=Love in the Edge of Divorce=

=Episode 19=

What kind of guest

do I have to personally greet?

Grandson of your grandpa's friend.

Your grandpa said,

you only need to see him

and show our respect.

Grandpa, I've arrived.

What's this?

Later, you'll meet him

and eat with him.

A candlelight dinner

for two men?

It makes some sense.

Qi Chen,

what on earth is going on?

It's your grandpa.

He lied to get you here

and match-make you and Ms. Sheng.

Ms. Sheng is in her room.

Someone will bring her here later.

Such a scheming woman.

She fooled Grandpa again.

Which room is she in?

She's in...

Room 8802.

Get me two divorce papers.

But your grandpa...

Get going.

OK. I'm on it.

Come back.

Get the table cleaned.

But...

Sheng Mian,

you're trying so hard to avoid the divorce.

Since you're also here,

let's make a break.

Grandpa, you're so thoughtful.

You even prepared dinner.

Thank you, Grandpa.

You're Sheng Mian?

(So, Grandpa got me here)

(because he wanted to match-make)

(Fu Yancheng and me.)

(Then, I'll divorce you)

(as Penny.)

Sheng Mian got me here.

What did she do to you?

She warned me.

Unless you get a divorce,

I'll always be a mistress.

She played victim with Grandpa

and in turn she humiliated you.

She's quite scheming.

Go. Get in with me.

I don't want to see her again.

As long as I see you,

I don't care what others say.

Penny,

since you exiled me,

I've been missing you so much.

After tonight,

you'll divorce Sheng Mian.

I don't want this anymore.

OK.

I won't let you suffer.

Whatever she says,

you're the only wife I acknowledge.

I'm not good enough to be your wife.

I'm a mere designer.

We aren't fit for each other.

I don't care if you are fit for me.

There's love between us.

I'm to blame, anyway. I...

I should have found you earlier.

Grandpa.

I tried so hard to get Mian there.

But you want to divorce her.

I warn you.

You have to get her back.

Otherwise, tomorrow,

you would attend my funeral.

Grandpa,

I beg you.

Stop interfering with my stuff.

I'm your grandson.

But I have my own life.

I just want the woman I love.

Tomorrow, bring that woman back.

I want to see her.

How mysterious.

What are we doing?

You'll know.

Grandpa.

Penny, I'll introduce you to Grandpa.

Fu Yancheng,

is this your beloved woman?

How could you hug

even in front of me?

This is indecent.

Turn around.

Don't worry.

I won't give you a hard time.

Don't be scared. I'm here.

- You... - Grandpa.

Nice to meet you.

I'm Penny.

We haven't met.

How rude of me.

Please forgive me.

Grandpa,

she's the girl I've been loving.

Let's sit down.

Grandpa, I'll get you down.

Grandpa,

don't tell him I'm Sheng Mian.

I'll explain later.

Grandpa,

I'm sorry.

I didn't know you were here.

So, I didn't bring any presents.

Today, I'm here to ask you

what plans you have.

Grandpa, I want to marry Penny.

Then Mi...

Shy girl,

what about you?

What do you think?

Grandpa,

I know.

I'm not good enough for him.

- Nonsense. - Nonsense.

Grandpa, you approved?

You tell me

why you're not good enough.

Mr. Fu, he...

He's from an illustrious family

and he's handsome.

He's young but very successful.

He's such a rare nice man.

I'm but a mere designer.

I can't be good enough.

So, I'm so perfect in your heart.

I don't care about those.

Love is all I care about.

Grandpa,

let us be together.

Umm...

You must be aware

of the marital status

of my grandson.

Ms. Penny, are you single?

Grandpa, I...

I'm married, too.

Then, do you really

love Yancheng?

Yes.

I love him.

Good.

I'm so glad

to hear that.

I should go.

Why are you leaving?

Is that a yes?

Yes.

Did you hear?

Grandpa said yes.

Tell me earlier

before you do this again.

I don't like this kind of surprise.

Are you angry?

I want him to know

you're a good girl.

It's inappropriate for me

to see your grandpa now.

I'll divorce tomorrow.

Wait for me.
