deduce

from the nature of the wounds?

I can tell you that the blows
came from a variety of angles.

Is that unusual?

In my experience, in attacks
with a single weapon

by a right-handed perpetrator,
wounds

would be inflicted from the
right in a downward motion,

as in ax chopping.

And these wounds--

So what would that tell you?

Well, either that there was
more than one perpetrator

or that the assailant was very
adept

and could move with great speed
and strength

from different angles.

In the manner of one trained in
a martial art, perhaps?

It was random and frenzied.
