and cast a powerful spell,

granting them powerful... powers.

an adult sentence, and that
hasn't happened here today.

our job as police

is to come in and try and help
communities, and rehabilitation
is very important.

you've got rehabilitation;

on the other side, you've got
justice for the crimes committed,

and we haven't seen justice
served here today.

that we can leave here knowing that
this will never, never happen again.
