I'm feeling a little bit left behind.

Then we all went camping together

To put connections to the test.

Definitely gonna be some tough conversations I think this weekend.

Because the next solo date is on the line.

It's a very vulnerable position to put yourself into.

I want to get to know you more.

And the farmers have a big decision ahead.

Sydney: If he likes her, and they get closer,

That will be really hard for me.

My mind is a little bit all over the place.

I think it's my turn to have the one-on-one date.

Ty: The way she's handled this situation with ashley,

In reality, the date is pretty much between me and natalie

Because we haven't had a one-on-one date with him.

I like the way it stays like that.

I think originally I wanted him to explore the connection with her,

But I realized that I really do need

I feel like it's now or never for me and mitchell.

I feel like this has been more natural than most mixers.

We've had the freedom to kind of talk to everybody and hang out and do what we want.

Joy: I didn't really get to talk to brandon much on this camping trip.

You know, he didn't even look my direction,

So that stings a little bit.

I think he's lost complete interest in me since our last solo date.

He's just wanting to build connections more so

With the other girls than he is with me.

I'm really concerned for farmer kristin.

Kristin: I think it was really hard for me to go to sleep last night.

After I spent my time with nathan on the boat...

Jennifer: At the camping trip,

Brandon chose new lady emerson for his solo date.

Brandon: Colorado has a ton of hot springs,

And we're gonna go hang out and do some soaking,

And hopefully have some great conversation.

Emerson and I have a physical connection,

But I'm hoping that this date really opens up

An emotional connection a little bit stronger than there already is.

Because I like brandon a lot.

I have not been in love before.

- What'd they teach you? - Soil science, dirt, mud-- all of it.

What has been, like, a big, influential moment?

The biggest one actually was fairly recently,

Like, within the last couple years.

But my dad actually had a major stroke.

- Oh. And he's okay? - He's doing really well now.

But something that I learned was never take time with your loved ones for granted

- Or the people that you enjoy. - Absolutely.

- But I'm 100% grateful that he's doing so well. - Yeah.

But it definitely has brought my family closer together.

Brandon: The fact that emerson is a family person,

I think that that really shows who she is in her heart.

- You getting warm? - I am getting a little toasty.

- I know. - So what is your love language?

There's definitely attraction.

And I think we had a good time.

She kind of got to settle in to an extent

And be a little more comfortable and genuine about who she is.

So hopefully this date that I thought went well

Really reassured her that I want her to be here, and that she can be comfortable.

On the banks of the mississippi river.

Ty: You know, I'm impressed with ashley.

She got treated pretty rough in the house.

But the way she's handled things?

Pretty admirable, to be honest.

She's still a little new to the farm,

So there is a little bit more for me

That I would like to get to know.

Today's just all about quality time.

I like the cowboy, the rugged look,

In the short amount of time you've been here?

I treat cancer patients. I do chemo.

And I'm with them through their entire journey.

My patients mean the world to me,

...That reminds me of a lot of the times that I spent with my dad.

I like to go out there and kind of reflect

On things that I'm going through.

I came back to see if this is something

That could lead to a future.

I love coming out here and just relaxing and thinking about everything.

I don't know exactly what you're going through with your dad,

But with my dad, I like to come here, and I like to think about his presence.

I always was taught if you see a cardinal,

- Then a loved one's always watching. - Yeah, I heard that.

And there's a couple different places throughout the property

That I'll sit back, and I'll be hanging out,

And then all of a sudden a cardinal will fly in and it's almost like,

"hey, bud. I'm still here with you. Don't forget me."

And so that's why I just love this spot so much.

I mean, just sitting here talking with you kind of gives me

A peace of mind with, you know, the whole scenery.

Yeah. Yeah, I agree. I feel like I can relate to that a lot.

Obviously my situation is a little bit different.

Still I feel like the first week it definitely was hard for me,

But the past couple days, I feel better.

I feel like I'm finally able to focus on here and now.

Right. We have a lot that aligns,

Especially with the outdoors and the farm life,

Which is something that you don't see very often for sure.

I really appreciate that about you, and I think that's something

That initially attracted me to you.

I grew up in the country,

And the opportunity to raise kids

- In this environment is so much more valuable to me. - Yeah.

I think you need that one-on-one time with somebody to really get to know them.

This is that time that we needed.

I feel like it's an actual emotional connection

That could progress into something more.

To have somebody and have a conversation that really kind of appreciates

How I was raised and understands it a little bit is huge for me.

Nathan: We really opened up and connected

On a lot of different areas.

She's funny, she's caring, she's nurturing.

So I've definitely got a lot to think about.

It was hard to concentrate 'cause I was sweating.

It was a little fireworks show that we got to--

I feel like I do have a really strong connection with ty.

Ashley: The other woman, before I got here,

They experiences that I had no clue about.

You know, you're building other connections with other girls.

So sometimes it kind of pushes me away

'cause I'm not comfortable seeing that.

We've been together for five weeks with four girls.

It felt from one extreme to the other.

Like, "I don't need it," to being demanding of it.

Of course I wanted one.

We were on the same page about somebody needing to leave.

And I've been in relationships before

Where that was a big thing, very confusing,

Like, make you crazy feeling.

- I just can't take a chance of going through that again. - Yeah.

I don't think that we're meant for each other.

I didn't, like, really see that coming.

...At such an early part of the process,

Then it's not fair to you or I.

Nathan: I had a date with all three of the ladies,

And I could see each and every one of them here on the farm.

So it really comes down to narrowing it down

Until I figure it out.

I honestly can't see myself living anywhere other than a farm.

I think this is fun just getting outside.

I feel more at home like this.

Oh! I lost my foot! My foot is really stuck in here.

- I know, taylor! - I feel like leaving for this experience,

I did leave a lot behind, like, my job, my family and my friends.

So I need to be sure I can see a future with nathan

Because I would be sacrificing a lot to move to florida.

But nathan, he makes me feel very comfortable,

And in a way, this does feel like home.

I could get used to it.

Nathan: Taylor, are you still stuck?

My leg is stuck!

I enjoy this lifestyle. I enjoy the farming lifestyle.

But I feel like right now me and nathan are still on the friendship level.

I don't like dating four women at once.

It's tough. When I brought natalie into the home,

It showed me the real connections that I have with kait, kiana, and sydney.

If this is the right idea keeping natalie on the farm.

We should've poured water on this thing to soften the ground.

First impression, you know, we hit it off right.

But having natalie here is hard.

There's a little bit of tension,

And definitely is not as strong connection

Building in the way that I would've hoped.

That is really cool.

Ty's friend owns several camels,

And ty often helps him to look after them.

Flaire's been my buddy forever.

I actually bought my farm from his dad.

He often comes to my place to work his camels.

So we'll do a little training,

Do a little worming with him.

It'll be interesting to see the ladies interact with them.

First time with camels. It's kind of nerve-wracking.

My job is my passion.

I'm a little torn if I need to continue

My time at the farm or go back.
