"Sea of Hope" contains those three meanings, and can be divided into two parts.

Firstly, daily, limited cooking. filled with the sea.

The wonderful and plentiful sea provides unconditionally.

We will take those treasures that enrich us and beautifully plate them for you.

Secondly,

The daily, limited music that will suit the sea that day.

Along with the sweet voices, there will be the sea breeze and the sound of the waves,

The sea will completely envelop you.

At this point, I'm sure you're all very curious,

Where will the bar be?

We've decided on two places for .

The first place,

The colourful clean city with an indigo sea and refreshing breeze,

Minimising our use of plastic and even composting our food waste in a zero waste system.

With solar panels, we'll get energy from nature,

So we will have a sustainable bar that doesn't damage nature and coexists with the sea.
