a little trip

for some of our producers and

to an all-inclusive trip.

This one feels a little bit more
like an emergency trip.

called Sentierre Padre Canyon.

It is a five-star resort
with residences.

On the property there are five

Two of them are sold.

The houses start at 5 million.

Saint George is on
the border of Nevada.

It is a vacation resort
community

and a lot of people
from all over the state

buy homes there,
second homes there.
