- [Instructor] Now that we have learned
what Agent AI is and how it works,
let us look at some applications.
Later in this course, I will guide you with some tools
to build out agent AI applications
absolutely with zero code.
Agent AI automates workflow by making human decisions
using reasoning power of LLMs.
Can you imagine what you would like to automate
with agent AI in marketing?
Write your ideas in a notepad.
Don't worry about whether you have the data
to build this agent AI.
We are exploring ideas without any limits.
To design agent AI to automate purposefully to help humans,
the first step in imagining use cases is always
to think about why you want agent AI to do this work
and what are the benefits to people.
Here are top three use cases in marketing,
which lend itself to using agent AI.
Lead gen, campaign management, personalization.
Let us look at lead gen.
How is this done traditionally?
Customers are engaged on a website or app,
and the clicks are analyzed to optimize
the customer path to lead them to an action.
A customer funnel is built based on
what stage of interest, consideration,
or purchase is the customer at to lead them
along the buyer cycle.
This involves creating many different website
landing pages and A/B testing what works for the customer.
New creatives are created and new websites are created.
Data is collected at every stage
and analyzed to decide on the best next action
on how to move the customer along with the customer funnel.
Can you see how this lends itself to building an agent AI?
Agent AI first breaks down the tasks to multiple steps,
and then it runs each task
and makes decision using reasoning along every step.
So for lead gen, agent AI can generate websites,
it can generate creatives and landing pages.
How does it do it?
It uses tools like web search
and website generation tools.
Next, it'll collect customer data to do A/B testing
and compare what works best towards a goal
of better leads collected.
Can you say what type of Agent AI
can be used for this step?
Correct, it can be a goal-based agent,
like what we learned in chapter one.
Agent AI can analyze customer data and reason
and filter customers to build out
the customer funnel for us.
