went because of one skyrocket getting on

roof? So the fire department and the
homeowners association have formed a

coalition to lobby against the bill, and
I thought I should go too.

bureau.

reasons why I propose this bill.

I'll sponsor any government deregulation
where it's warranted, and this is such

a case.

And second, I'd just like to see
Californians have a chance at a good old
