build on one of them,

kind of a middle-grade one
on the other,

and then one of the lower-end
ones on this one.

That way we can look
and we can really see

where profit margins
make the most sense,

what's really going to add
to this community as well.

Maybe start around $2.5,
3 million,

somewhere in that ballpark.

I think that's a good strategy.

"Dang, there is enough space
to land a helicopter here."

I'm maybe down here.

I would say I'm up here
