Bellessa House.
It's where we let performers tell us who they want to have sex with, and why.
I'm Dana Vespoli.
Freya Parker.
So today you're working with Dana Vespoli?
Yeah.
Who is Dana to you?
Dana is... I'm sorry, this reminds me of that scene when
they're interviewing Oprah about that woman that she's... Gayle.
And she's like, she's the sister I never had, the mother everyone should want,
the lover I wish... like she keeps going on, that's how I feel about Dana.
She's just this beautiful, smart, intelligent, funny
woman that I happen to have things in common with.
And I really like her a lot.
She's amazing.
She's my girlfriend, and someone I met in adult.
What was it that drew you to her, I guess, initially, and
has the age played a factor in your relationship at all?
Sure.
So, interesting.
I learned who she was from social media.
She would just sort of come across on my things, and I'd sort of see what she was
up to, and she's beautiful, and she's funny, and all of these things.
I had no idea she was as young as she was.
If I had to guess, I would have guessed older.
She is 50.
She has children.
She's sort of in a different phase of her life.
And, you know, death is encroaching soon.
That's how I feel as her.
So you know what I'm saying?
She's gone through those life cycles of having children.
Are those things that you want, and have you guys talked about that?
Right.
I don't think so.
We haven't really had that conversation yet.
I personally don't want children, but I've never wanted children.
I think I've just been one of those people that I like animals.
I have animals.
I'm good with that.
And even my animals become overwhelming sometimes, so I can't even imagine.
I'm not the person to just have a baby because I want a baby.
The circumstances of my life would have to be
perfect in order for me to want to conceive a child.
That being said, I understand that Dana's gone through
things in her life that I just haven't gotten to yet.
You are in a relationship with a man.
I never thought I'd be one of those people.
I really didn't.
I was like, that's exhausting.
But it works because, I mean, I'm... this is complicated.
I'm pretty gay.
Always have been.
I always said, you're the only guy.
You're the only guy that I'm attracted to.
But I've gone out with women.
During my relationship with him, I've gone out with women and things like that.
He doesn't care.
I mean, we're respectful.
I'm open with him.
All that kind of stuff.
The communication is there.
And I think for him, as long as nothing is sort of impinging on his time...
In our roles, we have a very different, we have a very practical relationship.
We're partners.
And we collaborate together and talk about certain things together.
He's a very solitary guy.
And he likes to do his thing.
And I've often been the same way.
So the dynamic is different.
It's one of those things where, I don't want to get into the politics of
gender as a social construct, but there's a difference between men and women.
And I appreciate that difference.
And I appreciate what it is to be alongside a very masculine man and
alongside a very feminine woman and appreciate both of those kinds of attributes.
We had gone to a scary haunted maze with you.
And that's when we met.
And I was kind of nervous.
I was kind of shy.
I was like anxious to meet her for the first time.
What had you heard or why were you nervous?
I don't know.
It's almost like you're intimidated by someone's
sexiness or the energy that they give off.
And so I was kind of like...
I was just like, I don't know.
I was nervous.
And I don't think I came across that way.
Probably not.
But I was.
We were holding hands.
And I remember our hands being very sweaty.
But that didn't seem to bother either of us.
When you were holding hands with her, I was thinking it was just more,
you know, you're a big lover for her.
Yes.
She has a lot of anxiety.
And I thought you were just being nurturing to her.
But did you sense sparks flying at that haunted house?
So yeah, I mean, I was.
The initial thing is like, we'll hold hands.
And then we're going through it.
And then I was just like, she's so pretty.
I like holding hands with her.
Oh no, look at that thing jumping out at us.
So then after that, we ended up doing content.
100% chemistry.
And she was like, hey, we should hang out soon.
And I was like, okay.
So we went to a museum.
And we walked around.
When I took her on a date to the Auschwitz exhibit.
I know telling people like, our first date was the Auschwitz museum.
Like, oh my god.
But no, we just walked around and we learned a lot.
And then we had lunch afterwards.
And it was good.
It was educational.
But also I didn't feel like I could be intimate with her at any level.
That's really not the time or place.
And so I was just kind of like, maybe she's not attracted to me.
Maybe I'm reading all of this wrong.
But apparently not.
I think what really sealed it was, I had to go to
San Francisco for a week and I really missed her.
And then she was like, I miss you.
So then we got together.
So the trip to San Francisco was when you were like, oh, maybe
it's not just this girl I hang out with and shoot content.
Yeah.
That's when I really like felt it.
I was like, oh.
We were laying in bed and she was like, um,
I'm not trying to freak you out or anything.
But I think that I'm falling in love with you.
And I was like...
And I was just... Is that what you did?
Yeah, I was like, wait.
Um, and I don't know, I think that that was, I
was very overwhelmed and very happy and excited.
And I also felt the same way.
So it was just nice to have that kind of mutual feeling in that moment.
Um, and yeah, I don't think we ever sat down
and we're like, so are you my girlfriend?
I don't know.
Are you my girlfriend?
Like we just knew in that moment that that was a thing.
All right.
Well, we're going to go get her.
Okay.
Yay.
The next time you walk through the store, she'll be waiting for you.
Oh, am I leaving?
You're going to leave because we're going to interview her.
Okay.
Bring her in.
I'm just kidding.
Ta-da.
Hey.
You're wearing your onesie.
I know I am.
You're wearing cap socks.
Yeah.
That's so on brand for me.
There's people in here.
It's weird.
I know.
I'm sorry.
Let's pretend like they're not here.
I don't know.
It's a figment of our imagination.
Hi.
How are you?
I told Jackie we might just hug the whole time.
Cause that's what we do.
Oh, come over here.
Come more towards, yeah, there.
There's no one in here.
There's not a camera.
Keep going.
Your hair is back.
Hello.
Cause I know what's going to happen.
Do you want to go to Petco after?
Yeah.
I need to get a new tank for Gennady.
Okay.
And toys?
Yeah, and you probably want to get something for your dog.
Yeah.
This is a very gay conversation.
I never see you with makeup.
I see you sometimes with makeup.
This is crazy.
Is it weird?
No.
It's not going to be awkward.
And you have earrings.
You're so cute.
You are.
Do you hear my tummy?
Are you hungry?
Yeah.
This is usually how this goes, huh?
That's how they do it in the movies.
In the movies.
You're so strong.
You're going to do like a jujitsu move on me.
I mean, I pulled you under my guard just a second ago.
Hmm.
These are tight.
Yes, they are.
They are.
I'm doing all of them.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Oh.
Nice shirt.
Do you like it?
I do.
I should have worn mine.
I couldn't imagine.
I don't know why we didn't think of that.
No.
Yeah.
Here.
Oh, you already have yours.
Oh, yeah.
That's pretty usual.
I can take mine out now.
So I can relax.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Hmm.
Huh.
Oh, here they are.
Oh, God.
I can't say anything.
There's a camera here the whole time?
You guys are pervs.
Yeah.
I don't like it.
That like goes on like five or six more times.
Yeah, we do that about like six more times.
You want us to do it...
five, six more times?
No.
And sometimes in different positions.
Yeah.
Sometimes it gets more aggressive than the strap-on.
As long as you guys haven't had sex.
I don't know.
Oh, my God.
I mean, it just will go and go.
Sometimes we'll take a break and like watch Bob's Burgers.
Yeah.
Or something like that.
We'll watch a show and then we'll... That turns you on?
Then we'll continue having sex.
No, we just fondle each other.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
Well, you guys are adorable.
And thank you for sharing your very interesting and unique story with us.
You're welcome.
We appreciate you both.
Thank you.
Bye.
