So it was definitely a little disheartening.

But it feels really good

So I know that you're close with your dad's side of the family,

But are you still close with your mom's side of the family?

- Dad didn't really want the divorce. - Oh.

You know, dad wanted to make it work and stay together and be a family,

And mom just felt like she wanted to do something else.

So she kind of chose to leave the farm and leave the family

And pursue the things she wanted to do.

You put all this time and effort and love into your family,

I love animals, and I always pictured myself raising my own family.

Because that's something that's really important to me.

It sounds like this is the lifestyle that you want,

But for me, when I look at you and I know your background,

It's hard for me to see a rural lifestyle.

I don't know that it's necessarily fair to put me in that box though.

Part of the reason why I moved to arizona was because I love the mountains.

I love to hike. I grew up hunting and fishing with my dad.

It was, like, the fondest memories of my childhood.

Maybe I get a little hyper-sensitive when I say you put me in a box

Because I know the way, like, I appear.

It's hard to, I guess, relate my world to yours.

'cause I feel like there kind of has been a little bit of a disconnect.

Just because a lot of time has passed since I saw him last,
