As I call it, the
Year in the Tundra.

ridiculously cold,

but that was just
really intense,

going into that elimination.

I didn't realize that you

saved yourself.

but I looked 100%
like a White Walker,

and looked nothing like an orc.

And then, I just missed
the mark entirely.

I had a chill go down my spine,

and it was not
because of the cold.

I just hope that
Maddelynn's still here,

and I really hope that

was about to turn to anger,

right on the brink.

And I told her, "Girl,
you're only on bottom

because Dollya saved
herself with that key."

The whole mentality
behind the key for me was,

"I just don't wanna decide
anybody else's fate but my own."

It would have been
the same decision,

because, honestly,
if you save yourself

you're putting someone
else up for extermination,

so that was your
choice to use that key.

So, either choice puts you
out of the extermination.

We haven't once said
anything about Maxi.

So, does that mean
we're on the same page

in assuming that she's
the one that went home?

At this point, I think
it's up in the air,

because I saw how Maxi held
her own in the extermination.

But then, Maddelynn also
looked better than Maxi did.

So, I honestly don't know
who would have went home.

They've both been in
the bottom before,

and I think Maxi really
killed it in her own way

with the words,

but I thought that Maddellynn's
reading of all of us

felt more in spirit
of the challenge.

It's gonna be very unfortunate
to see Maddellynn go home,

just because Maxi, it
was her time to go.

sweetest thing ever,

but it was definitely
her time to go.

After my little fit,

I felt just foolish for
taking it out on everyone.

It's just kinda how I
react when I'm overwhelmed

with that kind of anger.

It was not needed,

but it's my way
of processing it.

I just go really wrapped up,
'cause I'm trying really hard.

I put forth that extra effort,
and I did what I had to do.

I just got really crazy,
and I just saw white.

And I was just like, "This
can't be happening again.

I can't be doing this again."

And that I fell flat, I was
amazing in my acting challenge.

I don't give a fuck how
it's seen by anybody,

I knew that I tapped into
what a villain should be,

and I looked like a Dark Elf,

I knew, I knew that this is,

I knew I was hitting it, I knew!

I thought you were
top three at first,

and so, when that happened,

I was thinking, "Fuck Dollya."

I did, I wished I could
set that key on fire,

and you know, honestly, I had
no idea what was gonna happen

because Maxi read
me down for filth.

I'm Maxi Glamor,

and I deserve to be here

because I don't talk shit
on each and every one of you

when their not in the room.

My placement in the bottom has
always been circumstantial.

But, I think also, you
need to remind yourself

that look-wise, you're looks
are there in this competition,

where Maxi's have been missed.

to know this person.

But working with her
in our group challenge

really changed my
mind about her.

We're now, officially, halfway
through the competition.

You've all proven that
none of your performances

have been throw-aways.

And your looks aren't recycled.

But we are painfully aware

that there is still some trash

that needs to be taken
out in this competition.

Speaking of, a Drag
artist on the road knows

that sometimes, you have to
turn a look out of very little,

making glamor out of garbage.

This week, we're asking you
to dig deep into the dumpster,

prove that you can
make filth look fierce

in this weeks Trash
Queen Couture challenge.

[cheering]

You will need to
create a complete look

made only out of garbage.

As a trash model,

you'll need to not only

serve your dumpster
designs on the runway,

but we'll also be testing
your charisma and spontaneity

with a live,
on-the-spot interview

held by a special
fashion correspondent.

[group murmurs]

There is one more little thing.

Oh, no.

In honor of trash
queens across the land,

you will only be allowed
to use permanent markers

to do your make-up.

[laughter]

You can use your foundation,

but everything
else has to be done

with permanent markers and
construction paper only.

[group shouting]

But be careful, dirty darlings,

if your hot garbage look
fails to impress us.

We'll be sending what's left
of you straight to the dump.

Permanent make-up?

Where do I sign up?

This is gonna be so fun!

Back home, I am known
as a trash queen,

but it's not for good reasons.

It's a slap in the face
when I get called that,

and I am here to
show the entire world

that I can take back that title,

and make something positive

and make something
great with it.

And that's exactly
what I'm gonna do.

This challenge really
hits home for me.

I've been struggling
with addiction since
I was a teenager.

I created this drug addict,
crazy, white trash persona

because it kept me away

from all those
terrible, nasty things.

And so, it was just
very, very unfortunate

to so see myself go from this
very powerful drag queen,

who took a stance, and was
like, "No, fuck, no to drugs,"

to actually getting involved
in that community again.

One thing led to another,

and then leading to me
not having anywhere to go,

and having no place to stay at
night.

So, it just...

I just wanna go back
to being a trash queen

for the right reasons.

best makeup artist in the world

to begin with.

Hey, I wanna show you
what I'm working on.

Priscilla's had a rough road,

and so have I,

and I really think that
this is a really nice way

to connect with her,

and tell her that
she's not alone.

I think I just
wanted to touch base

and talk to you about
your experience,

'cause I have a
similar story to yours.

Really?

Yeah, I was homeless for
two years in New York.

I also have problems
with addition, as well.

The last one, the last nights

where I didn't have
any place to go,

all I had was my computer,
my sketchbook, and my camera,

and I drew this logo,

and I promised myself that I
would get my shit together,

and move forward with my art

and who I am as an artist.

And I found my way
out of all of that,

mostly because of drag.

But, enough about me,
where are you at now?

I've only been sober
for a couple months now.

You're still counting days?

I'm still counting days.

This show has saved my life,
that I got that call finally,

I was like, "I want this so bad,

"and nothing's gonna
take it from me."

And so, I had to go
through withdrawals,

I went through withdrawals
every single night.

'Cause if I did not get casted,

who knows where I
would have been?

I would have still
been in a crack den.

I know, it's a practice.

- [Hollow] [laughs]

And so, now, I --

I'll wait.

- [Hollow] [laughs]

I'm sorry.

[intense rhythmic music]

All of a sudden, I
just hear laughter,

and I know that it
wasn't about me,

but a part of me's like, "Please
have enough respect for me

"just to be able to
get this off my chest,

"because this is the first time

"I've actually really
talked about it."

And I needed this moment.

And to feel like someone

just didn't have
enough respect for me

to sit there and just be quiet
and work on their shit,

really kind of hurt.

I just really think
that it's important

for everybody to shut
the fuck up and listen

when someone is
baring their soul.

There's no going back,

all it is, is gonna be just
positivity, I don't know.

Anyways, how this
is gonna be is me

whipping all these
bitches asses,

with some markers.

My inspiration is a
little bit of Elizabethan,

a little bit of
Alexander McQueen.

I'm working with
galvanized wire and twine,

I'm basically gonna
wrap the whole thing

to create this
Elizabethan headdress.

I'm getting really
excited about it.

It's gonna be a slow process,

but it's gonna be really cool.

Okay, my inspiration
is called Neon Demon.

And it is inspired by
biohazard material,

so it's electric pink,
electric yellow, electric green

are the three main color waves,

And it's all slime
that's trapped underneath

plastic wrap and clear tape,

and it's gonna huge
shoulders, huge shapes,

a different silhouette than
I've presented on stage.

It's purely couture fashion,

and it is inspired if
Divine fucked Lana Del Rey.

[laughs]

So, that's kind of the
vibe that I'm going for.

[laughter]

For this challenge,

I'm really inspired by
mythology and King Poseidon.

So, it's a very dark approach
to this week's challenge.

I'm really excited about

to bring another side
of myself to the stage.

Everything from my bodysuit
and my hair is recycled,

costuming, that I repurposed
for this challenge.

So, I'm getting all of
these six pack rings,

really stressing them,

and creating this neck piece

to give you the illusion of
being killed by ocean trash.

I'm inspired by the way

that Americans treat
people like garbage.

And women are treated like
garbage, like objects,

like we're not even
valuable as human beings,

like brood mares.

And so, I'm making
my entire outfit

out of panty liners and tampons,

and I am decoupaging
my entire body

in a feminist manifesto
book called Cunt.

I really am inspired
to bring light

to what women are made
to feel ashamed for.

So, I attached two panty
liners to each other,

and then I sew them in strips,

and then I lace them together,
and sew them down the center.

The entire look is just
an homage to women,

to putting out there something,

and making something beautiful

of what we're meant
to hide in shame.

[energetic electro music]

I'm just pissed.

I guess that one thing here
I was nervous to talk about.

I think I fucked up,
lost my train of thought,

and so now, I probably

that is so personal to me,

and sometimes, it really
takes a toll on me.

And so, I'm sorry
if I came across

overreacting yesterday.

It's just that if I can help
one person while I'm here,

if I can inspire one
person to get clean,

or to help themselves,
or just make one step,

then I'm doing the right thing,

and all this has been worth it.

but I was paying more attention

Well, you look
absolutely exquisite.

Clearly, you've given
it a lot of thought.

I just felt like maybe a
little bit more energy,

that's all I wanted to see.

But you were great,
and I really loved you.

I would say as far as
your look goes tonight,

it's just out of
the park amazing.

The interview portion,
you didn't score as high.

It's not that you were terrible,

you just weren't particularly
engaging with Disasterina.

Or memorable.

The pointillism approach to
your makeup with the markers,

is fucking brilliant.

From this short distance,

it was just reading as
contour and shading.

This rattling, trinket character

who has all her little
preciousses and pretties,

and sharing them with
us across the stage,

is brilliant and fun,

it's a kind of a quirky
approach to trash.

I thought you were really good.

I know that you said it was
difficult to walk around in.

For me, it's trash.

If you fell, and picked
yourself up, you'd be like,

"Ugh, whatever," you
know what I mean?

It's garbage, this is the week
you could be sloppy as fuck.

It's trash couture.

Yeah, pull a page
out of Abhora's book.

Or don't.

You're a savage bitch.

Let's move on to Landon.

Your outfit, I think, was just
impeccable across the board.

There was so much detail to it.

My concern was that
I couldn't see you

because you chose to crawl
during your performance,

which I understand why,

but it covered up so
much of your outfit

that we couldn't see it

until you got all the
way up to the end.

So, I made a choice to
crawl during my performance.

It's something that I never
get an opportunity to do

on any traditional drag stage.

I chose to bring it
to this competition,

and it didn't pay off.

As far as the interview goes,

I'll say middle of
the road for me.

But there were some
conversational moments

I thought really shined.

But as far as personalities,

comparing them to Disasterina's
forceful presence,

it was difficult to
take my eyes off of her.

Right.

I just wanna say,

it was amazing to see
how committed you were.

I had the same criticism,

I wish that we'd
really seen you.

But you're amazing,
and thank you so much.

I love your attention to detail.

When you vomited the blood,

or chocked up the gunk
of the soot of the ocean,

I could see from here

that there's glitter
in the fucking blood.

That's the kind of
detail that I wanna see

in the next person who's
gonna take this fucking crown.

The eyebrows and the mustache,

is that out of the paper?

I had handlaid a
full beard of hair,

but I decided to scrap it
and make a paper beard.

We were given the
extra challenge

of using permanent
markers and paper.

The paper was a new
material for me to use,

but I found a lot of fun with
creating the ombre effect

and bringing it all
together with my challenge.

Amazing.

Let's move on to Hollow Eve.

This one is a little bit
of a flat liner for me,

although I do like
the hair treatment.

And as far as your
interview goes,

I also feel kind of
conflicted about it

because I feel like you
had a couple of moments

where you may have even made

Disasterina feel a
little uncomfortable.

So, I'm slightly conflicted,

because I love the message
that you brought to the stage,

and I really love the
materials that you use.

Obviously, it was a super
fuck-you to everything.

You put so much detail
into the from the waist up,

but I just felt
from the waist down,

it felt a little bit
incomplete to me.

But you know you're standing
there next to these people

in these full silhouettes,

and you usually do
bring a full silhouette.

So, for me,

I just felt like maybe you
didn't finish it, I suppose.

I would change not
a single thing.

I am not here to be translated
for anyone but women.

So, thank you women
of this world,

I said we were trash, and I
took us out of the garbage,

and I put a beautiful
look together,

using the things we've been
asked to be ashamed of.

And I would not change
a single part of this,

from the head to
the fucking toe.

Hollow is taking the critique

of the execution and the
silhouette much more personally,

and feels that it's an
attack on the concept,

which it's not.

I was completely blown away

that Hollow used panty liners
as an actual textile fabric,

but then I can understand where
the judges are coming from

with their critiques as well.

And I know I'm loud, and I
know I have a lot of opinions,

and I know that when I get
passionate, and I talk loud,

I sound like your
fucking mother.

But sometimes, women, when
they talk passionately,

should just be listened to.

I didn't see you having as
much fun as you're capable of.

you out about the interview?

Because I see you interacting,
and I see you on monitors,

and you're very
natural, usually.

What was it about today
that threw you off?

I just don't do well in
spoken word on the mic

or interview type situations.

I get really tong-tied easily

when I'm trying to string
two sentences together,

but also trying to make sense.

It can sound a lot
like very packaged...
