So the body would have been found.

[Rex whines]

The place where Jennica was struck by the golf cart

is between the maintenance shed and the new burial site.

Donovan: So maybe-

Maybe she caught them in the act of moving the body.

That's why she was killed.

So if Charlie's theory is right-

the motive is strong.

So the killer

takes the shovel from the maintenance shed-

uses it to dig a hole in the woods to bury the body?

Yeah but

Jennica interrupts them.

They run her down, strangle her-

and then use the-

and then use the very same shovel-

to bury her where we found her.

And then Raffi shows up!

And it spooks them.

and they leave the shovel behind.

But the killer

knew that their prints would be on the shovel.

So that's why they took it from Raffi's office.

[Jesse sighs]

We can tie the manner of death to both murders.

where Jack was buried was the killer.

And that's who killed Jennica.

So the attack on Raffi presumably rules him out.

at least he wasn't the one who knocked out Rex.
