[Don't Forget Me]

[Episode 3]

Back then, the Goddess once said that

when the red bell rang,

it would guide me to the answer.

Now I've got news about the fragments of

the Extinguishing Lampshade finally.

What do you want to do this time?

Why are you so afraid?

I won't eat you.

Have you recovered?

I'm feeling a bit unwell suddenly.

I might really need to eat...

I'm just kidding.

I've already recovered.

Look.

Last night, why...

did you do that?

It was just punishment.

But why did you

save me last night?

You could have escaped first.

Why did you come back to save me?

It was nothing.

I'm regretting it. I'll leave now.

I saved you last night.

Are you going to repay kindness with enmity

and continue to keep me trapped here?

Extinguishing the light is my lifelong pursuit.

I have no choice.

I live in the Governor's Mansion in Haidu.

When you find a way to extinguish the light,

come to see me.

I will definitely help you extinguish it.

No.

Your abilities are so weak.

What if you get killed?

I had waited for so long

before I finally found you.

But it's alright.

I've already found a way to extinguish the light now.

It won't take up too much of your time.

What is the method?

As long as we find the Extinguishing Lampshade,

we'll be able to do it.

However,

the Extinguishing Lampshade has been passed down for a thousand years.

Currently, it has been divided into three fragments and hidden in the world.

It may appear in its original form

or turn into anything.

If we want to find it,

it's necessary for us to have intimate contact

so that I can sense it

and you can see it.

Intimate contact?

Just do it like this.

[Don't forget the mortal affairs. The past is covered by the lamp. Those three fragments are scattered in the world. Gather them all to return to the nature.]

[General Chamber of Commerce of Haidu City]

[Shen Anren, Shen Changzhang's Adopted Son and Second Young Master]

A woman who can use supernatural power?

Yes.

She can stop bullets instantly?

Yes, yes, yes, Master An.

So...

I failed to kill Shen Zheng.

When you lie next time,

say something believable.

Yu Bo.

Young Master, don't worry.

I've already reached an agreement with the Shen family's elders.

[Yu Bo, Steward of Shen's Mansion]

Today, I will bring the Kylin Seal

and pass the position of the family's head to you.

What else?

Don't worry.

I won't let Shen Zheng enter Haidu alive.

If anyone dares to interfere,

I'll kill them, too.

Thank you for your efforts, Yu.

Alright. I'll go make arrangements right away.

[Haidu]

Watch out for the rickshaw!

Take a look if you pass by.

Newspapers for sale! Newspapers for sale!

Newspapers for sale! Newspapers for sale!

Take a look at the newspaper!

Newspapers for sale! Newspapers for sale!

Haidu is indeed very different from before.

Where's the Extinguishing Lampshade?

Let me take you somewhere.

Let's go.

Breaking news! Breaking news!

Shen Anren, Second Young Master of the Shen family,

will inherit the Kylin Seal today.

Breaking news! Breaking news!

Shen Anren, Second Young Master of the Shen family,

will inherit the Kylin Seal today.

Breaking news! Breaking news!

Shen Anren, Second Young Master of the Shen family,

-will inherit the Kylin Seal today. -Aren't you going?

Let's go.

Breaking news! Breaking news!

Shen Anren, Second Young Master of the Shen family...

Step aside! Step aside!

Step aside! Watch out for the rickshaw!

-Protect the Governor! -Yes!

Governor, I'm late.

I'm sorry for having startled you.

I deserve to be punished.

It's alright.

I will take them back and interrogate them thoroughly.

Governor, the clothes are ready.

Take them all back!

-Yes! -Yes!

-Go! -Behave yourself!

Is your hand alright?

It's fine now.

It's alright.

Aren't you supposed to be very capable?

Why did you get hurt?

I just didn't react quickly enough.

Besides,

as long as you're fine,

it's not a big deal that I got hurt.

I know that you're not an ordinary person,

but next time,

don't do this.

You're talking too much.

Where's the Extinguishing Lampshade?

It's in the Shen's Mansion.

After I find the Kylin Seal,

I'll help you look for it.

Today is a big day for the Shen Clan.

I hereby declare that

from today onwards,

the position of the Shen family's head

will be inherited by Second Young Master, Shen Anren.

How can the position of the Shen family's head

be inherited by an outsider?

Sister?

It turns out that you're Shen Changzhang's son.

But no matter who you are,

I'm running out of patience.

Solve the problem as soon as possible.

I know.

Eldest Young Master.

What are you doing?

I'm the eldest son of the Shen family.

Of course I'm here to inherit the position of the family's head.

Brother.

You're back finally.

It's been a long time since we last met.

Who is this young lady?

Thank you.

[Shen Anren in his boyhood]

It's indeed been a long time.

Thanks to you,

you persuaded our father

to banish me from our home.

Brother.

You've misunderstood me.

Eldest Young Master.

You...

In front of me,

just stop pretending to be

so innocent and pitiful.

Our father has just passed away,

and you've already become the acting chairman of the Chamber of Commerce in Haidu.

Now you're in such a hurry to inherit the position of the family's head.

You really can't wait to do that.

Young Master.

Our father was murdered.

I'm heartbroken.

How I wish I could tear the murderer to pieces.

But even though I've used all my connections to investigate the case,

I still haven't caught the murderer yet.

The Shen family is in chaos now.

To protect the Shen family's assets,

I have no choice but to do this.

As for our father's case,

I will personally figure out the truth.

But as an outsider, he has no right

to inherit the position

of the Shen family's head.

Eldest Young Master.

When your father, Shen Changzhang, was alive,

he intended to pass the position of the family's head

to Second Young Master.

However, over the years,

it's Second Young Master who has been

busy managing the family affairs.

The position of the family's head should be given to him.

You haven't cared or asked about anything all these years.

Don't you think you're...

I'll say it again.

The position of the Shen family's head won't belong to him.

Yu Bo.

Give the Kylin Seal to me.

Even if I die here today,

I won't give it to you.

You're so slow.

I got it.

In exchange,

tell me where the Extinguishing Lampshade is.

Give it to me.

You actually have no idea where the Extinguishing Lampshade is.

You came back

just in order to get this, didn't you?

As long as you give it to me,

I'll help you find it myself.

Shen Zheng.

How dare you lie to me?
