so it was made for American designers, but then as the

process moves forward, you find cheaper alternatives

to the producer product, and that's kind of how

things are able to see.

And you know, sometimes you get to pay a little bit of a tax

on it, export tax, but it can be worth it still.

- Well mom, did you show the idea about your shoe

with the flat instead of heels?

- Yeah, I mentioned that yesterday

when we were talking about the Zoom.

- Like we just, we sell so many heels, and I just feel

like living nowadays, per-per-comfort over

wearing uncomfortable high heels.

Did you get that some thought, what do you think?

- I do, I typically, when you do that, when you make that

kind of a move, you're redirecting your market.

You see what I mean?

Younger women like the heels, they accentuate still legs.

- Yeah.

- That type of thing, they're trying to sell sex, you know,

they're trying to sell trackness.

- Yeah.

- So as a woman gets a little lean on her 20s,

you wear a 30s, comfort seems to be more of a pain to them.

So you would be changing, you would be shifting markets.

But I definitely think there's a market for

comfortable shoes that are still attractive.

- Right, like we'll work with the design, color,

but I just think it's better, especially women, you know,

women are, we're getting older.

We still want to, you know, we look good.

- Yeah, but you don't want to be wearing six inch,

still out of here, you know, I understand.

- Yeah, for sure.

It means it's definitely something to consider.

And I think it could probably be a good idea, to be honest.

- So now would it be like a two inch heel or just

completely flat?

With a little foam insert.

But 'cause you're young, you start now, college.

- What's an internship?

- An internship doesn't really pay, per se.

But it comes with experience,

and that way you are prepared to go into the work field.

They are on an economic use as a reference.

Or we hire from within, typically, with our interns.

So the potentials, you have a good paying job

is definitely there.

But everyone starts to ground up.

I climbed a corporate ladder myself.

- Yeah, and I just got in this position

because I have so much experience.

- Is it 'cause you went to college, mom?

- Yes.

- And that's something that you need to do,

so you're just gonna go.

- Yeah, the best thing you can do is go get yourself

a hundred thousand dollars worth of debt,

and claw your way on for the next decade.

That's typically how we adults do it.

It just makes sense.
