Thank you.

Tonight, America has spoken in one of the most important

selections of our lifetime.

We recognize the urgency of this moment.

From the disappearance of half of mankind to the emergence of a

celestial mass in the Indian Ocean, the threats we face show

no signs of slowing down, but the only way we can overcome them

is together.

Tonight, President Ross embraced the theme of togetherness in his

acceptance speech, but his past tells a different story, especially

when it comes to working with heroes like Captain America.

As two of our nation's most important leaders, some question

if they can overcome their time's tumultuous history to face the

challenges ahead.

Here you go, Captain.

Anyway, I'm out.

Thanks.

Reading the law, St. Bradley was the sponsor of the

Obama-Clinton vote on Thursday.

Following the call for the abomination to shut down parliament, Ross was

criticized for what some called an unwarranted outburst during a press

conference.

In fact, many blamed Ross for the collateral damage, believing it was his

reluctance to pursue the Banners cult that led to the round-age.

It all resulted in the President's elective strangement from his daughter,

Dr. Betty Ross, Bruce Banner's ex-girlfriend.

But in a surprising turn of events, he managed to shift the narrative and

try to lift his heart of critics by ascertaining the mass he saw over the

abomination.

Whatever you're doing

You're hurting a lot of people, including my friend

So this is the last chance I'm going to give you to stop it

Why are you protecting him?

Ross knows I'm responsible for the White House

Yet he's still letting Isaiah sit in prison for it

You know it'll never change

Let me finish my work

I'm afraid I can't do that

Please

don't

be

boring

Do you think they'll stop us

for long enough?

You're a fascinating problem

but soon you'll be off the board

so you don't surprise me again

You must understand you have no choice

but to shove it into your ass

Ah!

Ah!

Oh, gas

Ah!

Stand back

I'm taking them in

I'll deal with this

Okay

Ah!

What the hell are you guys doing here?

Well, that's what I should be asking you

Where's Stern?

If Stern's in the White House, that parameter

roadblocks, air support

he can't have gone far

Why are you helping us?

You're right

I thought it was nothing

Freeze!

Oh, it's okay

We have orders to take Captain America into custody

You already have one Captain America in custody

You want another?

You're under arrest for trespassing

by a restricted number of property

Me and Ryan always go on tests

most of the time

I have appearances

It's been a long day

She's ex-widow

and this is Saturday

These orders come from the President himself

Get them out of here

And I'm just coming

You, come with us now!

Go! Go! Go! Go!

Mr. President

Japan's claim seems to be true

We're trying to determine the point of the bridge

Sir, we have to tell Ozaki's team something

We've got to stop him leaving

I need some time alone

We don't have much time, sir

Ozaki just decided to advance his navy on Celestial Island

He intends to secure the out of India for himself

Jesus

France and India are drawing up occupation strategies

Yes, Mr. President

I suggest a return to D.C. immediately

No, I disagree

We need to regroup

We need to regroup

No, absolutely not

Absolutely not

Absolutely not

Absolutely not

Run!

I want the carrier

Strike group 5

Deployed immediately

Tell him I'm on my way there now

Sir, are we seriously talking about taking control of Japan's Adamantium?

I'm not going home empty handed

Only one country is going to control Adamantium

It's going to be us

Make the call!

Taylor!

I want to be en route to the Indian Ocean within the hour

Mr. President, this is extremely dangerous

If a war breaks out...

I was a wartime general

I'm a wartime president

Yes sir, Mr. President

What are we doing here?

You see, Ross' orders was to take us into custody

So I called in the table

Thanks for doing this

No problem, Captain

The rest of the mix is down here

The terminal's set up, ready to go

You sure you can knock out Sterns by control?

I should be able to run a program that blocks the light signals that Sterns has been sending out to control people

What if he's already got you someone?

That's a good point

Are you crazy?

We're clear here at least

Do you have anybody that you trust that can take a look at these and tell me what's in them?

Sure, I got someone

Now get on it

Thanks

I got you

Through there

Listen in

I'm amazed you're still standing

Most men don't survive when axed to the gutter

Got a lot of weed, I presume?

First, a job

You said you were going to find a man who wasted your time

I want to know what you learned

Samuel Sterns

Gruesome fellow, don't you think?

I've seen worse

I've seen worse

Not without your avengers

Full of unity in all talk

You're crazy

Who are you kidding?

You're here because you're all out of options

You've heard what he did to those shooters

A guy like Sterns doesn't like loose ends alive

Reduce sentence

I'll do it

My own self

Let me hear what you got first

You know who's modeling it?

It's my own Sterns and the wreckage of home

They said he'd been infected with Bruce Banner's blood

But it didn't give him strength

What did it give him?

A mind

Capable of impossible calculations

Ross being Ross

He saw an opportunity

Instead of removing the gamma from Sterns' blood

He upped the dose

Made Sterns his own personal think tank

Creating technology

Weapons for the state

Knowledge and meaning

Why did Sterns go along with it?

Chem echo one was the stick

I imagine our partner was the carrot

Ross told Sterns he'd let him go

Once he became president

And yet

Here we are

So Sterns hired you to steal Japan's adamantium

Knowing it would divide the two countries

He bailed us through a CIA blackboard

That could kill the treaty and start a war

And Ross would be blamed for the chaos

How do you think a man with Ross' temperament

Will deal with being caught in a trap?

If you break out of Allenwood

I'll find you

When I break out, Captain

You won't walk away alive

Did you know?

Of course not

But Ross is not that man anymore

None of us have to be defined by our powers

Captain

My guy needs 24 hours on the post

Okay

We need to get to D.C. and tell Ross what Sterns is planning

President Ross is in D.C.

He's on the USS Milius

They just moved into the Indian Ocean

Japan's warships are also in proximity

Shit

Suit up

We need to move

Hello, Admiral

May I use your phone?

Holy shit

Have you ever seen anything like this?

No, I haven't

Hi

Let me know the top of your head

I'm going to take Ross back to D.C.

You better stay out of it

Because whatever Sterns is planning

It's happening soon

What's he doing here?

I told you not to get involved

I brought him, sir

I want him out of here

Sir, you asked me to run this investigation

And the situation is going...

Don't bother with excuses

You had a simple job and you failed

Mr. President

We've uncovered intel at Camp Echo-1

That could put millions of lives at risk

And you and I both know I say this

And I'm happy to have this conversation

Open, if you'd like

This is crazy

Japan's supposed to be around here

Jack, Jack, do you copy?

Make it quick, Wilson

I've got Japan's fleet on my ass

Trying to make it to that island before we do

And that's exactly what he wants

Sterns has been pulling the strings on everything

Serpents, theft of the adamantium

The attack on the White House

The CIA link to Japan

He's pitting you and Japan against each other

To ensure that this moment happens

How the hell did he do all that from prison?

Mind control

He created a technology that allowed him

To control the minds of anyone he targeted

Including maybe you, sir

Have you been feeling like you're still sleeping?

Of course I have

But he has your data, sir

Why?

I don't know

If he can control minds

Surely he can hack files

But the logs show that you visited Camp Echo One numerous times

To ensure a high-value prisoner was secured

But the scans, the EKG, the blood work

Was all taken there, sir

This is ridiculous

Mr. President, answer the question

I don't have to answer you

Why visit a black site in the middle of nowhere

And order you to stop to conduct these tests?

Why?

Because I was dying, goddammit

Because my heart was failing me

No one could figure it out until he did

These things kept me alive

And in return I gave him hope

That he might get his life back

He got a lab

To do the work

I even tried to get him wooed

But you couldn't risk losing the pills

After your friend the Hulk and the Abomination destroyed Harlem

Someone had to take the fall

Stearns was just collateral damage

I have dedicated my entire life

To serving this country

The one person who matters

Because he understood

That he never forgave me for

Sending the army after Banner

I had to survive

So did

My daughter knew

That there was more to her father

That I'm the same man

That used to take her to see the Cherry Blossoms

She's still K.M., sir

I know what it's like

To feel your heart

To feel you have something to prove

Everyone only seeing one thing

But when showing there's more to you

It's not about when times are easy

It's about moments like this

And we're here because

Stearns wants revenge

And doesn't care if he incites a war

We're playing right into his hands

Mr. President, two of our F-18s just fired on the Japanese fleet

What the hell are those pilots doing?

Call them back here

Don't try it, sir. Chocolate whiskey won't respond

I've got cadet birds in the air

You have two ready to fly now, sir

Oh, shit

Stearns got to the pilots and watched them down the system

We need to get the Japanese out of the air

Let's go

Don't get yourself killed

Don't die. Copy that

Oh, shit

Return to your fleets

Get a move on. Get some of them

Tenshi Kaido, take it to night

Jackal headed towards the Japanese fleet

Shit! He just fired on them

Mr. President, you're not to send more fighters out

We need Japan to see we're trying to de-escalate

Shin, I'll leave handles. I'll meet you at the hill

Give us this

Sir, we have six Japanese missiles inbound

Watch interceptors

Shit!

Damn! Two got through

Take the one on the right

Right wing, move!

Oh, shit!

We're taking the missiles in hand-ground and flying

This is what we expected the last presidency

Mr. Prime Minister, two of our pilots have gone rogue

Call off your planes. We're being manipulated

Certainly. Why are you hiding your assassins behind Captain America?

He's trying to bring them down now, sir

If those pilots are not taken away from here, then who gives them their commands?

That's what I thought

Mr. President

Who are you?

Ah, now we're getting somewhere

That fire in the belly, the rage

Why don't you just let it out?

Are you all right, sir?

Mr. Prime Minister

Akihiko, he's coming in!

Copy that

Get down!

We're down!

Close, we're down!

We've got a piece in your boat!

Activate! Activate!

What's the story?

Is that my skin?

Guys, I'm sending rescue. We have two capital spiders coming up on your tail

Why the hell are they still chasing us? We're trying to help them

Because we're all supposed to tell them who's really behind this

All that hatred you try to hide, all the ugliness

It's still there with us, smoldering behind the eyes

Akihiko!

Joaquin, I'm going after Jack!

Roger that, I'll keep you guys busy

What are you doing to me, you bastard?

What? We agreed on maybe a hair or two

You poisoned me

Stop taking the pills then

But we both know you won't

Give me what I want

Stop fighting it

No!

Akihiko!

Sam, Jack's on the bottom left

I got one, I'm going after the other

Back off, I'll get it!

No, no, no, I got it!

Back off!

I got it!

Akihiko!

No!

Joaquin's down, I'm going after him!

We'll send for the rescue, you have to stop Jack

Damn it, I'm putting an end to this now

Give in to your rage

I'm taking your legacy as we speak

Come on, Ross, you're almost there

You will rip their fleet apart with your bare hands

And kill Captain America

Akihiko!

Oh shit

Let the monster inside you out

Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!

Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!

Unleash your anger

Unleash your hatred

Unleash their blood!

Nothing can stop you, Ross

You can crush them all

Mr. President?

Sir, are you okay?

Captain America neutralized the rogue pilots

Japan's recalling their planes

There is something I don't like

We should fix this

Captain America has been rescued

We will lead the way

Where's Joaquin?

I bet you he's not with you

Thank God

A crisis was narrowly avoided when a brief dogfight broke out

between Japanese and U.S. military forces over Celestial Island

U.S. Air Force Captain Joaquin Torres was shot down during the service

and is now in surgery at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center

His condition is critical

I'm gonna need the package

Instructions

I can't see anything

More instructions

Instructions

It's a private room

Go away

I missed you

Missed you too

I hate to admit it

I'm glad you're here

I feel good out there on that 6 o'clock

That I saw this

Doctor said to restart his heart

I don't know what...

This isn't your fault

That makes me think of Steve

How many alien invasions did he start for you?

Two

Two

Wow

What made me think I could follow that?

I should have took the serum

Like Steve, like you

Why?

Because this is all starting to seem much bigger than me

Ross

He asked me to restart the Avengers book

But Joaquin's in here

Isaiah's in prison

And Stern's

I had him, I had Stern's

Right in my hands

And he got away

He damn near pushed us to the brink of war

Because I wasn't

Is that what you mean to say?

Steve made a mistake

No he didn't

He gave you that shield

Not because you're the strongest

But because you're you

Do you think if you had that serum

You'd be able to protect all the people you care about?

Steve had it and he couldn't

You're a human being and you're doing your best

Steve gave people something to believe in

But you

You gave them something to aspire to

Did your speech writers help you with that?

They did, yeah, they had me a little bit

Did you like it?

It was good, solid, people, emotional

Very, I felt good, but just enough

Listen, I gotta catch a plane

I have a campaign going right now, it's so stupid

It's gonna be alright, man

Thanks, bro

I love you, buddy

I love you too

Was that?

Yeah

Future Congressman James Buchanan Barnes

He's taller than real life

Nice smile, too

Good luck, too

Great posture

He's 110 years old

I can work with that

...attempted a shocking shooting at Joint Base

that's not going to be a bowling until underway

Isaiah Bradley is set to go before a military judge tomorrow

He's a stunning fall from grace

for a man brought out from the shadows by Captain America

Just two years after being exonerated for unjust charges

Bradley now finds himself held in solitary confinement

and facing a possible death sentence

Duffy

Talk to me

Duffy, did you check out my report?

Alright, what am I looking at?

Those pills you gave me?

They're loaded with gamma radiation

engineered to be absorbed into the blood

Where the hell did you get these?

Shit, I gotta make a call

This sound is currently affecting your equilibrium

When I turn this dial, it will disrupt your heartbeat

I take no pleasure in your death

but I can't have you calling the captain

Who are you?

Isn't it obvious?

I'm the hero

I'm the hero

Hello?

Agent Taylor?

Just wanted to let you know

that every guest has been screened

and we also did three sweeps of the Rose Garden

Thank you

See you out there

Yes, sir

Hello

Hello

Hi

How are you?

I'm sorry, I should have called after the attack in the lab

Are you okay?

I'm fine

It's really good to hear your voice

I didn't think you'd answer

Betty, I know I've made a lot of mistakes

but I'm trying to change

to be a better person

Maybe we could take a walk sometime

see the cherry blossoms

It would be nice

Yeah, that could be nice

I'm okay

I love you

I know

Please

Good afternoon, everyone

When I took office, I promised

we would create a true, lasting peace

Today, we begin to realize that promise

Captain America

Would you do me the kindness of counseling a bitter man

at the end of his rope?

That's what you do, isn't it?

Guess we have five minutes until the MPs drag you ass out here

You ruined my grand finale on the Indian Ocean

So now I'm forced to turn myself in to get what I want

You're waiting for an apology

We'll be here a while

I'm waiting for you to realize that we both want the same thing

For the world to see Ross as he truly is

I'm proud to say our treaty will finally be signed

I'll take a couple questions

Sir, what do you say to reports that relations with Japan broke down

over your handling of the White House assassination attempt?

Despite fabrications that some have used to turn us against each other

our bonds have proved strong

You kept Ross alive for years

Didn't kill him when you had the chance at the White House

The way I see it

the Indian Ocean wasn't about starting a war

You wanted to destroy his legacy

Yes

But you haven't figured out how

The pills

I got somebody I'll have to

Not anymore you don't

Is it true hostilities in the Indian Ocean occurred because the Japanese discovered

it was in fact your government who paid for the suffragette mercenary

to steal their adamantium?

We did not pay them

Ross turned me into a monster

It's only right that I do the same thing to him

Why aren't you smiling?

Calm down!

Never use that big brain of yours to consider that maybe you're wrong about Ross

Wanna bet?

Yeah

Where are you going?

To stop this

Get on the front bench!

I feel like coming back to America

If I'm right about Ross

You're going to die

You're gonna die!

Mr. President

Dr. Samuel Sturge just turned himself in

He claims you promised him a part where he worked on secret government projects with him

That is a lie

President Ross

I miss our little visits

What do you want?

I wanted my life back

I'm ready for that now

I helped you more than anyone else will ever sleep

You have to go!

You better understand my position

No I do

You let me rot in this prison

Leave me alone!

Let me go!

I cannot let you

You can't let me

Let me?

Larry will know just who you are

And Betty will despise you even more

It's a race

It's a regulation

It's a hot

They put you on a hot list

If they can get it we can buy it

Stop!

Where's Betty?

I don't know

This isn't so tough

Come on!

Jesus

We have to get these people out of here

There's a bunch of them around the corner

Come on!

Move it! Move it!

Jesus!

They're choking on me

Come on!

Move it!

Ruth, I need you to clear Hank's point

I'll lower Ross to him

Sam, are you crazy? He'll kill me

Move it!

Come on!

Sam!

You can still fight this Ross

Do you see where you are?

Do you remember this place?

You used to come here with Betty

That didn't work

Follow me!

Come and get me!

Come on!

Come on!

Come on!

Come on!

Sam!

Sam, can you hear me?

Sam, are you okay?

Please tell me I locked this up with Richard

I have to find Richard

No! Tell them to wait

What?

I should have taken that serum

Lucky, it's full of shit

But who's that thing?

Ross!

We both know you can take me out with one punch

But I don't think you want to do that

Well, I know

You've done some terrible things

Now, I might be crazy

But I think you're trying to change

Now's the time to prove it to the world

Prove it to Betty

Sam!

I'll meet you at the entrance

We should head to the hospital

That's the one we gotta go first

That's three, old man

I told you I'd get you out

Took you so long

Thank you, sir

I got you

You broke your bones, son

Come on, Mr. Brandy

We gotta hand the paperwork to Pharoah

And then you're free to go

Worldwide talks continue in the arms race for the newly discovered element

As we enter the great new world of Atlantia

Back in our nation's capital, ground was broken on the restoration of the White House

Marking a significant step towards normalcy for the country

Mr. President

How are your days?

Intentionally uncomfortable

I heard food hasn't gotten any better either

You heard right

Bradley got out

Yes, sir

Mr. President

Yes, sir

What's the matter?

Mr. President, a bunch of blood work

It seems Stern's raised the level of gamma in those pills over time

It built up in your body over the years

That led to your...

Led to my little tantrum

Which is why I have to be in here

Good Sean Wallace

Yeah

But I have to say

It wasn't nothing to see you take full responsibility for your actions

You gave up your office

Accept your sentence

Had to let the country war

Japan decided to uphold their treaty, by the way

Us too

It was Docky Ross Accords

It didn't

Same way here

Sir

We're on different sides of this thing

Every step of the way

Look, we can't see the good in each other

We've already lost the fight

Besides, I wanted to make sure an old soldier was okay

I'd love to stay, but

Looks like you have another visitor

Hi, Dad

How was your day?

Did you get a rain check on that walk?

It's all right

I think I just sit and talk for a little while

I like that

Me too

How's the kid doing today?

Still a little out of it, but

Doing better

I don't want to let you two catch up

Where are you headed?

After Baltimore?

No

I got a booth for the meat tickets for the last game

Courtside

This will be a second to forget me out

I'm happy you found a friend as grumpy as you are to go to games with

Say it again

Oh

I'm sorry

The Falcon Awaken

Gonna let you have all the fun

I'm sorry I screwed up

Screwed up? Get out of here

I did

You never messed up with Ida

You never got shot out of the sky and nosedived into the Indian Ocean

You were always on point

Yeah

Because if I'm not on point

I feel like I let down everyone else who was fighting for a seat at that table

That's pressure man

It weighs on you

Makes you wonder if you'll ever just be

Unknown

Where I grew up

Where I grew up

I only ever got to see heroes online

Or on TV

I always felt so far away

I kept thinking maybe if I get out of Miami

Then maybe one day I could be Don't Say Ant-Man

Oh man

I want to be you

Wow, Sam Wilson

Because I'm the guy

That guy I won't ever give up

That pressure, that responsibility you talk about

I want that too man

You know it's all about timing right?

Control your spin

And hit your thruster before you kick

No

Yeah

That's it

If I get shot out of the sky more often

You will

You're going to come back for this

I know

When that time comes

Make sure the suit's ready

Sam Wilson's right about one thing

The world needs the Avengers

For real?

Yeah

I wasn't thinking about it before

But now that you bring it up

Since all the other wings are damaged

I was thinking

What can I do

Whatever you guys

I'm just saying

If you get me a hookup

On an upgrade on the wings

You're going to ask the Wakandans for a hookup

Yeah

That is the most Miami thing in the world

You know man
