Beyond the Clouds

When did we see each other?

I'd like it if you told me.

Flower delivery.

I went to deliver flowers.

To your work room.

That's when I first saw you.

You were just...

an ordinary flower delivery guy.

It's all in the past.

Get closer.

Dad, run. - Okay!

When I was young, I lived while running away.

But when I blew that whistle,

my dad would carry me on his back and run away.

Way later,

when you know everything about me,

and even still, maybe,

if I'm okay,

will you blow the whistle for me?

Then I...

will carry you on my back and run away.

Do you want to run away?

Yes.

Should we?

Ahjussi?

Cha Pyo.

Yeah!

Out of Han Young Won's bag,

take out the USB.

And report the accident.

Beyond the Clouds Episode 14

Where is she?

I've put so much effort into putting her into a hotel, but you pulled her out again?!

Where is your sister?

She would be with Lee Eun Soo.

Don't worry.

Because to her, Lee Eun Soo, other than you,

is much better.

Putting her in a hotel was for my sister's sake?

It was for your sake!

What you did to Gong Woo Jin...

I didn't want you to get caught! Lee Eun Soo...

Is Jung Se Ro!!

Does your sister know about it?

Who Lee Eun Soo is?

Because she doesn't know anything, she is able to run away from you.

If she knew, would she even be able to live?

Get out.

You sure did raise your son quite well.

They say Young Won... is at the hospital.

Why?

Where's Lee Eun Soo?

We also just arrived.

If my father sees Lee Eun Soo, he won't sit still. Move him to a different hospital.

What's so good about you guys?

Is that all you have to say when people have gotten hurt?

Dodge it. If you want to block a bigger injury.

Just take it... It seems like he said that out of concern.

Patient?

Are you conscious now?

Are you awake?

Can you tell me where this is?

The woman who was with me...

Are you hurt somewhere?

The woman who was with me...

You cannot move.

This is a hospital.

Han Young Won.

Get yourself together.

Han Young Won.

Han Young Won.

Wake up.

Putting us here.. Do you know who we are?

Move her immediately to a private room.

Yes, but since she isn't hurt that badly,

you don't have to worry too much.

Is it true?

She's not hurt very much?

Crazy punk.

This is a hospital.

Father!

You...

Han Tae Oh will not leave you alone.

Get him out of here immediately!

That woman...

because of me...

didn't get hurt much, right?

I don't think either of them are hurt very much.

But Se Ro hyung, because of Chairman Han-

President Shin will be here soon.

Cha Pyo. - Yes.

The fact that we have this in our hands,

let's not let anyone know.

Of course.

Anyhow, a bastard like me,

he was going to use me and discard me afterwards.

But while this is in my hands,

they will never be able to bother us.

Let's try going till the end.

Good job.

The real present is this.

Lee Eun Soo, that kid...

send him off to overseas or something...

Don't you need to organize that (him)?

Aigoo, Chairman Shin.

You've come.

Han Tae Oh treaded some water, this time?

CEO Han Tae Oh's secretary's

cell phone got confiscated.

I was going to report it to you, anyways.

Yes... once more, it's Lee Eun Soo's doing.

If it's Han Tae Oh's business,

it's also our business as well.

Don't just stand there and watch!

I have a plan.

Fortunately, her injuries will not require any surgery.

She has a bruise on her right foot-

Let's talk in a simple way. How is her condition?

Besides her bruise, there shouldn't be any other problems.

For now, she can be admitted and treated here.

But... how come she can't get up?

Are you sure you examined her properly? - Honey!

If she continues to be incoherent,

it may be shock from a traumatic experience instead of the accident.

We have to suspect other causes for the brain injury.

Did she possibly... suffer from an extreme amount of stress lately?

Father... - Jung Se Ro.

Wait a minute. Han Young Won...

Ahhhh... stop it, Hyung, seriously!

Han Young Won...

is being guarded by her tiger-like family, so now just care about yourself, Hyung, just yourself!

Aren't you getting sick of it?!

She's the reason why you're fleeing like this!

This is a fussy love!

To frame Lee Eun Soo?

That was Han Tae Oh's desired condition.

I'll proceed, even as early as tonight.

How?

When I started to work on this,

I have smuggled a blue diamond from Thailand to Korea.

It's very simple. We'll pretend that it was switched.

Due to connecting with dealer Lee Eun Soo, that we've met in Korea,

we've realized that he did identity laundering.(Assumed under false identity)

But his real name is ''Jung Se Ro." Please investigate.

Assumed under a false name?

It was a personal matter, therfore it wasn't worth your time. I assumed.

Overall,

I'd like to ask you for some false witnesses for the stand.

Also, implant $1 million into Jung Se Ro's account.

I'll use it against him as evidence, but will return the money swiftly.

You're doing all this bothersome work?!

To rush for the takeover of Belle La Fair,

I'm going to pressure CEO Han.

Lately, because of his business issues , he's been backed into a corner.

So he'll bite quickly!

Just go to our cave.

There are many hospitals all around. So don't talk any nonsense.

As early as tomorrow, there can be a warrant out for my arrest.

Just go to our cave.

Is it really safe there?!

Where's our planned headquarters for FL Gemstone? Let's go there.

Yeah, that would be good.

Jae In. - What?

You need to bolt from this.

What?

I'm sorry, but I can't trust you.

You can't betray Kang Jae Hyung.

What should I do, Chairman?

Please proceed.

Jung Se Ro and Belle La Fair.

I understand.

How come you don't know how to live easily?

For you to live in ease,

I've lived fighting for all of my life.

When you were young,

you used to say that you liked me the best.

If I get framed, once more...

then Han Young Won

will find out that I am Jung Se Ro.

Welcome. Can I... help you with something?

I came to investigate something.

You know Lee Eun Soo, correct?

Lee Eun Soo?

Yes.

No, I can't believe this.

Did my Se Ro really put you up to this?

He said he finished everything and came back to me.

He said for you to go rest somewhere with good water and air for a while.

Se Ro. Tell him to come himself.

What is happening that

he has to run away from me, too?

Tell him to come himself.

I can't live like this anymore either.

Hello? - Give the phone to Grandma.

Please take it.

What is this now?

Grandma, I'm sorry.

You said you came back!

Have you really become like your father? Huh?

Yeah.

So run away. I'll come to get you.

Why should I?

You come here now! Now!

I sent people because I can't go myself.

Do you call those words?!

Does a joke come out of you right now, you bad kid?!

Do you think I wanted to turn out like this?

Go.

The house is much better than yours here.

There's a little garden in the front of the house.

You wanted to live somewhere like that.

You... you...

did you really kill someone?

Grandma, your life (destiny) is so difficult!

A con for a son and a grandson.

Even so, just try to wait a little for me.

Because this isn't the end.

If it ends like this, your life doesn't really make sense.

Right?

I'll call again.

No!

What do I do?

Identity laundering?

Is that really possible?

What did I say?

I told you that... he was suspicious and weird! Just with one quick look!

This is Lee Eun Soo's profile from our side.

I'm asking because I really can't believe it, but

is Lee Eun Soo really the one who stole the blue diamond?

If he was going to do that, then he would have emptied the safe first.

It's because I... can't understand it.

He's not even someone who would do that!

Chief Min, go see Young Won at the hospital.

Don't tell her what's happening. She'll be in shock.

Yes.

Ah...

You should investigate again.

Witness, evidence, whether they're all reliable,

or if someone is out to intentionally frame him.

A million dollars was deposited into Jung Se Ro's account.

Isn't it a basic knowledge that you deal with cash when dealing with a stolen good?

Who'd use the bank? That's something even an elementary school kids would know.

Someone is intentionally making him into a thief...

Who would give someone a million dollars, just to make him into a thief.

And it's certain that he manipulated his identity documents.

And that million dollars... was already withdrawn.

After checking the bank's CCTV, it was Jung Se Ro.

He withdrew the money?

What? Jung Se Ro withdrew that money?!

Yeah.

The police would have sifted through it. When did he?

Just few hours after the money was deposited into his account.

After seeing how the situation is going,

don't you think he thought of at least taking the money to take off?

If that's the case, then it's a relief.

First, make sure Chairman Shin doesn't hear about this,

and find him... Jung Se Ro.

Today is the day Han Tae Oh turns over Belle La Fair.

Let's not make any mistakes.

You gave me Belle La Fair, and you acquired FL Gemstone.

Let's start.

Yes.

Confirm

I've completed depositing the stocks.

Confirm

I'm going to post to FL Gemstone's new stock subscription.

Let's all have drinks together.

That's okay.

My daughter is in the hospital.

Aigoo... how did...

I told you repeatedly, but the only thing I can help you with,

is connecting you to a few people in power.

Thank you.

And please deposit a million dollars to Jung Se Ro's account.

I'll use it as an evidence and return it to you safely.

By now, Park Kang Jae probably heard about this.

Monitor all the accounts under my name.

Also my grandmother's account, too.

If they're planning to do it simply, they'll deposit money in the bank.

That's right. Since there is no evidence better than that.

It should be several hundred thousands.

No matter what the amount is, we need to withdraw it as soon as it's deposited.

You finally came to your senses.

Of course. We should at least take that money.

Aw.

What are you thinking?

Please monitor my grandmother's house, too.

They might hide cash in the house.

It came in.

$1,000,000

One million dollars?

Hyung?

Finally, I became a thief.

Should I not touch it?

If we don't touch the money...

Do you think that'll make it easier to clear my name?

I just need to reveal that the whole thing is a scam.

That's the only way to end this.

I wonder if we should've stopped Park Kang Jae or Han Tae Oh,

so you wouldn't have gotten falsely accused.

How could we have stopped them? If we did stop them, they would have falsely accused me of something else,

or they would have retaliated even more.

Han Tae Oh decided to get rid of me,

and I have no intention of running away... There's no other way but to fight.

I had no other choice.

I'm sorry for making you suffer.

I did it because I wanted to.

Originally, my family

owned a small construction company.

I was in a way, a young master.

But we went bankrupt because of a guy like Han Tae Oh, who created a real estate scam.

Right then, my parents collapsed.

And less than 3 years,

they passed on.

But I had no confidence in... revenge or anything like that.

I was too scared to even try it.

But, if I had a chance,

I wanted to hit those bastards.

I didn't know.

Although I speak freely about other people's stories, I don't talk about myself at all.

I am a man with a past story. I don't look that way, since I don't have a shade, huh?

Han Tae Oh's video,

I shouldn't have... told him.

You said it because you were thinking about him.

If you think that way, I'm thankful.

But, Hyung, I want to continue going with you.

Fine, thank you.

I'm going to stop by the hospital.

Okay.

But Hyung? Now, Han Young Won knows you're Jung Se Ro,

will it still be okay?

I have no choice now anyway.

The phone number no longer exists, and the grandmother disappeared...

Can you look for Eun Soo for me?

He must be doing well somewhere. He's an adult.

If he got properly treated,

if he didn't get hurt too much...

It'll be okay.

Aren't you going to think about yourself when Belle La Fair has been taken over?

Whether he's being chased again,

whether he doesn't hate me,

he must be having a hard time now.

Let's go. That thing called love,

it's nothing after time passes.

I, too, was in love at one time...

I miss him.

After Gong Woo Jin left,

like Lee Eun Soo came, another one will come again.

If you met him, you should send him off well.

Let's get out. Let's go get some fresh air and...

Get a grip of yourself, okay?

What is this?

I went to deliver flowers...

to your work room.

That was when I first met you.

Eun Soo...

Eun Soo...

It might not be Lee Eun Soo.

No, that's him. That's him.

♬ What should I do, what should I do, what should I do ♬

♬ Pushing away, and coming close to me ♬

♬ What should I do? ♬

What is it?

I don't know what I should say if I meet him.

Should I just say that I love him?

If he says he doesn't like me,

if he just tells me to leave, what should I do?

I was going to let him go, but if I tell him that I love him,

do you think that person will stay by my side?

♬ The words you said with tears, I love you... ♬

That person...

isn't Lee Eun Soo.

People from the police came.

That person...

is a conman who gave misrepresentation of false identity.

He stole a diamond so he's being chased now.

He stole it?

Now, he's going to falsely accuse him as a thief?

This work,

I wish it'll be the last gamble in my life.

I get tired from time to time.

That guy, Park Kang Jae.

Yes.

Why don't you learn from him?

Park Kang Jae...

he doesn't seems dull-witted...

He must know that he's going to get blamed for everything in the end.

He's sure that he can survive this.

He must have no fear.

I was like that at his age.

Either live or die.

Butit's not easy to become like me.

Now that the world has changed,

even a gangster...

can't get make it big without money or connections in this cruel world.

Dreams, or being romantic,

it's all gone.

Chairman, are you alright?

Chairman?

Then, do you think your world will go on forever?

You're a little late.

What about the money?

This is Jung Se Ro. I need to speak to you in person.

The list of people that was in your cellphone,

out of those, there must your clients who entrust Han Tae Oh with their black money.

What is it that you want?

A confirmation document of remittance to prove the flow of their black money into their secret accounts.

Documents to prove their borrowed accounts.

You want those?

I'll give you one million dollars.

Hundred thousand dollars per document.

I don't need too many. Just get me 10.

Then, I will, 100 grand per one. I'll give you one million in cash.

Until when are you going to act like a dog under Han Tae Oh?

Even helping him kill people.

I know that you're giving away information to

Han Tae Oh's wife, Ms. Baek Nan Joo.

Secretary Ahn,

how long do you think you'll survive under Han Tae Oh?

All the dirty things Han Tae Oh did,

there seems to be none that hasn't passed your hands.

Hit it and get out of this, Secretary Ahn.

One million dollars.

It's one million dollars.

Father...

Father!

Oh? My daughter?

Where is Secretary Ahn?

Why did I get so drunk?

Why did you kill him?

What?

Why did you do it?

Why did you do that to Woo Jin?

Why did Woo Jin...

Why did you frame Jung Se Ro with everything!

Who said that?

Did you meet Jung Se Ro?

You're believing the words of that murderer and a conman?

Now, you falsely accuse Jung Se Ro of being a thief.

Clear that false accusation.

I don't know anything about it.

Clear the false accusation.

That person is not a murderer.

He's not a thief!

Where is Secretary Ahn?

I said he's not a murderer.

Clear his name.

He's not a conman, and a murderer.

He's not a thief, Father.

I'm not falling for your lies anymore.

Gong Woo Jin came to see me with my paper company's documents.

He threatened me and said he would reveal everything.

He wanted to marry you,

then should I have just watched?

My company getting destroyed, and a bastard like that even taking you... I should have just watched it?

Father, what are you doing?

What are you going to do to our Belle La Fair?

The person who sent me this,

do you know who it is?

Is it like that?

So it's like that.

That...

was what Woo Jin left.

That...

was the reason why that happened to Woo Jin.

That's why to a person...

When Woo Jin showed you the documents, you could have stopped it!

I came all the way here without knowing.

I can't go back or sit down.

If I don't keep going, I'll lose everything.

I... even if lightening strikes me on my head,

I have to keep on going.

I'm going to reveal everything.

This father,

you can't forgive me, right?

Or understand?

You're not going to ever see me again?

Okay.

The food that went into my mouth thanks to you,

I want to vomit out, even the last bit of rice kernel.

I...

will reveal everything.

Young Won,

it's something I did. It's not what you did.

It's not because of you.

Go, but...

you can't be with Jung Se Ro.

There's no way you can be happy with a story like this.

You meeting with Jung Se Ro,

I'm going to stop till the end.

Until the end.

I love Jung Se Ro.

If you even lay a finger on him,

I will die for you.

They already cleared everything and took off.

What is he trying to do now?

♫I keep going but I don’t see the end. ♫

If you've been hurt from this world...

you, who is full of scars...

I have loved you so much!

At the least, I hope you can find a little solitude in that.

I, too... my father is difficult for me.

I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Eun Soo.

I'm sorry instead.

♫ Makes me to go crazy that I can't tolerate it. ♫

Your father; I can't forgive!

But... how can I not love you?!

♫ Please, forgive me ♫

♫ who had to turn around. Like a fool. ♫

♫ Me, who loved you so dearly. ♫

♫ Remember, ♫

♫ the world without you. Living isn't ♫

♫ living anymore ♫

♫ If I can't see ♫

♫ you ever again. ♫

♫ I pray to God ♫

♫ Just give me a punishment instead. ♫

♫ If the love is the sin. ♫

You haven't packed your belongings yet?

Not yet.

To be next to you for time being,

seems like the right thing to do as your son's mother.

Today is Belle La Fair's acquisition ceremony.

Prepare my clothes.

Father.

What is it?

There are things about your company on the internet...

Don't make a fuss.

What is it?

What strength does a rumor that's floating around on the internet?

Why are you being like this?

Regarding your slush funds,

it's all over the internet. The articles are pouring in, too.

What?

What does it... You should eat first.

Mom!

Don't go out looking like that.

There are reporters in front of our house.

Where is Secretary Ahn?

His phone is turned off.

This may go to the prosecutors.

If it rains today, tomorrow will be clear.

You can't go to the acquisition ceremony.

For one day, rest at home.

What do you think will happen to Chairman Han Tae Oh?

I don't know if we did the right thing by coming here.

Now, the Belle La Fair doesn't belong to Chairman Han.

He has sucked the juice out of the company!"

Can you really not get in contact with Se Ro?

How about Ha Ma ahjussi, or Hong?

How many times do I have to tell you? I'm out.

Han Tae Oh... Se Ro finally gave him a big punch.

I saw the newspaper.

What's going on?

I have to look into it... -The rope I grabbed onto,

is the rotted one?

Would there be a big problem? Let's go to the ceremony first.

Han Tae Oh... he acted like he single handily shakes the world,

why, of all times, does it come out now!

Even if this problem spreads big,

it's separate from our business.

Now, to a person of no use,

we handed over all of our shares, half of my wealth is gone...

Just to get this Belle La Fair?

Chairman. There are lots of guests here.

You have to stay firm.

I'm sorry for asking you to meet me outside.

No. Even if a deserted island, I should go find you.

Assemblymen, you took a big part in Shin Yong Safe Gate.

I'm giving it to you because I trust you.

First,

this is the copy.

This is my responsibility and my duty.

But, how did you attain this?

For now, just know it as an anonymous informant.

If you look at the copy, and strap on the gun...

The wording... the wording isn't so great, right?

So the whole world knows,

be in the front, then, I'll give you the original document.

And this is the data we downloaded from Secretary Ahn's cellphone,

I hope you'll use it as a reference.

We will be the one calling you.

CEO Han Young Joon, can you make a comment about

Chairman Han Tae Oh's slush fund... -I'm sorry.

I can't answer any questions that's not related to today's interview.

Our FL Gemstone, through this take over,

with Belle La Fair's dignified designs,

and as the excellent workmanship as a base,

I'm able to move up the value and the saleability

of the blue diamond.

First, we are planning to launch the blue diamond collection.

And to advance to the foreign markets,

that...

I'm Han Young Won, Belle La Fair's previous CEO.

The media was noisy today... because of my father.

As his daughter, I guarantee this...

Please leave.

The contents that were in the media today, almost all of it,

are the truth.

And those who have joined my father, who's a conman...

that Park Kang Jae, who's standing there... the blue diamond...

those are all lies and scams. As a former CEO of Belle La Fair, I swear it!

These are all lies and scams!

Move.

Let's go outside.

To fill your greed, I'm going to let the whole world know what you did.

I remember. I know everything!

Apologize now. Admit it!

And don't do that to Eun Soo.

Wait a moment.

Leave her be.

As you said,

if the rumors about Chairman Han Tae Oh are true,

then as Belle La Fair's former CEO,

aren't you responsible, too?

The article says that Belle La Fair is involved.

I have nothing... -Do you want to shift all the blame on your father?

Or was transferring Belle La Fair...

upsetting?

You should be ashamed.

Park Kang Jae, I should be ashamed?

You must know that in this world, the word "shame" exists?

Noona! Just because you do this, nothing will change!

Then let's do this first.

I'll be ashamed and I'll be the strange woman;

so first, clear Eun Soo's false accusations.

You know it's not "Eun Soo,"

but "Jung Se Ro".

You know that if Jung Se Ro contacts you,

you have to report him to the police, right?

Let's not use the voice of God.

Han Young Won,

you're already, plenty shameful,

and are like a strange woman.

I know my father made you do all of this.

But don't do this.

Even if you don't do this, he's fully regretting everything.

You... will get the wrath of God, if you keep doing this.

Cha Pyo.

Yes?

Don't let that woman come anywhere near Belle La Fair anymore.

Noona, this is not the time to be like this.

Are you being like this because you don't know what happened to our family?

It's something we have to experience.

Then what about you? Don't you think you're going to be held responsible for this?

I haven't done anything wrong.

When the fund was secretly transferred to Hong Kong,

don't you think your stamp was on there?

When you were the CEO...

I didn't stamp it.

Who would believe that?

Who do you think released this?

Jung Se Ro...

Because of him, it's only gotten harder for you!

Because of him, you might have to, with Father,

pay for his crimes.

Just because it's Eun Soo,

he can't get blamed for everything.

He's someone who thinks of our family as an enemy!

Even for a moment, I shouldn't have considered his perspective.

Father did wrong.

Not him.

Where are you going?

Don't come out. - There are still a lot of reporters [outside].

What kind of humiliation are you planning to go through.

I have to confirm something at the office.

He's coming out!

Are the documents all true?

Isn't it a difficult situation for anyone?

Do you have anymore lists(conspiracy)? -Please answer to the reporters!

Please say one word, Chairman!

Chairman, please just one comment!

What's going on,

I don't really know either.

I'm on my way to find out.

Who created this conspiracy,

I'm going to reveal everything,

without a single suspicion.

Today, at Belle La Fair's acquisition,

your daughter Han Young Won said every corruption about her father was true.

Did you know that?

Please tell us.

Chairman!

Did you confirm it? - Yes.

After checking the CCTV,

it was Secretary Ahn.

This morning, he left for Sydney.

It's something I did.

I know. -You won't be able to avoid

being a witness to the investigation.

If pretending not to know, even after knowing is a crime,

then I should be prepared.

But still, since you haven't done anything wrong,

no big fault will fall on you.

It's fine, Eun Soo.

Who I am...

you know that now.

Who are you?

Exactly.

Who could I be?

I'm a person named Lee Eun Soo.

I am.

Han Young Won.

I'm Jung Se Ro,

and Gong Woo Jin,

I killed him.

It's better if you think this way.

Rather than your father,

I'm better.

Jung Se Ro...

Please find him.

Why he came to find me,

if he's even a real person, I want to confirm it with my own eyes.

To live unhappy for the rest of his life,

to be cursed,

I'm going to speak while looking at him directly in the eyes.

"Even when you die, you'll go to hell."

"What should I do if you're Jung Se Ro",

as I was thinking that, I...

"It can't be. It won't be.

Because there's no way you could do that to me!"

I'm a murderer,

a thief,

and your family's enemy.

It's okay.

No matter who you are.

I think it's the police.

I'll leave.
