=World of Immortals= =Dragon Island Arc=

=Episode 15= =Enemy of the Alliance=

(Previously)

Lan Nuo is

(The Sea of Bones on Skull Mountain) in the Sea of Bones.

Time Stasis.

He has killed without hesitation for so long.

Demonic forces have deeply consumed his heart.

Big Dipper,

seal the gods!

We wouldn't have known each other if not for the fight.

My name is Liu Mu.

This person is quite interesting.

Since we don't have time

to kill Xiao Chen,

let's find someone to do it for us.

(The Fiery Glow Marsh)

We have searched the area but found no trace of the Dragon King.

How odd.

(Liu Ruyan, Pink Alliance)

(Level Four in Mortal Shedding) Rumours have placed Dragon King here,

yet we've found no trace.

Could the news have been inaccurate?

Who are you?

That sounds like the voices of our sisters.

Attack!

Do you realise the consequences

of offending the Pink Alliance?

Whoever it is,

the Pink Alliance will surely avenge this grudge.

The signal from the Undying Sect.

The attack is fierce,

indicating the work

of a skilled fighter.

A skilled fighter?

The grand alliance relayed

that recently, members of various factions have been killed

by Xiao Chen.

(Xiao Chen.)

(Ancient Temple in the Wilderness, Blue Rain Alliance Base)

How trustworthy are

Yan Qingcheng's words?

The wounds suggest

this was not the work of an ordinary fighter.

Regardless,

capture Xiao Chen first.

(Cangming Lu, Undying Sect Base)

Everything is set.

As soon as Xiao Chen shows himself,

he will face the pursuit and revenge of several forces.

Go

and find a place to hide for the time being.

Keep a low profile and don't show yourself.

This plan is truly brilliant,

as it not only weakens the other faction

but also makes Xiao Chen the enemy of all.

Your Highness, can you now share

any information about the Dragon King's whereabouts?

A few days ago,

I discovered a mountain range filled with palaces of the Dragon Clan.

I believe it is a sacred place where the Dragon Clan once gathered.

The Dragon King must be there.

The Dragon Clan Sacred Mountain.

(Moon Lake)

Xiao.

Xiao.

(Ruo Shui.)

Ruo Shui.

I am sorry.

I have failed to keep my promise.

No.

No matter how long it takes,

I will wait for you.

Who are you?

You killed several of my sisters yesterday,

and today you've forgotten everything.

It's truly heartbreaking how indifferent you are.

The death of your people has nothing to do with me.

(The umbrella formation hides both truth and deception.)

(Using the Shattered Step technique, she swiftly searches for an opening.)

(She's quite skilled.)

How did you discover me?

Your moves are showy but lack substance.

They're

too slow.

If I truly intended to kill you,

with your skill,

you would already be dead by now.

(This person is much stronger than the masked man.)

(Could it be...)

(Blast!)

(I've fallen into the Undying Sect's trap.)

This is all I have to say.

You may leave now.

(The situation on Dragon Island is tense.)

(Everyone is on edge.)

(If we could ally with Xiao Chen,)

(at least we'd have some support in times of danger.)

Wait.

What happened earlier was a misunderstanding.

I am Liu Ruyan of the Pink Alliance.

I apologise, Xiao.

Do you know me?

I have heard of your victory

when you defeated Gu Luo

and thwarted the divine curse master.

The Pink Alliance intends to ally,

standing with you through thick and thin.

Join forces with me?

I have many foes.

You surely wouldn't bother with minor threats.

Besides, the alliance does not need to be made public.

A private agreement to assist each other in trouble will suffice.

Alright.

But with my luck,

I might end up in danger in just a few days

and require your support.

I believe that with your skills,

you will surely overcome any danger.

Now that our alliance is formed,

take care.

(It's been almost four months since arriving in the World of Immortals.)

(I wonder how Ruo Shui is doing now.)

(I've searched all around The Sea of Bones)

(but still found no trace of the goddess.)

(Where should I go next?)

Keke,

what's wrong?

What?

That mountain

(The Sky-reaching Divine Tree) is actually a tree, cut cleanly in half.

(Severed Crown of the Sky-reaching Divine Tree)

It's so boring here. Let's go find some fun.

So the mountain range we just passed

was actually the trunk and branches of this tree.

This is your home.

Is it just you here?

No wonder you're so attached to the little tree.

It must be a keepsake from your parents.

So you left this place

to search for your parents?

I'm looking for a way back to my homeland.

You're looking for your parents.

We're both on a quest for home.

Let's travel

the road ahead together.

From now on,

we'll be family.

(The Ruins of the Dragon Clan's Sacred Mountain)

The Dragon King is within this valley.

Be cautious of your surroundings.

I hear something!

Lone Sword Demon.

Have you

seen a woman in white with a mask?

No, we haven't.

Then you

no longer serve any purpose.

Yan Qingcheng.

You...

You've finally shown yourself.

Cultivation is about refining the heart.

Your sword

has already claimed countless lives.

Stop now.

Fighting

is how the strong prove themselves.

Show me

what your sword can do.

I didn't expect to run into that disaster.

With Zhao Lin'er dead, the grand alliance will definitely dissolve.

It's time to meet with my master.

Dragon egg?

Inform everyone

that Zhao Lin'er is dead

and that the whereabouts of Xiao Chen and the dragon egg have been found.

Where did those three go?

I hope they're not stealing again.

Keke,

did you see them?

I began learning swordsmanship at the age of three,

dedicating over 20 years without a moment's rest.

After mastering it,

I challenged strong warriors from all corners,

hoping one day to attain supreme swordsmanship.

But you, you keep your sword sheathed,

always avoiding battle.

Do you even deserve to wield a sword?

A sword is meant for noble purposes.

Your focus on winning and losing is

of no use to your cultivation.

(Who is this woman?)

(She even has the Dragon King following her.)

(Her strength seems far superior to that of Lone Sword Demon.)

(That sword...)

Without a clear winner,

what is there to say about strength?

To hold back in fear,

how can one claim mastery in martial arts?

Then,

show me your move.

My sword relies on softness as its strength,

and the universe becomes one with it.

If a sword lacks sharpness,

how can it cut?

With the heart guiding the sword,

softness can also be strength.

That's Lone Sword Demon.

Who is the woman fighting him?

Zhao Lin'er?

That's the Little Dragon King.

Keke, let's go.

In the face of absolute strength, all strategies are useless.

Do you think a mere branch can block my sword?

Even the weakest wood can stand firm

when guided by a steady will,

and with the right intent,

anything can become a weapon.

How could my sword

be outmatched by a mere branch?

Though the swordplay is sharp,

it lacks defence.

It is passable within the same realm,

but when faced with a higher level,

the flaws will be exposed.

In the future, if you can find something worth protecting,

your swordsmanship will reach greater heights.

Let's go.

How could I lose to a mere branch?

How could I possibly lose?

Where are they?

They should have come this way.

Why are they not here?

There should be many forces hunting me down now.

If I carry these dragon eggs...

Following their trail, Xiao Chen and the others are likely in the Snow Valley.

This bloodstain.

Found him.

Xiao Chen is here.

Today,

no one will be allowed to leave.
