The plan was that in January

I'd concentrate on physical training

in order to achieve maximum fitness
and to be 100% on form

for my return to Formula One.

In February, I would start

physical tests with the car

as well as simulator tests,

team presentations,

photos, videos,
everything that comes

with a Formula One
preparation and pre-season.

We had an ambitious schedule
ahead of us

which kept getting postponed

because of Coronavirus.

Then February 11th happened.

Fernando Alonso has been
knocked down this afternoon

while training on a bike
in Switzerland.

Alonso is conscious
and doing well.

The start of the 2021 season
could have been jeopardised

by the accident.
