Original subtitles

- “You saw in the previous episodes...” - (Raybert Rod McGregor).

The famous Rob Roy, what a great honor

Well, Rob Roy is known That he is a Jacobite and a traitor to the crown

However, the Grants avoided No connection to the Jacobites yet

The McKenzies would be wise to follow his example

I love you, Julia

- What's wrong? - Nothing at all

It can't be you

We will find our way back to each other I promise

- Did you get married? - Yes

You helped me a lot By setting up a girl (McKenzie).

I will find a way to break off my engagement, believe me

Yes, we will

A test must be performed To ensure the safety of your honor

- Virtue is intact! - Virtue is sound

I don't think I'm grateful For saving you, Mrs. Eileen, today

But if you truly love her, you will stay away from her

"The road is long."

"And I crossed the bridge."

"For my love."

"For my lost love."

"Between the hills."

"By the green algae, where I watch."

“Where I wait.”

"For my lost love."

“Oh my other woman.”

"Welcome."

“Oh my other woman.”

"You are my goal and you are my love."

“Oh my other woman.”

"Welcome."

- “You are my goal and you are my love.” - “Outlander, Blood of My Blood.”

"And you are dear to my heart."

Come in, what are you waiting for?

-Did you send for our request? - Yes, but I did not send for the child

- I was breastfeeding him - Well, this duty falls on the nurse

It won't be long before I regain my health We celebrate our union

- The way heaven intended Why did you send for us?

I summoned you, Brian, because you will join me At the Earl of Mar's building in Braemar

- What clans will attend this year? - Well, almost all of them, I imagine

- Al (Grant)? Where else would they be? - Where else would they be?

Except for Isaac, of course

May his soul rest in peace

The Grants will undoubtedly submit to me

After Mackenzie's vileness was revealed I won't have a problem with the rest of the Red Jacob boys

Get ready, Brian, we're leaving for the day

As for you, ma'am? You must take care of the castle

- If this is your wish, sir - As my wife, the responsibility falls on you

- Isn't it? - Yes

But I wondered if you were thinking To take Simon with you

A little child? Why?

Because of the saying

Your son will become king one day Wouldn’t this enhance your influence among the clans?

Well, he will be the only child there

I know you're English, Julia I am not familiar with all our customs

But as you see, Earl Mar Tinshall... - Yes, but, father...

You now have a legitimate son

Yes

Of course, you have to be smart And be careful about who you tell...

Enough!

Do you think I can't? Knowing who can be trusted?

Perhaps it was foolish of me to make this offer I was just thinking about the future of your heir

Yes, well, look at him

He is a strong little boy Aren't you?

He prefers his father

The nurse will join us then

Can Julia join us too?

All lords of high standing They will take their wives with them

Okay

Prepare yourselves to go to Braemar immediately

Stop the cart!

- Uncle, where do you come from? - (London), where I was taking care of your father's affairs

When I heard of his death I decided to travel to you immediately

We missed you at the funeral

Unfortunately, my nephew That the world loses such a father

And this is the moment Where you started your life as a man

- Thank you - I have come to promote Isaac's work and protect his legacy

Which is you

I think you're wise enough to bring a guard

Although it won't be fast enough If I pose any danger to you

Well, do you remember my father's armorer? Mr. Archbag?

- Yes - This is Mr. Henry Grant, our president

(Henry Beechamp Grant) Sir

English man And a gentleman through your words, sir

- How did that happen, my son? My father chose Henry because of his skill

I maintain his services because he was loyal to me

That remains to be seen, Mr. Grant

Sir, you will address me According to my position, Mr. Bag

Excuse me, sir

Join us, uncle There is room in the cart

We are not far from Lyoch Where we will meet my fiancée and her brothers

Surely you prefer comfort Before continuing your journey to Braemar

I will meet you there

I am keen to visit your fiancée As soon as possible

So I put face to the name of the girl you wrote to me about

-You will get married soon, boy - Yes, you will like it

There is no doubt about this

-We agree then - Yes, Colum, how many times do I have to say it?

As many times as I ask

The future well-being of the clan is at stake

- It places a huge burden on our shoulders - Well, I have enough strength

-Are you like that? - You can play braggart with me, Dougal

But I can feel your fears

-If I could feel it... -Do you have a sense of perception?

This is the annual party of the Earl of Mar

- All eyes will be on us - Yes, elderly people wish us to lick their shoes

These elderly people have power and wealth

They can do whatever they want to you So, you better remember who you are

We cannot bear any error

You will be reassured many times As needed before we roll the dice

Do you intend to try your luck by betting in Braemar?

We are talking about clan matters that do not concern you Hey Eileen

I don't think so

I'm just a pawn To ensure a strong and fruitful alliance with the Grants

(Eileen McKenzie). You have finally accepted the role you will play

Well, we can all stick to our convictions Isn't it, Dougal?

I'm sorry, sir The man did not wait for it to be announced

-Who might this man be? - (Malcolm MacKinnon Grant).

- Nice to meet you - (Eileen McKenzie).

Nice to meet you, Mr. Grant

You can call me uncle We will become a family soon

As you want

Leave us

Shall we leave you?

I am not the one I came to know myself

I want to talk to your sister

Rest assured that we will not be disturbed

Welcome to Lyoch, uncle

Well then, my niece

Let's get to know each other now We talk as if we have always known each other

If this is what satisfies you

What satisfies me It is the presence of an unparalleled counterpart to my nephew

I heard about your beauty and sharp intelligence

In fact, Malcolm rarely does He doesn't write about anything else

I am honored by his good opinion, sir

My attention has also been drawn to other virtues Which you may or may not own

-If you're talking about rumors against me - I want you...

Tell me why you doubt your virtue

Rumors and gossip From a man of bad reputation

He doesn't want anything More than destroying my family's good reputation

My virtue has been proven

I am a man of wisdom To be honest with him, my dear

I have a way of getting to the bottom of things

I very much appreciate your wish In my evaluation based on my merit

My father taught me to look at all the facts And I also judge all aspects of matters

He is the most successful mind that I have heard a lot about

I know very well that Malcolm values your intelligence

But the Grant clan You value loyalty above everything else

My nephew believes that the sun rises and sets with you

Will you be a good and loyal wife to him?

We are the Mackenzie clan We may be full of enthusiasm

We are also curious, of course

Stubborn, yes And sometimes to the point of error

But once we get married We will be loyal forever

Did you know that I know your father?

He is a man who can convince you That the sun is shining while the rain is falling on your face

Yes, my father was a convincing man

You must have seen my mother too You served my father well

You have served Malcolm well There will be no grudge between us

But, Madam Elaine If you break my nephew's heart...

I will rip your heart out of your chest

“Take this to the kitchen.” “Yes, ma’am, right away.”

“Go, see you.”

The Grant clan has arrived You must go

- Your body is cold, are you okay? - No

- What's the matter? Have you contracted Leticia's disease?

- No - What happened then?

Uncle Malcolm threatened to rip my heart out of my chest If you break Malcolm's heart

He will do that, he is evil

Make sure not to look To every other man in Braemar

-And if Brian was there? - Please, girl!

I barely survived the test of your virtue You won't be so lucky again

As it is, we must be cunning Like foxes to manage your wedding night

Make sure you bleed When it is appropriate for you

- Oh my, I didn't think about that - “Dina Fash, not Credi.”

We will be able to do that when the time comes

Women have been exaggerating in blaming men for a long time

There should not be the slightest glance between you And anyone but Malcolm Grant

Because at least one of you will die

"Braemar Castle."

-I'm really sorry about your father - Thank you

Your family attended his funeral It means a lot to me

You must miss him so much

Yes, I miss him You also miss your father, I think

Yes

I still expect him to come for breakfast

My heart breaks when I see his empty chair

I know what you mean

For me It's just about the little things

A while before I could speak I was bringing him things to show him

Beautiful pebble

A stick with a fork

Bird egg

He will always be interested

He likes what I find And he talks to me about him

I'm glad I got it I have the opportunity to tell you about it

It was the same with me and my father

Although it was more about What I read in books

Verses of poetry and the like

Losing my father made me think more clearly

Life is not long We must do our best

I don't want to waste any more time

After I became a master I want nothing more than for you to be my wife

Let's go

Your presence always brings joy

This is McMurtry

- Oh, what a shame! One of the men of the gallows! - Yes!

- Who invited these killers? - Who has the money to pay them?

It's time to take a tour of the tent

And update your memories of the players Those present before Ermar received us

There will be time for girls later

This is Eileen

With Malcolm Grant

This is painful, isn't it?

Seeing the girl you like Enjoying the company of another person

-Yes -Yes

The girl is actually lost to you

-If you ask me, it's better for her - I don't remember asking you anything

Of course not, you are used to taking what you want Without considering the consequences

Yes, I know the ordeal Which Eileen had to face because of you

My aunt told me

She's safe with Malcolm, at least

- How are you? - It's a good day

- Nice to see you - Nice to see you, sir

(Murta).

Come and tell me what you saw and what you heard

There is talk of a guest present He is a special friend of the Earl himself

It will be presented by the Earl himself

- Did he raise money for the Stuart family? - I don't know

But the richest and most influential clan leaders In the Highlands of Scotland they have all arrived

Yes

They captured the best locations closest to the castle Leaving the rest of us to camp next to the horse barns

Make the rounds again And inform me of the results

Is this...?

Who might you be?

He loves our son He's heard about the saying

Isn't it?

Yes, I think so

A fan of the English There are little surprises in the world, aren't there?

My wife and I will not take your difference into consideration Isn't it, my dear?

No, we will not do that

- Your wife? - Yes

A dazzling rose of the English variety She is charming and kind, and she entered my life

She captured my heart with her elegance and elegance

She gave me the most beautiful little boy Isn't it, my love?

Yes sir

Sorry, there are a lot of good people here Who should meet Mrs. Fraser and my heir

I told you he is good at sneaking He has a weakness for lowly things, doesn't he?

If it slips away, you will surely find it He sneaks near the hotel tent

I am able to distinguish the face of a professional man And his personal preference, Mr. Bag

The earl called a meeting of clan leaders You and my nephew will accompany me immediately

Are these the sons of old Jacob?

Yes, this is Colum, the head of the Mackenzie family

And his brother (Dougal). Who works as the warlord of the clan

I heard about the conflict that struck the Mackenzie clan After the death of Seamus Rudd without naming a successor

But why was the clan leadership divided? Between the lord and the warlord?

Dougal is an amazing warrior

He can inspire men to do almost anything But he does not have the necessary temperament to be a leader

No, we should consider them Two important halves that form a strong entity

Dougal is Mackenzie's force And Colum is her sound mind

I think we have to believe that your nephew...

Who has no driving experience He has talent in both fields

Questioning the power of my master It puts you in danger, McPherson

Well, since you're engaged to their sister...

I think you have taken into consideration a solution For divided leadership of the Mackenzies to your satisfaction

I did

Welcome, gentlemen Hello everyone

Tinshall is my favorite event this year I am very happy that so many of you are here

I hope you will join me in welcoming With a somewhat unique guest

- I think I don't need an introduction - I dare say you don't need it

Thank you, Earl Mar

What is he doing here?

Thank you, distinguished gentlemen, for your presence today Many of you know me

And I know my goal too, I think

I will now talk about the English

He persecuted the English My family and my clan for centuries

- There is no reason other than greed - Yes

- Yes! -And a German intruder...

He ruled by tyranny and oppressed many people

Many of you here now have less What you had many years ago

And what's left of you...

What's left of you has drowned In the slumber of complacency with the English currency

Yes, he may give you the crown with a hand But he will take it from you with the other hand

It's only a matter of time Before the English persecute you too

Where they will take your cows They rob you of tribal lands

They call you criminals

There are those here He may think, "This will never happen to me."

“My clan was very loyal to the crown.”

There was a time when I was a fool Enough to think so

But I don't see any fools in front of me now

- Yes - Yes

I see men with desires like mine

The desire to have a destiny of our own making

- Yes - Yes

This is why we can't wait For a longer period to restore our true king to his throne

- Yes! - Yes!

And restore justice to the Kingdom of Scotland!

I, Rob Roy, draw my sword On behalf of Stewart's case

I will not hesitate to sacrifice my life For the sake of our legitimate king!

- Yes! - Yes!

A Scottish ruler descended from the Fraser dynasty

It unites clans for centuries to come

An enthusiastic speech from McGregor Able to speak clearly and frankly

It's very refreshing to hear that after months I spent my time there immersed in anxiety and stress

And double talk in Parliament

And now...

Now I share the real reason

I invite you to hear directly from McGregor Let us allow this circle of gentlemen

If you allow me to include you all...

To define and declare our loyalty to the cause

Let's rejoice in the games today And with (Al-Tinshal) tomorrow, then we will meet again

Every leader will vote For or against moving forward

Be sure that you will not be exposed Any obstacle preventing you from leaving tomorrow

- Regardless of your vote - Yes

- I very much agree with you, sir - I'm glad to hear that

- Lord... Lovat, Lord Simon Lovat

I will return tomorrow with my heir, equipped with knowledge There is no doubt that you will find it valuable to the cause

Although there are men here Scandals haunt them and they are not worthy of hearing it

- This is with the exception of you, of course - Fraser, you are a liar, delusional, and scoundrel

I have done you a favor

- I warned your family about the vileness of Mackenzie - The girl's virtue has been proven

No, this is impossible I...

You've heard about that

You won't hear that, Frasier Do you know why?

Because you are causing unjustified confusion You spread falsehoods to serve your vile plans...

About my nephew's fiancée And about the false promises of your heir

It is as if an offspring springing from your evil blood is impossible Unless it is just a curse on us all

- Yes - You're an obnoxious idiot, Fraser

And everyone is confused Between your lies and the truth, he is like you!

I'm afraid I must end our conversation here

The best old man (Grant).

If Lovat continued his lie for one more moment You would have spilled his blood on the floor of the palace

The day is over

If the earl believes that I will lead our clan To go to war for their cause, he is wrong

Dougal Mackenzie, is that you?

-You know my name - Yes

I remember any man willing to donate With a box of coins for the case

-Did you bring it with you? - No

He disappeared during the Red Coat raid At the livestock auction in Nairn, right?

Well, maybe you can tell me where I can find it After we drink a little

Yes, maybe

Gentlemen, how are you?

What money did McGregor have? Is he talking about her?

- It was a joke from McGregor - No

No, I don't want to be with you People outside the law

Did you promise to donate to the cause?

A little money for Eileen's dowry Small contribution

Without saying a single word to me? What were you thinking?

Are you not the master of our clan? Isn't our sister engaged to a loyal man?

Don't talk to me like that!

- I am the warlord, not a child! -You have to act like a leader then

Let the best side of your personalities shine through

We came here to discuss a war issue

There is no war yet

You must vote first Even if there is a war

This is Grant's money you're gambling with!

You don't care about anything for our clan

You are selfish and short-sighted

You fooled me into thinking you cared Just to satisfy your personal matters

But no!

You know the earl intends to take advantage of Tinshall As a cover for his pro-Jacobite actions?

He's right though

-You cannot be trusted - My cause is just

You care about our clan, yes

- But I care about all of Scotland -You bowed down in front of me

Lie to me again I will hire mercenaries to cut your tongue from its roots

Tell me now what else are you hiding from me?

I love the color blue

I thought the young man wearing... Red will win

I am very sorry for what you went through

I was very worried

Your true authority extends only to your mind Not on external events

It's dangerous for both of us

We must be careful

I love you

Mr. Gawan came to look for me

I am expected to bring a sewing class Of Countess Mar

Meet me later in the old building For the Reverend Lawrence on the castle grounds

It's too late to arrive to the sewing class The Countess's business is not looked upon favorably

The Countess can wait

-What's the matter then? - (Ned), (Dougal).

They left us

What did you tell him, Dougal?

(Dougal).

The truth about you and Fraser's illegitimate son

-You betrayed me then - I don't have an answer for you, Ellen MacKenzie

Colum is my master

What were you thinking, Eileen?

(Brian Fraser)

- What will our father say? - How dare you mention our father?

How dare you be So foolish and reckless!

My father's arch enemy!

What a shame! Even Dougal He won't touch any of the Frasers

- I don't expect you to understand - Understand this then

I will kill the illegitimate son If that's what it takes to get you away from him

If you hurt Brian Fraser In any way, I will sever my connection with you

I mean it I realize I can convince Malcolm

As his bride I will convince him to withhold allegiance to Grant

And Grant's money from the Mackenzie clan

How will you be then, my brother?

I need a promise from you that you will stay away About Fraser's illegitimate son

- I will need a promise from you in return - I promise you

- I won't hurt him - Or you see him being harmed

Yes, I know your mind, Colum

If any harm comes to Brian from you Or from another person at your request...

Or I see him being harmed

From this moment on

I got my promise

I want to make sure you fulfill half of our agreement

You must break up with him forever

I got my promise

Mr. Grant

- Brian, right? -I know your wife

Yes

I'm sorry that I was the reason In parting from Julia again

But you should know that it never stopped About trying to get back to you

Her marriage to my father is not what it seems

What happened then?

Mrs. Beachamp

I'm afraid my name is now It's Mrs Fraser of Lovat

- Did you marry Simon Fraser? - This was imposed on me

We didn't talk about that The last time I saw you

There was an issue More urgent in my hands

I wanted to thank you again You saved my life, you and Brian

-I owe you a huge debt - I was happy to help

Brian is willing to do anything for you The love that unites you both reminds me of...

With what?

You know my secrets Secrets you could reveal and destroy me

You can trust me

Your and Brian's love reminds me With the love I share with Henry

Is Henry your lover then?

He is my husband

My true love

However, she was forced to marry Lovat - Due to force majeure circumstances

Henry and I broke up

We lost each other for a while

How can you bear to stay? With Lovat, despite your feelings for Henry?

It's terrible

I don't have the ability To move or speak freely...

To tell Henry what I went through How do I really feel?

To tell him that I chose What could be betrayal...

Unforgivable to keep our child safe

What a great sacrifice

This is what we do for those we love Isn't it?

Although it is painful Whatever they cause to you, you protect them...

Regardless of the cost

Their loss is forever It is too high a price to pay

Yes

How much I missed you

- Let's go inside where no one can see us - No, no, we can't

Yes, yes, you are right We cannot be careless after what you went through

What?

What's the matter?

- (Eileen), what's going on? -We can't be together, Brian

-We can find a way - No

I was stubborn and foolish

You are without money You do not own land bearing your name

And the illegitimate son of the most humble master The most immoral of them are in the highlands

You captured my heart for a while But my feelings have changed

-We made a commitment to each other - I pledged myself to Malcolm Grant

My heart beats only for you You know as well as I know

Yes, your heart beats for me too

- It's over between us - I love you, Ellen Mackenzie

-And I know that you love me too - I'm attracted to you

- But I'm not sure it's love - Of course it is

No, don't speak for me

I have my own mind And I don't love you, Brian Fraser

Maybe I never loved you

How dare this fanatical bastard For him to question my integrity?

You, where have you been? While I was being harassed Being expelled and treated as if I were dirt under my feet?

- This does not concern you - Yes, you impudent boy

You did not ask me to join you

Until I did, I couldn't see How important will my presence be?

True, that will not be the case Because you are just a gentle man

You are calling for pity Just a gentle breeze is enough to hurt you

It seems you can't even be friends with girls

If I were half a man I would have taken a vile virtue, Mackenzie

She would be ashamed in front of her family And in front of all the clans!

But no, she couldn't even do that When it was delivered to you on a silver platter!

Enough, you evil man! - Leave me!

Haven't you learned your lesson, boy?

Don't you know how this will end?

You did nothing but drown me in scandal! You will not represent me in court

Morta will take your place You will be repelled instead, you...

You are not my son

I'm happy because I'm free from you

- Mr. Grant - Mr. Ghawan

We toast you

I was hoping to see you at Grant Castle But with Isaac gone...

If he had not died I would have killed him myself

They lied to me, Ned They convinced me that my wife and child were dead

But they are alive here in Braemar But it's not okay at all

Alive?

And here?

This is unacceptable deception I'm sorry to hear that

I can't leave this place Without Julia and my son

Of course, I can't go back To serve the Grant family

I must run away

-If anyone finds out that I helped you... -I know

I know what I ask of you

If there is anyone else I can trust him or any other way

I don't want any harm to come to you, Ned

I was also in a situation that required immediate escape

Looks like you'll need it To a means of transportation for three people

This is true

The entire Grant family will participate tomorrow In (Tinshall).

Including Mr. Bug

No one will notice Where will you go or what will you do for a short time?

Thank you I will never forget your kindness

What is the use of friends then?

Can I ask you for another service? It's small compared to what you gave me

Madam

- Have a good day - I am Mr. Gowan, a friend of Henry

He asked me I hand this over to you as a service to him

- Mrs. Eileen - (Coulomb).

Mrs. Fitz

I'm glad to see You didn't miss the hunt, Mrs. Ellen

- Even though your beauty is enough to spoil the accuracy of my aim - Your aim will be accurate

If I come across a grouse on my way You will get his wings to decorate a hat

It's definitely a nice gift

- A brave man for sure -And the leader of the Grant family

How lucky you are to have him as his wife

Yes, how lucky I am

(Murta)!

Go

- I thought you broke up with me -If anyone is going to kill you, it will be me

- (Julia). - (Henry).

My dear, I am so sorry

I was desperately trying to protect our son If they were going to kill him or take him away from me

You were all I had left So I...

Just think about this Makes me feel disgusting

All that matters is that I found you and I found William

- Will you forgive me? Brian told me what happened

There is nothing to forgive you for

- Where is our son? - He is with the wet nurse

- Mrs. Fraser - The wet nurse approaches Baluk, Lovat's assistant

Meet me at Leaders, I'll leave you a mark Next to the tree near the broken wall

I will find the sign and meet you there

The time has come To cast your vote in favor of this issue

-Does everyone agree? - Yes!

Let's work on it again The Stuart family to the throne!

Yes, the Grant clan stands with you

We announce James Edward Stuart To be James VIII, King of Scotland

The third is for (England), (Wales) and (Ireland).

Why do you want to do that?

- Will you throw yourself and the clan in the Stuart case? - A decision had to be made, my friend

- You forgot yourself, uncle - The leader does not hesitate, but acts decisively

His men, the clan, those who watch over us To see if we can get over your father's death

They had to see We will move and we are still strong

As a leader I thank you for your wise advice

I look forward to seeing you on our wedding day
