And every year, I get the same thing

A rubber mouse.

Well, this year it's gonna be different.

"Dear Santa

Oh, the North Pole, huh?

You're writin' a wetter to Santa Cwaus?

None of your beeswax.

You know, puddy, Santa Cwaus

won't bwing you anything if you haven't been good.

Have you been good, puddy, huh?

He keeps a wist, you know.

Did you put in a postage on it.

It's 45, at the North Pole.

The postman won't dewiver if you didn't.

A Granny? Oh, What kind of pet is..

Oh, Granny?

When we bought the little bird for Laura

it looked cute enough.

But then, it started to bite more.

- Feathers everywhere. - And the noise.

- 'Singing at all hours.' - 'And always off-key.'

(mother) 'We couldn't stand it.'

So, we decided to get rid of it.

We gave it to our chauffeur to return to the pet store.

But we don't remember which pet store.

(father) 'And now, our chauffeur's gone on his Christmas holiday.'

(Granny) 'Oh, and you want me to get it back?'

[Laura crying]

Hm. Here's my chance for gettin' good with Santa.
