Pieces may be used to purchase assets that offer a competitive edge in the games

will advance to the final round.

The winner of the final round

will be crowned the victor of The Devil's Plan.

and finally, the kitchen.

To execute your plans, you are free to use each and every room as you wish.

Now then, allow me to introduce the first main match.

of The Devil's Plan is...

the Virus Game.

-Oh. -Virus?

[master] The Virus Game is a battle between the terrorists,

whose goal is to spread the virus,

and the citizens, whose goal is to prevent an infection.

Oh. It's a political game.

[master] Before starting, players will be asked to pick

a random number from 1 to 12 to assign their role in the game.

Each character in the Virus Game possesses a unique ability.

Upon completing the mission, this ability will automatically enable.

As for the roles

and the missions to trigger your abilities,

this information will only be revealed to the players with said roles.

The roles are comprised of terrorists, citizens, and neutrals.

-So there's neutrals. -[master] Terrorists.

There will be two terrorists.

And as the game progresses,

they will come to learn each other's identities.

Oh, so it's like the Mafia game.

-Yeah. -[master] Terrorists have the ability

to infect a player with a virus.

During the game, the terrorists can discuss

and select one player to infect only once.

Each terrorist will have an antidote

that can cure one player.

And they will also have a bullet

which they can use to kill one player.

At the end of the game, there must be at least one terrorist alive

and they must have killed off all remaining players,

except the one cured with the antidote, for the terrorists to win.

If they win, they will gain four Pieces.

-I see. -[master] Next are the citizens.

There are three types.

Ordinary citizens, researchers, and journalists.

If the citizens eliminate all the terrorists

or develop a cure,

they win and gain one Piece each.

The citizens.

[master] There will be five ordinary citizens

and they will be unaware of each other's identities during the game.

One of the five ordinary citizens will possess the antibodies to the virus.

And no one, including the possessor themselves,

will know if they possess the antibodies.

Then, what are we gonna do?

[master] The player with the antibodies

may be infected and infect others,

and numbers 12 and 1 are considered to be connected.

Infected players will die within two rounds if left untreated.

player six will die when round three begins.

will die at the beginning of round four.

If a player suspects they have been infected,

they may take a virus test once during the whole game

to check their infected status.
