Once on the water,

racers will capsize their kayak,

get themselves safely
back in their boat,

pump out all the excess water
and paddle back to shore

where they'll receive
their next clue.

In Palate Test, racers will
locate the Sunshine Coast

Olive Oil Company,
where they'll have to

sample 10 different flavours of

olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Once they correctly
identify each flavour,

Dave, the owner, will give
them their next clue.

In Mallet Fest, teams will
make their way

to Gibsons Public Market.

Once here, teams be welcomed
by the infectious rhythms

and melodic melodies of
the Knotty Dotters

who perform on the popular
African instrument,

the marimba.

Racers will learn the exact
same rhythmic melodic line,

and then perform at the
perfect pace and pitch,

in sync with the Knotty Dotters

to receive their next clue.
