is a quadriplegic now.

And they're suing
Teshima Insurance

Group for $25 million.

That's a lot of money fora personal injury claim,

Because Dr. Erik Von Bortelleis a prominent brain surgeon.

And they estimate that hislost income over the rest

of his life will be 12 million.

They're doubling that
for pain and suffering,

et cetera, and so forth.

So what do you
guys want from me?

Well, this company's notgoing to take a $25 million hit.

Mr. Sterling was
adamant on that.

So what we need
from you is to prove

that the good brain doctorwas outside the crosswalk.

But as far as we know,
he was in the crosswalk

and now he's in a
