So, I care for Stacy. I do.

And I am nervous as hell.

I'm literally shaking

because I made my decision and I wanna make sure

that he knows exactly how I feel.

[Stacy] The experience with Crystal down here

has been eye-opening.

She's taught me a lot about myself

and what I need to do as far as growth.

I know that she's more than a friend, no question.

[Stacy]I'm definitely shocked, because I thought

that we were, you know, close enough

to where, whether or not I wanted to move forward

in a relationship, I would've let her know.

I would've at least showed up.

Never really hurt.

But this experience

has let me know that next time I fall in love,

I'm going to make sure that person feels appreciated.

And one thing that Crystal reminded me

is that your son Miles may have left,

but he's not gone.

And that really stuck with me.

And the way I look at it is that I found new love

with my son.

Yeah, definitely.

[Crystal] I decided not to meet Stacy on the dock today,

because I felt like we don't need

to talk about what is already been shown.

It's been a, a hard lesson, but it's been a good lesson.

You know, I'm happy to go back home

to see my family, see my... See my best friends.

And I'm very hopeful

that I can find love again someday.

[David] I have immense feelings towards Christina.

She possesses so many of the qualities

that I desire and a partner.

She's beautiful, she's honest, she's loving.

She's just a wonderful, wonderful person.

And this last 24 hours,

but there's been a lot of thoughts going through my mind.

You know, just some of the hangups that I have

in the long term of our relationship together.

How we see our lives playing out from here forward.

So this decision could be a very big turning point

in both of our lives.

I am excited, but I'm nervous as hell.

I feel like I'm gonna throw up. I never feel like this.

Coming in to this experience,

it's definitely changed my mind

on what I want in life.

After my divorce, you know, I was like, "I'm done.

I'm never marrying, you know, again."

But hopefully, me and David can,

you know, move forward

and hopefully plan...

I can't believe I'm saying this, a future together.

I'm gonna cry.

He just brings out a different side of me

and, you know, that something I want long-term.

and, um, it's just crazy me saying this.

But, like... I'm gonna cry.

You just, like, feel, like, at home for me,

like, very safe.

Um, so, I hope

that we can move forward

and possible build on this connection.

Okay. Well, um, you know, you have so many qualities

that I desire in a woman.

You're confident, you're gorgeous,

-you're humble as well... -Mmm-hmm.

which the combination of those is amazing.

And, uh, our future being with geographical difference

that, you know... You know, your son being in North Carolina as well.

And me being in Houston,

um, the distance between us is somewhat unrealistic.

-Mmm-hmm. -Right?

You know, I mean, just to, um--

-I mean, maybe. -[David] Yeah. [laughs]

I mean, I feel like life's short

and you have to take chances

and, you know, go after what you want

if that's what you really want, so.

Right.

It's just, uh, about, you know, um, having something

that you... It might feel right,

but it might not be right on paper.

To make such a drastic move,

um, we move forward from here

is something that I'm not willing to do.

[intense music playing]

Hmm.

I don't know what else to say.

I mean, I'm actually a little shock.

I'm not gonna lie, so...

But, um, you know,

I just I wish I would've known sooner.

I'm not very good at goodbyes.

-That's fine. -And I don't know where--

I'm just gonna walk off.

Well, yeah.

You never wanna be the person that break someone's heart.

And the sad thing is a genuine connection did formulate.

I learned through going through this experience

that I had a very hard set of values.

The factors that just continue to pile up

are the destination as well as the kids.

And I'm in that nesting-phase

and I think that she's more of the going-out-

and-experiencing- and-enjoying life phase.

And our timing is just not quite there for that

and there's not always a fairytale ending

at the end of all relationships

and it's unfortunate.

Why didn't you say something like...

I just... It just doesn't add up.

I also, you know...

ruined a potential other relationship with Sam.

I'm 46 years old

and, you know, I wanna be in a relationship

and grow with someone and have a partner.

And this is exactly why I don't allow myself

to be vulnerable.

[Kelly] When I went into this experience,

I would not have thought that I would end up here.

Like, here with someone.

Darren represent the man that I've always searched for.

I mean, just everything that I've ever wanted.

I've only been in love a couple of times in my life

and, uh, I know when I'm in love.

I'm afraid to say I'm falling in love,

because that will trigger

my automatic response to put up a wall

to protect myself from getting hurt,

because I don't know if I deserve Kelly.

I don't know if anyone deserves Kelly.

Holy [bleep] nervous.

I'm nervous because there's always that one sliver

of a chance that, you know, people do change their mind.

-So, here we are. -I know. [laughs]

I came on this experience with an open heart, open mind.

That's how I live my life.

So, with that being said, I took this opportunity

and ran with it with an open heart.

And I can't wait to continue this journey with you.

that I have been hiding from for most of my life

'cause I didn't think I deserved you.

I thought that I was coming here

to find a connection or love.

I have been doing a lot of soul searching

over the last year, year and a half,

and I decided I did deserve love.

I deserved a second chance at love.
