and his consistency on
the risotto course...

They're not the same taste.

plates than there were diners.

These are overcooked.

As he overcooked batch after batch of tuna

for Fran Drescher's table.

Canned tuna has more
moisture and more texture.

I forgot how to cook tuna.

But solid performances from Alison and T

enabled the red team to finish strong.

Steak is terrific.

Although both teams had
a respectable service,

the red team lost and chose two nominees.

And... myself, Chef.

But in a shocking turn of events,

Chef Ramsay felt compelled to tell...

For today's challenge, I want each of you

to cook me an amazing steak
with a incredible side dish.

I mean, you've got the cheapest cut,

but it's a really good dish.
