Well, that Mr. Haller believed that
Mr. Scales had a stash of money set aside,

and he wanted it.

We also searched the court records

and found that Mr. Haller
had filed for both civil judgments

and an attorney's lien against Mr. Scales.

So he also tried to file a judgment
forcing Mr. Scales to pay?

More than that.

The lien applied as well
to Mr. Scales' estate.

His estate?

Meaning that if Mr. Scales were to die,

then whatever money
that he wouldn't pay before,
