The neighborhood

Could really use a place
like the meat market.

Because downtown
houses all the city offices,

You know, police department,
fire department, courthouse, everything,

There's tons of lunch traffic.

downtown because it's too far.

The inn could actually
be the perfect location.

I'm not sure it'd get
me to a million dollars,

But I'm pretty positive that if I
did pivot out of a bar into a deli

And out of the dining
room into a grocery store,

I would be able to
create something

That would actually be
sustainable during this time.

with a pitched shelf.

And it's filled with cold

This is just one idea for now.

But you could easily put a deli in
that bar, and it would be really cool.

where you pick up your order.

It'd be cool as it can be.

It's intriguing. It really is.

This is a deli counter for
sandwiches and potato salad

And everything that we
could pack back there.

Over there is gonna be
a boutique grocery store

With some beef
and things for sale.

Raw meat,

Vegetables, dairy.

But if you could have several
stops in the neighborhood...

we have to get access,

Still make it make sense
for a business revenue.

But it's our human right to
have access to fresh things.

people that had so much money

we were just too expensive.

I had candlesticks for $2,500.

I would sell pillows for,
no kidding,

Like, 1,500 bucks for a pillow,
and people will pay it.

I want to be clear that
candlesticks can run thousands.

When people do build companies,
even small businesses,
