Let's remember this night

that forever belongs to just the two of us.

I'm about to marry Tian Xing.

Yet you went out with him for a whole day.

You're a liar. I hate you!

If you want happiness, then you can't stand up.

Huan Huan!

What the hell are you doing?

Are you okay?

Huan Huan!

Leo.

Are you really going to work for Tian Ji?

Yeah.

I'm already Tian Ji's special projects director now.

Why?

I thought you always said no to them before.

Things are different now.

Miao Miao, Jia Gai Xian.

Why are you questioning Director Leo like this?

I don't think there's anything wrong with him working for Tian Ji.

Tian Ji took away OZ.

I can't accept that at all.

Jia Gai Xian.

What projects we choose to do

has nothing to do with what you just said.

Of course it does.

Tian Ji has already taken away OZ's ownership.

We don't even have an office now.

Leo, are you sure you want to help Tian Ji?

It's already been confirmed

and I've already signed a contract with them.

So we'll have to handle whatever projects they assign us.

Whoever is not happy can leave.

Jia Gai Xian.

Jia Gai Xian, wait!

Jia Gai Xian, wait up.

You heard what Leo said.

Why didn't you say anything?

Listen to me, Jia Gai Xian.

To me, it only means one thing.

That is, we've got work to do.

So we should make the most of it and do a good job.

To me, every project is an opportunity.

No matter where the project comes from

or whoever gives it to us.

I know we must get OZ back.

But at the least, we must have something to work on.

So to me, that's all it is.

What's the matter with you two?

He couldn't accept the fact that Leo's taking projects from Tian Ji.

Why?

If you leave, then Tao Le Si and Director Leo will have one less staff member.

Jia Gai Xian.

Try not to think of it as an extension of the resentment between OZ and Tian Ji, okay?

I think Leo's changed.

Not just Leo.

During this time

everyone has changed.

Where are you?

I want to see you.

I hate you, you liar!

Tao Le Si.

Here you are.

What's that?

I almost forgot.

Here, sit down.

Cupcakes.

I made it, try it.

Try it.

It's a memory that I have with Xiao Lu.

Xiao Lu was so happy and content back then.

Simple but very happy.

Leo accepted an ad from Tian Ji on behalf of OZ.

Huan Huan's going to be the female lead.

She'll definitely pick on you if you work with her.

Are you sure you want to be part of it?

Don't worry.

I'll definitely do a good job on it.

I won't be affected by my personal emotions.

Tao Le Si.

This must be so hard for you.

I'm sorry.

You don't have to apologize.

You've already done a lot for me.

Your burden is far too heavy.

So from this moment on

let me share your burden

and let me give you strength.

From now on

even when I'm not by your side

whenever you miss me

just look for me in your heart.

I'll always be there waiting for you, okay?

So no matter what happens

let's not shed anymore tears.

Since we don't have much happiness left

we shouldn't waste any more time crying, right?

Please change your mind

and become my son-in-law.

Please take care of Huan Huan for the rest of your life.

I'll definitely reward you for it.

I can give you whatever you want.

Even Tian Ji, okay?

Auntie.

Lance, why didn't you turn on the lights?

I thought you only drink when you're socializing with clients.

But you seem to be drinking quite often at home lately.

Mom.

Let me ask you something.

When you said you were willing to give Tian Ji to Tian Xing

was it just to comfort him so that he'd marry Huan Huan?

Or were you serious?

You silly child.

Of course I was just trying to comfort him.

Tian Ji belongs to the Li family.

Of course it'll only be passed on to our own family.

I'm from the Li family

and I'm your only son.

So I guess you should know who the real heir of Tian Ji is, right?

Tian Ji means the world to me and your father.

It's just as important as you and Huan Huan are to me.

Don't think about it too much.

I'm just worried about Huan Huan's wedding.

I know Tao Le Si's been hanging around Tian Xing a lot.

In order to ensure your sister's happiness

I'm going to have to spend more time on it.

You've had enough, Lance.

I'm getting old.

So Tian Ji's going to be yours sooner or later.

After Tian Xing and Huan Huan get married

he'll be your brother-in-law.

I remember you telling me

that you wanted Tian Xing to stay at Tian Ji.

This way, it'll benefit both you and Tian Ji.

Don't drink anymore.

After Tian Xing and Huan Huan get married

he'll be your brother-in-law.

I remember you telling me

that you wanted Tian Xing to stay at Tian Ji.

This way, it'll benefit both you and Tian Ji.

It's going to be Huan Huan's engagement party in a few days.

Nature's Miracle's ad is going to incorporate Huan Huan's wedding.

So starting from her engagement party

we'll have to start our filming.

Huan Huan also asked us to produce a video to be played at her wedding party.

Why did she want us to do it?

Yeah, that means we'll have to go and attend her wedding party, right?

Who would want to go?

This is work.

Please be a bit more professional.

Stop objecting to everything.

Jia Gai Xian.

You can be in charge of the wedding video.

Have a chat with Huan Huan's manager

and see if he can give us some of her photos.

Oh yeah, when we went to the hot spring

didn't we take some photos of Huan Huan and Lu Tian Xing?

Maybe we can make use of them.

Why are you all looking at me?

I'm okay.

Let's get to work.

Hurry up.

Jia Gai Xian.

What are you doing?

I'm working on your photos with Huan Huan.

I thought we're only working on Tian Ji's project.

But why do we have to do a video for Miss Li's wedding as well?

Hang on.

What's wrong?

Can I borrow your computer?

- You want to use it? - Yeah.

Sure, then I'll go out with my goddess.

See you!

- Bye. - Enjoy!

I'm home.

Mama Li?

You're finally back.

What are you doing here?

I was organizing Huan Huan's honeymoon trip nearby

and thought I'd drop in to say hello.

I took the opportunity to invite your parents to Huan Huan and Tian Xing's engagement party.

Madam Li.

Thank you for your invitation.

But we actually don't know you that well

so there's no reason for us to attend Miss Huan Huan's engagement.

Of course not.

I still haven't thanked you for taking such good care of Tian Xing

when he pretended to be Xiao Lu and worked at OZ.

Since Tian Xing's just like my own son

I should have visited you earlier.

You don't really have to visit us at all.

It's your family's business whether or not Miss Huan Huan and Tian Xing will be engaged.

It's up to them.

As parents, we never asked them about it or interfered.

Most importantly, please leave my daughter out of it.

As a parent, of course I want the best for them.

That's why I've come to say something to Miss Tao.

Miss Tao.

After they get engaged

Tian Xing will be Huan Huan's fiance.

So I hope you'll stop seeing him in secret.

He'll soon be getting married.

I'd hate to have any conflict between us.

Mom.

Mama Li.

I know what you're trying to say.

I'm so glad to hear that.

You're a smart girl.

I'm sure you'll find a suitable man soon.

Perhaps I can introduce you to somebody.

Excuse me, I have to go now.

Get the hell out of here.

I can't feel a thing at all!

I can't feel my legs! No...

Brother Tian Xing, no!

I just spoke to Huan Huan's doctor.

He said her cervical nerve injury is very serious.

She'll never be able to walk again.

- It hurts... - Huan Huan!

I'm so useless.

I'll never be able to stand up again!

[Leo]

I'm suspecting that Huan Huan's legs have recovered.

Last time when Lance brought Huan Huan to Tao Ran

Mama Tao tried to take a look at her legs.

Remember? She just said no.

It all took us by surprise and we found it really weird.

Then when we went to the hot spring hotel

I accidentally saw her buying a bottle of water.

But the height at which the water was stocked

couldn't have been reached if she was sitting in a wheelchair.

Then recently...

when I met with her to give her a proposal

she almost got hit by a truck as she was leaving.

At that moment, I thought I saw her standing up.

But...

she sat back down as soon as she saw me.

It's as if her life didn't even matter.

Leo.

Are you trying to tell me...

that you only went to see Lance

because you're suspicious of Huan Huan?

In order to earn his trust

you asked Huan Huan to be the female lead in your ad, didn't you?

Everything that you've done

was because you want to get proof of Huan Huan's charade.

Is that right?

Like I said before...

I'm going to use my own way to protect Tao Zi.

I'm also using my way to protect her.

Hey.

Here you are.

How long have you been here?

I just got here.

Are you okay?

What about you?

Tao Le Si.

Listen to me quietly.

Soon...

I'm going to do something.

It might destroy me

but it might also put an end to this disaster.

Before that happens...

I hope...

you can stay by my side quietly

just like how we are now.

Let me hold you in my arms, okay?

Huan Huan.

Bro, you're home.

You're about to get engaged to Tian Xing.

Are you happy?

I'm also happy for you.

Our princess's dream is finally going to come true.

Thanks, Bro.

Tell me.

Do you think I'm the one who loves you the most?

I've tried to get you everything that you've ever wanted, right?

I even did everything to keep Tian Xing by your side.

Since I've done so much for you

in the future...

will you do the same for me?

It's beautiful.

Careful.

Okay, let's hurry up and get our equipment ready.

It's Huan Huan and Lu Tian Xing's engagement party today

so a lot of the advertising giants will also be here.

We can't let anything go wrong.

Tao Zi, let's check out the venue.

Okay.

- Let's get the equipment. - Okay.

Jia Gai Xian.

Helen, my goddess!

- What are you doing here? - I'm here to help.

Let me give you a hand.

All right, let's get down to business.

That's okay.

One more.

- Done. - You're amazing.

Let's film the bride's entrance in the banquet hall.

We can also film the guests' well wishes for the couple.

Okay, so as the guests arrive and begin to be seated

we can start filming them.

Okay.

A video will be played 10 minutes before the couple's entrance.

We can film the atmosphere as well as the guests' reactions.

Director Leo, Miss Tao.

- Director, Lance. - Hello, Mama Li.

Director Leo, thank you for taking care of the video for us.

I'm so relieved.

We'll have to get ready now.

We'll leave it with you.

- Not a problem. - Thank you.

Where's Tian Xing?

Why is he nowhere to be seen?

You, go and keep an eye on things.

Don't let anything go wrong.

Yes.

Let's go.

And then...

Tao Zi.

Tao Zi?

Let's go to the bride's changing room

and see where we should put our camera, okay?

Okay.

Brother Tian Xing, here you are.

Can you all go out for a minute?

Brother Tian Xing.

What's wrong?

Huan Huan.

Do you remember a game

that we used to play when we were young?

It's called The King's Truth.

At the end of the game

when the king asks

Is there anything that you want to tell me?'

the game would end

and the truth would be revealed.

Now let me ask you.

Is there anything

that you want to tell me?

Huan Huan.

Brother Tian Xing.

What are you trying to say?

Are you suspecting that I'm lying to you?

I'm not suspecting you.

I know you've been lying to me all this time.

Tian Xing, you're finally here.

What's the matter with you two?

What's wrong, Huan Huan?

Huan Huan.

Stand up.

Stop pretending.

While I still can get myself to believe you

you better stand up.

Tian Xing, what are you talking about?

How can you talk to Huan Huan like this?

- You know that her legs... - Stand up.

I said stand up!

Tian Xing, it's your engagement today.

How can you do this to her?

Huan Huan's legs have already recovered.

Here's our group photo

and someone accidentally got caught on camera.

It's the proof.

Here's our group photo

and someone accidentally got caught on camera.

It's the proof.

Auntie, Lance.

I guess you also knew that her legs had recovered, right?

Why didn't you tell me?

Why did you use Huan Huan to force this wedding to happen?

Why?

Tian Xing.

Why are you doing this to Huan Huan?

You knew about her condition.

Do you think a photo like this can free you from being held responsible?

It can't prove anything.

- Director, actually... - The fact is clear.

I want to know

whether the wedding that I've sacrificed everything for...

is a con or not.

- Tian Xing, you... - Mom.

That's enough.

Since Brother Tian Xing suspects me

let me prove it to him.

Let's go for a check up now.

I'll let you choose the hospital and doctor.

Tao Le Si, you can come with us.

Because...

you're also a part of our misunderstanding.

If you can be there as well...

I guess then it'll be a completely perfect answer.

Okay, I'll go with you.

I'll go with Tao Zi.

Okay.

I guess apart from my mom and brother

many people would have doubts about me.

If Director Leo can come as well

then he can be my witness for my innocence.

- Hi, everyone. - I'm sorry.

Today's engagement party has been canceled.

Canceled? What do you mean?

Yeah, we haven't even started filming.

I'm sorry, Miss Huan Huan.

Can you tell us why? Because it'll affect our filming's overall rundown.

Because I need to clarify a misunderstanding with my fiance first.

So the engagement party is canceled for today.

Trust is most important when it comes to marriage.

I can't marry someone who'll doubt me for the rest of our lives.

Go and explain to our guests

and tell them that Miss Huan Huan's not feeling well today

so the engagement party has been postponed.

Yes, Madam.

Tian Xing.

Having caused such a huge problem

I hope you're prepared to settle it afterward.

Ting Wei, I'll leave this with you.

Which one of you is Miss Li Huan Huan?

Here.

We'll be giving you an X-ray and MRI scan

before the doctor gives you a diagnosis.

Don't worry.

The truth will be out after her examination.

Why are you so sure about it?

Are you also suspecting that Huan Huan is faking her injury?

Actually I already talked to Lu Tian Xing about this before.

But I didn't know he was also suspecting her then.

I only told him what I saw.

I didn't expect him to have a photo of Huan Huan standing up.

But even if you doubt her

and that photo...

Tao Zi.

We'll soon find out whether she's been lying or not.

If the diagnosis is different from your expectation

- I'm scared that Lu Tian Xing... - Didn't he tell you to trust him?

Also, I don't think he has any other option

apart from taking a gamble now, right?

Don't worry.

Tian Xing.

Can we have a word?

Lu Tian Xing.

What the hell are you trying to do?

How could you do this to Huan Huan?

- Did you know... - What the hell am I doing?

Me?

After the diagnosis is out

then we'll know who's been fooling everyone.

Fine, even if you suspect her

even if you have that photo

did you have to confront Huan Huan at her engagement party?

What kind of a man are you?

If I didn't confront her today

would Huan Huan have come to the hospital with me?

If I didn't do it in front of everyone

would you and Auntie have let me taken Huan Huan to the hospital?

Tell me.

You...

You've really disappointed me.

You actually had this plotted out so that you didn't have to marry Huan Huan.

I didn't plot anything.

- You did. - Lu Tian Xing!

If the diagnosis shows there's nothing wrong with Huan Huan's legs

and that she's been pretending all this time

then it'll be my turn to ask

whether it was you or Auntie

who made Huan Huan become who she is now.

Miss Li's legs still haven't responded.

Some of the nerves in her legs

have even gotten worse than before.

Do you believe us now?

Is this what it takes for you to marry Huan Huan?

Huan Huan.

Are you sure you didn't lie to me?

Brother Tian Xing.

Is it really that difficult for you to fall in love with me?

Because of Tao Le Si...

are you even beginning to doubt the love that I have for you?

Answer me.

Because of Tao Le Si

you're willing to do anything to hurt me and accuse me.

Must you force me to prove it to you like this

before you can believe that I truly love you?

It's okay.

You said you sacrificed everything in order to marry me.

Then what about me?

Have you ever thought about what I've sacrificed?

If this is really that painful for you...

then forget it, just go.

We don't have to get married.

I don't want to get married anymore...

Is that okay?

It's okay, Huan Huan.

Miss Tao, come with me.

I need to speak to you.

Tian Xing, Huan Huan's very tired.

You and Lance better take her home.

Do you know why something like this would happen today?

Mama Li.

I really don't know.

Don't you get it?

It's all because of you.

If you had not been involved

Tian Xing would never do this to Huan Huan.

If you had never entered Tian Xing's life

he'd still love Huan Huan just like before

take good care of her

and even listen to me and take over Tian Ji.

He could also have become an international renowned advertising artist.

But because of you

he's lost everything now.

All the things that you mentioned just now

are not the things he wants.

Even if he has all that you give him

he still won't be happy.

If that's not what he wants, then what does he want?

Love? His dream? Or is it you?

If it's you that he wants

then I'll do anything to ruin your lives

and let you get a taste of what it feels like to be dangling off a windy cliff.

Are you starting to feel scared now?

If you're beginning to feel afraid

then remain afraid.

Because this expression really suits you.

Let me warn you one last time.

Stay away from Tian Xing.

If something like this ever happens again

not only will I ruin you

but I'll also destroy OZ.

I'll do whatever it takes

to make Tian Xing disappear from the advertising industry.

Don't ruin a highly talented artist's life

by loving him.

Because you're not worth it.

It's up to me and Lu Tian Xing to decide

whether it's worth it or not.

Because we truly love one another.

So no matter what happens

and no matter what you try to do to us

I won't be afraid of you.

Good.

Very well.

Please remember every word that you've said today.

Don't you regret it.

Huan Huan, have some soup.

You've barely eaten at all.

You need a full stomach for your medication.

Then you can have an early rest.

Huan Huan.

Since your engagement party's been postponed

why don't we go for another check-up some day?

I don't think so.

I just got an examination today.

But today's diagnosis was a bit weird.

So we thought perhaps there was a problem with it.

Didn't you say your legs were getting better?

So why are they worse off now?

- I'm worried that... - So what if they are?

It's no big deal.

Miss, let's go to the physical therapy room.

Miss Li's condition seems to have stopped progressing lately.

Nerve injuries often recover the most within 30 days of the injury.

If the patient doesn't do physical therapy and takes medication accordingly within this time

then it's very likely that the injured nerves and muscles will wither.

Uncle Fu.

I can go in myself.

Please pick up a few more wedding dresses for me to choose.

But Madam said I should stay with you for your physical therapy.

It's okay.

I'll call you to come and pick me up once I've finished.

Okay, then I'll go and get the dresses now.

Be careful.

It doesn't matter at all.

What matters is that today's diagnosis

has proven to Brother Tian Xing

that it'll be impossible for me to stand up again.

As long as he believes it, then it's the truth.

I don't care about anything else.

Hello, Ting Wei.

How much information have you gathered now?

I see.

So you still haven't heard anything from Mr. Lung yet?

Okay, I know.

Stand up.

I said stand up!

Why didn't you tell me?

Why did you use Huan Huan to force this wedding to happen?

Why?

Miss, Master Lu's here.

Miss, Master Lu's here.

Hi, Brother Tian Xing.

Have you had breakfast yet?

Then why don't you get changed?

I'll take you to your physical therapy session.

I don't want to go today.

It's not going to help anyway.

No matter how hard I try at doing physical therapy

you're still not going to believe me.

Fine.

I was too irrational that day.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Brother Tian Xing, so do you believe me now?

Huan Huan.

Do you remember telling me

that you'd try your best at getting better?

For me

and for yourself

let's work a little harder, okay?

Then I'll get the maid to help you get changed.

I'll wait for you outside.

Brother Tian Xing.

Let's go to Tao Le Si's parents' clinic today.

Didn't Mama Tao say she wanted to take a look at my legs last time?

Since physical therapy doesn't seem to be helping much

maybe we should try something else.

What do you think?

Okay.

Papa Tao, Mama Tao.

- Morning, Leo. - Leo, why are you so early today?

I want to show Tao Zi some samples and talk to her about the script.

- I'll go get her, just a minute. - Thanks.

Papa Tao.

How has Tao Zi been lately?

What do you think?

How can she be well when the man that she loves is marrying someone else?

Leo wants to see you.

Leo.

I've brought you some samples.

Hi, everyone.

Why did you two come together?

Huan Huan said she wants Mama Tao to take a look at her legs.

Is that okay, Mama Tao?

Yeah, of course.

Okay, let me have a look.

Mama Tao, I feel bad for making you kneel before me to check my legs.

Not at all.

All we want is for your legs to get better.

Tao Le Si, is that what you think as well?

Of course.

Huan Huan, once your legs...

Once my legs get better

then you and Brother Tian Xing can be together, right?

Huan Huan.

Every one of you

is hoping that Brother Tian Xing can leave me soon.

You all think I'm lying...

and that I was the one who got between Brother Tian Xing and Tao Le Si.

But did it ever occur to you

that I fell in love with Brother Tian Xing first.

Tao Le Si's the one who took him away from me.

It's her, she's the thief.

How dare you!

How dare you say something like that?

Let me tell you.

I don't care about your relationship with Mr. Lu.

But my daughter did nothing to hurt you.

How can you say that about her?

But didn't she?

Everything that she did and said has hurt me very deeply.

Huan Huan, stop this.

Why? Why do I have to stop?

I didn't do anything wrong, she did.

Why are you all looking at me like this?

What did I do wrong?

That's enough.

Huan Huan.

I truly wish that you can get better.

I wish I was the one who fell down instead of you.

Because I might feel less guilty that way.

But even if I was the one who fell down

I still wouldn't have used it as a weapon to leave Lu Tian Xing with no choice.

Huan Huan.

Since we've come out already

let's go for your physical therapy.

Brother Tian Xing.

Actually...

do you also think...

that I'm using my injury as a weapon

to leave you with no choice?

Huan Huan.

Since you want to marry me

you didn't care who I really loved

and you didn't care how your willfulness would hurt others.

You still insisted on doing this.

If it's not your weapon

then what is it?

So...

if it wasn't because of OZ's ownership...

if I had not gotten hurt...

then would you have given up everything

so that you can be with Tao Le Si?

I would have.

Then I should consider myself lucky

that I was the one who fell down the cliff

instead of Tao Le Si.

Where's Tao Zi?

She said she needs some time alone to think about the script.

What are you saying?

So you really left her alone just because she said she wants to be alone?

Of course, what else could I do?

I think Huan Huan's so madly in love with Lu Tian Xing that she's gone crazy.

Too bad she's from the Li family.

I don't think Tao Zi and Lu Tian Xing are destined to be together.

No, we can't just let this happen.

What do you mean?

Even Madam Li's doing everything to fight for her daughter's happiness.

Shouldn't we also do the same for Tao Zi?

Let's go and talk to Lu Tian Xing.

Huan Huan, what are you doing?

I said I don't want to eat, you hear me?

How are you supposed to take your medicine if you don't eat anything?

Get out, I don't need your concern!

- Get out! - Huan Huan...

- Miss, perhaps... - Shut up!

Uncle Fu, what's going on?

Madam, after Miss Huan Huan and Master Tian Xing came back from Tao Ran Chinese Clinic

she seemed very upset.

She just wouldn't eat or take her medicine.

How did that happen?

Huan Huan.

What's going on?

I said get out!

Get out!

Huan Huan, don't be like this...

Shut up and get out!

Get out!

Auntie.

Is Huan Huan asleep?

Have some hot tea.

Uncle Fu already told me.

I know what happened at Tao Ran Chinese Clinic this afternoon.

What she did was too childish.

Even though I don't like Tao Le Si

she shouldn't have talked like that in front of her parents.

You also think she's changed, right?

Ever since she found out about my relationship with Tao Le Si

I've noticed the change in her.

She's very different from who she used to be.

She's no longer the Huan Huan that we knew before.

Auntie.

Perhaps you might think that this is all my fault.

If you want to blame me for it

then I have nothing to say.

But even if you're going to blame me

my feelings for Tao Le Si still won't change.

Huan Huan's already become like this because of you.

Aren't you going to wake up?

Auntie.

I'm not the one who needs to wake up.

You do.

You should know

that I've always treated Huan Huan as my sister.

But even so

you still tried every way

to make this marriage happen.

You've won her happiness that doesn't belong to her.

By doing that

not only have you hurt me

but you've also hurt Huan Huan even more.

That's enough, I don't want to hear this.

Okay.

You've watched me grow up ever since I was young.

To me

you, Lance, and Huan Huan

are the only family that I have in this world.

So I can't

and I don't want to hurt you.

I've already lost too much.

I don't want to be forced to lose you guys as well.

I said that's enough.

Why don't you go now?

Okay.

You should get some rest, too.

If you really can't get to sleep

then ask Uncle Fu to make you a glass of warm milk.

Try not to take that painkiller if you can.

Papa Tao, Mama Tao.

Papa Tao.

Mama Tao.

I'm really sorry about today.

Why are you apologizing to us?

What did you do wrong?

The only thing that you did wrong was falling in love with Tao Zi

yet you can't be with her.

All Mama Tao and I could do

was watch how much the two of you love one another.

Yet we couldn't fight for your happiness

or protect the two of you.

Even though we saw how you got bullied by others

we couldn't do anything.

We're sorry that we've let you down.

Papa Tao, please don't say that.

Tao Zi is my only child now.

She's my everything.

So all I want is for her to be happy.

If you really need someone to give you approval to love Tao Zi

then Papa Tao and I will be happy to do that.

I'm only going to ask you once.

Will you love Tao Zi for the rest of your life?

Yes.

I definitely will.

Then take her with you.
