That implicates staff.

No inmate could arrange a transfer without help.

who killed David Aziz.

David was a good guy.

So if it wasn't you-

Walt or Parker?

Yeah.

No.

Neither of those guys

are going to do something that stupid with no reason.

David knew about the drugs.

Whoever was smuggling them in-

they had reason to kill him.

The drugs are coming in for Walt.

How do you know that?

I came in from the yard a little early.

I found him in here trying to toss the place.

I booted him out.

Because he was looking for the drugs-

that were in David's bunk.

That's what I figured when you said they weren't yours.

Okay so David-

took the drugs from the laundry-

maybe as proof.

Either that or he was trying to take them out of circulation.

He didn't like to see people use any more than I do.

David wanted to tell the warden something.

But before he could-

Walt found out that he had taken the stash.

It makes sense.

That's exactly why Walt started the fight in the laundry room

to begin with.

He wanted to get to David.

Except it couldn't have been Walt.

Why?

Because I had my arm on his throat.

I had him on the wall.

If he had a shank-

he would have used it on me.

[Charlie sighs]

So if it wasn't Walt, then-

maybe it was a set-up.

David had bruises.
