He was abducted 10 days ago by men believed to be part of the private army

Esteban Magdalena, Colombia's most powerful drug baron.

This could be the chopper returning to kidnap federal judge now.

Silvero, who is known for his hardline sentencing against the drug cartels, has

previously had two unsuccessful attempts on his life. In anticipation of

Silvero's return, police and government forces have made an unprecedented

arrangement to provide secure airspace for the arriving helicopter.

It is not known who is inside the helicopter, but it appears that there

least three men aboard.

The parish priest is holding back the family members, anxious to be reunited

last with Juan Silvero.
