release such wrongfully convicted innocents

With the help of substantial evidences and we have named it as
