And my brother was born.

When I was born,
my mother was 40 years old.

And my brother, who is also a priest,
when he was born my mother was 42.

We both had perfectly fine births, both of us are
priests and we work for the Lord and for Mary.

I lost a lot of weight,
started having epileptic seizures

that limited my life,
that of a 16-year-old girl, even more.

On June 20, my doctor said
she would be away the following week,

because she was going
with her mother to Medjugorje.

That's when I asked her if she would
take me with her to Medjugorje.

and for the first time in nine months,
I felt my legs supported by something.

All I know is that it happens here.

I've spoken with an exorcist.

A priest who not only claims to expel
the demons some people carry within,

but also that he himself was possessed
by a demon that he cast off here.

- As soon as She touched me,
the evil spirit that possessed me left.

Right afterwards, I heard this voice in my
soul: "I am your mother and I protect you."

It was an incredible feeling.

But I haven't yet told you

I've seen long lines of people who wait
their turn to tell their lives to a priest,

repentant of the bad things they've done.

They are convinced that it is Christ
himself who listens to and forgives them.

And if it were true, Boss?

The people that come to confess don't
come to get a weight off their shoulders,

they come because, suddenly, everything they had in
their heads, all they had learned about faith...

went down to their hearts.

And they come seeking
a more intimate encounter with God.

And they find it.

It's true He doesn't speak like you
might expect. You're a grown man

and you follow reason, it's true.

But when your children were babies,
you didn't talk to them like that.

And yet you managed to communicate.

The phone to speak with God
is prayer.

And the first thing prayer requires
is faith in God's presence.

When you put yourself within God's reach,
God indeed acts.

These people don't just
believe in God...

or speak about Him,
they speak with Him

and have placed Him
in the center of their lives.

I'm free to think they're naive,
that no one listens to them.

I can interrogate them all
and not believe any of them.

But I've decided
to change strategies,

because I suspect that this investigation
is one for "internal Affairs."

I take my first steps
with doubts and fear

knowing that I might discover
things I should change,

but there's no going back.

If I'm determined to discover the truth,
I'll take the formula

to personally test its efficacy.
