I'm back.

Are you really Xiao Lu?

This time, I've come back for Tao Zi.

I'll always treat you as a sister.

You're not my brother.

I really like you.

Do you know how much I love you?

So Lu Tian Xing tore up the proposal that I gave you?

He really did suddenly turn up.

Everyone, here come your snacks.

- Your noodle. - My noodle!

I'm first!

You deserve it for wearing heels.

Hello, everybody!

Uncle Fu?

What are you doing in our office?

I'm delivering the amended proposal on behalf of Tian Ji's CEO.

Amended...

I thought we just signed one with Wang Ting Wei and Helen...

That proposal is no longer effective.

So this is the one that will replace it.

Here.

CEO Lu has listed out four companies

which he thinks are suitable for OZ.

You can start your pre-production now.

You mean we'll be doing four projects at the same time?

This is great, Boss!

I'm sorry.

If our internal problems have caused you any inconvenience

I'd like to apologize to you on behalf of Tian Ji.

That's okay.

It's common to encounter problems since we just started working together.

That means there really were problems with the previous two companies.

Lucky you told us in time.

Otherwise if a small company like us gets involved with such companies

then we'll lose the good reputation that we worked so hard for.

That's right.

Don't worry, it won't happen again.

Allow me to tell you about the backgrounds of these four companies.

Which one should I start with?

The food and beverage company, or the one that sells skincare products?

It's up to you.

That's all for today, let's continue tomorrow.

Boss.

Since we've got four projects on our hands

don't you think we should have a celebration?

Good idea.

You haven't had dinner at my place for a while.

Why don't you all come over to my place?

I better go back now.

Miss Tao, please send my regards to your parents for me.

Uncle Fu, aren't you coming with us as well?

No, I can't.

I have to go home and take care of my master.

You guys have fun.

Well done.

Let's go.

Let's go!

Cheers!

There's a ton of food so eat more, okay?

They're all Mama Tao's signature dishes.

You can't go home unless you finish everything.

Come on, why are you threatening these kids?

Don't give them so much pressure.

Just ignore him and enjoy the meal.

That's right.

Let's eat.

Xiao Lu, here.

- Thank you, Mama Tao. - Good boy, eat more.

You'll need more energy to help Tao Zi with the four projects.

But Boss, we need around eight million dollars for these projects' bid bond.

Where would we get this money for Tian Ji?

Eight million dollars!

You mean you'll have to pay eight million dollars

before you actually earn any money?

The reason why the bid bond's so expensive

is because we're doing four projects at once.

Then where are you going to get so much money from?

Don't worry, Mama Tao.

We'll figure it out.

Tian Ji will refund us the money once we finish those projects.

Stop kidding me.

How are you young people going to find eight million dollars?

How about this?

Honey.

Let's mortgage this Chinese clinic to the bank for a loan.

Once they finish the projects

they'll refund us the bid bond, right?

Dad.

This clinic belongs to you and Mom.

How can I mortgage it to the bank?

Then what are you going to do?

I can take care of the eight million dollars.

Xiao Lu, are you feeling okay?

We're talking about eight million dollars.

If you can barely support yourself, why would you have so much money?

One of my relatives left me with some money

but I never used any of it.

I was going to save it for making my own film later.

But it looks like I should use it to help OZ now.

That's your money.

Eight million dollars is a lot of money.

Since you're part of OZ's staff

I really can't take your money and use it for the bid bond.

But I think it's the only option now, isn't it?

How about this?

With the other 30 percent that Lu Tian Xing already has

we'll give you 30 percent as mortgage.

This way, it won't feel as if we're just taking his money, right?

No, that won't do.

I can't take that 30 percent of the shares from you.

Just take the money first.

You can just pay me back after we get refunded.

Xiao Lu.

What belongs to Tao Zi also belongs to you.

Papa Tao already made such an offer.

Why are you still being so insistent?

Stop drawing such a clear line between you two.

Stop kidding us, okay?

So it's decided.

If you don't accept our shares

I'll be insulted.

Do you think OZ's not good enough for you?

Or are you going to dump Tao Zi again?

No, that's not it.

Okay, it's a deal.

Come on.

This bamboo sprout's very sweet.

Try it.

[Arrogant Creep - Lu Tian Xing]

Hello?

Hello, it's me.

What's up?

Can you...

come out for a minute?

There's something that I'd like to say to you.

So why did you want to see me?

I asked you to come out

because I want to say goodbye to you.

Goodbye?

That's because...

I'll be leaving Taiwan tomorrow.

Leaving Taiwan?

Where are you going?

I want to have a change of environment and pursue my dream

and do things that I want to do.

So if all goes well

I don't think I'll be coming back.

So...

we're not going to see each other again?

You won't have to see this arrogant creep again.

Shouldn't you be happy about it?

Tao Le Si.

I didn't make you fall in love with me

but...

we can still be friends, right?

Thank you.

We can finally become friends.

Hopefully

you'll always remember

this friend.

Why look so upset?

Even after I'm gone

I can still be your target in life.

I know that

it's very difficult to surpass me.

So...

you must do your best.

Okay?

Well...

I've got to go now.

Tao Le Si.

Starting from this moment

Lu Tian Xing's going to disappear

and you'll have Xiao Lu by your side.

The love of these two people

will be my love for you.

Get out of the car.

As the boss of your company

it's okay for all of your staff to cry

except you.

You can never cry.

Do you know that I like you?

I don't want to know.

You idiot.

This is the time when you should cry.

Otherwise how am I supposed to comfort you?

Watch out!

Are you okay?

I'm fine.

Why did you rush over to save me?

What if you got hit in the head?

Like I said before

I'll protect you.

Thank you.

Lu Tian Xing.

Okay, I know.

I'll do my best.

I know, tomorrow, okay?

There's no use forcing me.

I'm sorry, okay?

Lance.

What's wrong? Where's Huan Huan?

She's in her room.

Lance, can you try talking to her?

Her phone's been off for a whole day.

Everyone's chasing me.

She's supposed to attend an event tomorrow

but she said she wouldn't go.

I really don't know what to do with her.

Okay, don't worry.

Go back first, leave it with me.

- Okay, thanks. - Not at all.

Don't come in.

I don't want to see anyone.

Not even me?

What's wrong?

If you keep your phone off, refuse to go to work

and eat ice cream all day

then Leo might think you're too fat for his ad.

Is Brother Tian Xing going to be a producer

for Director Leo's ad?

Since it's a joint project between Tian Ji and OZ

of course he'll be the producer.

Trust me.

Whatever it is that you like

I'll definitely make it yours for you.

But the ice cream's mine.

Tian Xing.

It's time for you to come back and do what you're supposed to do.

[Master, I've already deposited eight million dollars into OZ's account.]

Xiao Lu, here's the shares transfer document.

- Take a look. - Okay.

I'm starving, what are we having for lunch?

The BBQ pork place is having specials, let's go and try it out.

Okay, Boss?

Leo, Xiao Lu, what do you think?

Okay, I'm good.

I'm having a script meeting with Huan Huan later.

I want to talk about some problems with Xiao Lu first.

You guys go, just bring us takeout when you get back.

Okay, let's go Boss.

- Let's go. - Bye.

Script?

What's wrong, Leo?

Lu Tian Xing.

What is it that you want?

When did you find out?

That's not the right question.

The right question is, why did you use a false identity to get close to Tao Zi and OZ?

What do you want?

Isn't that obvious enough?

I did it because I like her.

It's a pity that it's the other me that she likes.

That's why I had no choice but to let Xiao Lu appear again

and continue to love her as Xiao Lu.

That's my reason.

You're lying to her.

Do you know how heartbroken she'd be if she discovered that Xiao Lu is Lu Tian Xing?

Don't worry.

The moment I decided to appear as Xiao Lu again

Lu Tian Xing had already disappeared.

You'll never see Lu Tian Xing again.

From now on, the person who'll be at Tao Zi's side

will only be Xiao Lu.

But of course

if you want to get rid of your love enemy

then you're welcome to disclose my real identity to Tao Le Si.

I don't want to get rid of anybody.

I just want Tao Zi to be happy.

But no matter who you are...

I'll never let you hurt her.

Whether you're Xiao Lu or Lu Tian Xing

you better make sure she keeps smiling

and is happy for the rest of her life.

I never saw you as my competitor before.

But now...

I don't think I should underestimate your feelings for Tao Le Si.

Don't worry.

I won't tell anyone.

Because it'd only make Tao Zi upset.

But if you ever try to hurt her...

I'll be there to protect her.

At that time

I'll never let you get near her again.

Huan Huan?

I thought she's having a meeting with Leo.

- What's she doing here? - Yeah, how strange.

Forget it, let's go back to the office.

What is it?

Here's a copy of the contract between OZ and their client.

Please take a look.

Do you know where they got the money from?

Jia Gai Xian said it's Xiao Lu's money.

Xiao Lu's money?

That's right.

OZ mortgaged 30 percent of its shares to Xiao Lu.

After they're able to pay him back the money

they'll buy back the shares from Xiao Lu.

What a smart plan.

You may go now.

Yes, COO.

[Brother Lance]

[Tao Le Si - OZ Advertising]

Hello, OZ Advertising.

Please hold.

Boss, the equipment company's asking when they can send us the receipt.

I'll take it.

Hello, Tao Le Si speaking.

Is the end of this month okay?

No problem.

Lu Tian Xing.

I'll keep my promise and keep it a secret for you.

I hope you'll also keep your promise

and love Tao Zi with all your heart.

Huan Huan's not picking up.

Why don't you try her manager?

Jia Gai Xian, can you give me Steven's number?

Okay.

You've got a package!

I'll get it.

Hello, Tao Le Si speaking.

Auntie Jing?

Xiao Lu, it's Auntie Jing!

- Okay. - Auntie Jing?

We're very well, how about you?

- Let me talk to her. - Wait, Xiao Lu wants to talk to you.

Hi Auntie Jing, it's Xiao Lu.

Really?

She said her grandson's calling her 'Grandma'.

Really?

Wait, they all want to talk to you.

Be happy!

Hello, did you hear that?

We're very happy for you.

Okay, take care of yourself.

Okay, bye.

Bye!

Jia Gai Xian, Steven's number.

Okay, sorry.

Your package.

I'm starving, I feel like having a red bean waffle.

Who wants one?

I'm delivering the amended proposal on behalf of Tian Ji's CEO.

[Lu Tian Xing]

Why did you have to do that?

Why did you know the script so well?

Come on.

I'm Lu Tian Xing.

Xiao Lu, where did you go?

I got too nervous so I had a stomachache.

- Where do you live? - I live...

Xiao Lu, don't you want us to know where you live?

Brother Tian Xing!

You're really mistaken.

But you even smell like Brother Tian Xing.

Lu Tian Xing?

[Lu Tian Xing]

[Lu Tian Xing]

Bro.

Huan Huan.

What's wrong?

Sit down.

Can you tell me what happened?

I...

When I went to OZ just then

I heard...

that Brother Tian Xing is actually Xiao Lu.

So you found out as well.

You already knew?

How could Brother Tian Xing do that?

I heard him say that...

he only pretended to be Xiao Lu

because of Tao Le Si.

That's right.

Because Tao Le Si fell in love with Xiao Lu

he decided to make Lu Tian Xing disappear.

Disappear?

In order for Xiao Lu to stay with Tao Le Si

Tian Xing must disappear from Tian Ji.

Disappear from our lives.

Stop crying, okay?

Let's figure out something together

and try to make Tian Xing stay at Tian Ji, okay?

[Arrogant Creep - Lu Tian Xing]

[Tao Le Si]

Your call is being diverted to a voicemail box...

Let's meet outside the garden restaurant in an hour.

This will be the last time.

From now on

I'm going to put all our memories into this pocket.

I'll put all my most important things and people who mean the most to me...

right here.

Just like this bangle

you won't be able to unlock it once it's locked on.

So we're going to stay together forever.

Master, go back to Xiao Lu's place right now.

It's very urgent.

What happened?

What can be so urgent?

Leo.

Something suddenly come up at home, can I go first?

Is it serious? You want Jia Gai Xian to go with you?

It's okay, I can take care of it myself.

Leo, it's personal.

Go now.

Auntie.

Tian Xing.

I haven't seen you in ages.

What a surprise.

I've never seen you dressed like this before.

You look great.

Why are you... I thought...

After I got to England, I got Lance's call

telling me that you're leaving Tian Ji.

How could I have enjoyed my vacation?

So I quickly came back to see what the matter was with my son.

So did Uncle Fu give you the key?

Who else?

But please don't blame them.

As Tian Ji's boss

of course they have to notify me if my CEO is resigning.

I know Uncle Fu's like a father to you.

But he works for our family after all.

So of course he can't say no to me, right?

Of course.

Since I haven't seen you for ages

I thought I'd surprise you.

It's certainly a big surprise.

I have to impress you somehow, right?

Let's go somewhere for afternoon tea and have a good chat.

Okay, let me get changed first.

No, you look fine as you are.

You used to wear suits all the time.

You actually look quite energetic like this.

It feels like I now have another son apart from you and Lance.

Come to think of it

I actually find this quite strange.

You've always lived in a big house.

Do you feel comfortable living here?

Yeah, I really like it.

That's good, let's go.

[Let's meet outside the garden restaurant in an hour.]

Auntie, I suddenly have something that I must take care of first.

Can't it wait?

I don't think it can wait.

Then it'll be your treat next time.

Sure, I'll definitely arrange a time for it.

I'm sorry, Auntie.

- I'll see you to the door. - Okay.

Tian Xing.

You know that I treat you like my own son, right?

Ever since Uncle Li passed away

you and Lance have been looking after Tian Ji for me.

Can you do me a favor and stay at Tian Ji?

Let me take care of this first

then we can talk about that, okay?

- I better go now. - Bye.

What's wrong?

Why did you want to see me so urgently?

Do you still remember this restaurant?

Yeah.

It's where you waited for Xiao Lu

but he never showed up.

Then did you know why he never showed up?

How would I know?

I only remember you telling me

that I don't know what trust is

and that Xiao Lu's your friend so you'd never doubt him.

Did I say that?

Yeah.

This is where I keep all your words.

I also remember everything that you said to me.

Really?

Like what?

When you took me to the theme park

you told me...

that you hoped Tao Le Si

would learn to become stronger every day

and make my brother's dream my own dream.

You told me to never give up.

You also said...

that for the years to come

you'll celebrate my birthday twice with me.

You even told me...

that just like the bangle you gave me

I won't be able to unlock it once it's locked on.

So should I call you Xiao Lu or Lu Tian Xing?

So should I call you Xiao Lu or Lu Tian Xing?

Why did you lie to me?

Do you really think I'm lying to you?

Aren't you?

You used Xiao Lu's identity to take away 30 percent of OZ's shares.

With the other 30 percent that Lu Tian Xing already has

you're now officially OZ's boss.

Isn't that what you had in mind when you came to my place for the first time?

Why did you lie to me?

Fine.

Perhaps it's not entirely true that I'm Xiao Lu

but Tao Le Si

my feelings for you are true.

Your feelings are true?

That's right.

You used Xiao Lu's identity to make me fall in love with you.

Then you used Xiao Lu's identity to take away OZ's shares.

You've stolen away my brother's company

deceived everyone's trust in you

and deceived my love for Xiao Lu!

That's what's true.

What's this?

A lie.

The lie that you've made up.

The sincere and thoughtful Xiao Lu

who always had a bright smile on his face.

A mask that was created by someone who wanted to satisfy his own desire!

Tao Le Si!

Whether I'm Xiao Lu or Lu Tian Xing

I was absolutely true to you, OZ, and everyone else.

I never ever want to see you again.

Tao Le Si!

Tao Le Si...

Tao Le Si.

I'm warning you to stop following me.

[Huan Huan]

Your call is being diverted to voicemail.

Call charges will apply after the beep...

[Huan Huan]

Hello?

Tao Le Si, it's Huan Huan.

I know.

Brother Tian Xing's not answering my call.

I know where he is.

I'll send you the address later.

You can come and take him away.

Okay, thank you.

Our kite's finally flying!

Look how high the kite is, Huan Huan.

Brother Tian Xing, you're amazing!

Brother Tian Xing.

- Tao Le Si! - Brother Tian Xing!

What are you doing here?

Tao Le Si told me you were here.

- Brother Tian... - Tao Le Si, listen to me!

Brother Tian Xing!

Can you tell that she doesn't love you?

Get the hell out of here!

Tao Le Si.

Listen to me.

Whether I'm Xiao Lu or Lu Tian Xing

I still love you with all my heart.

Please.

Trust me, okay?

Fine.

Maybe I wasn't entirely honest with you about what happened with Xiao Lu.

But at first I wanted Xiao Lu to disappear

so that you'd fall in love with Lu Tian Xing.

But you cried every day.

No matter how I tried to comfort you

all you wanted was for Xiao Lu to come back.

What was I supposed to do?

Let go of me, I don't want to listen to you.

Look at me!

I also told you that I like you

but what did I get in return?

A smack in the face.

No matter what I did for you as Lu Tian Xing

to you

I was never as good as Xiao Lu, right?

Look at me.

Look me in the eyes!

I'm Xiao Lu, Lu Tian Xing is Xiao Lu!

Whoever I am

I still truly love you!

- Let go of me! - No!

- Let go... - Tao Le Si!

Just think about it.

Think about what I said.

Then you'll know whether I'm lying to you or not.

Let go of me!

- Let go of me! - No!

- Let go... - Tao Le Si!

Just think about it.

Think about what I said.

Then you'll know whether I'm lying to you or not.

Let go of me...

Tao Le Si!

Tao Le Si!

Tao Le Si!

Huan Huan!

Huan Huan, hold on!

Brother Tian Xing, help me!

Hang in there, hold on tight!

Tao Le Si...

Don't ever let go.

Don't let go.

Don't let go.

Hold on tight.

Brother Tian Xing.

Huan Huan!

- What are you doing, Huan Huan? - Huan Huan.

- Huan Huan, don't! - No, Huan Huan...

Huan Huan!

Huan Huan!

Tao Le Si, look at me!

Huan Huan!

Huan Huan, hang in there!

I'll take you to the hospital, okay?

I'm here for you.

- Don't be scared. - It really hurts!

Don't cry, okay?

I'll always protect you.

Huan Huan, hang in there!

- Huan Huan... - Don't fall asleep!

Huan Huan.

Hang in there, okay?

Huan Huan...

Tao Le Si, drive faster.

Come and help me!

Where's the doctor?

Go home first, okay?

How's she looking?

Female, fell off a cliff and injured her neck.

Currently unconscious.

- Ask the family to wait outside. - Sorry, please wait outside.

Please wait here.

You silly girl.

Why did you do such a silly thing?

Tian Xing, Huan Huan...

Mom.

The doctor said her neck injury's quite complicated.

She might get better

but it might also affect her walking in the future.

No!

Huan Huan's always been my most beautiful princess.

Something like this can't happen to her.

Brother Tian Xing.

You're finally awake.

Can you...

help me sit up a little?

Sure.

Thank you.

You don't have to thank me.

Of course I do.

Thank you for keeping me company.

What happened to me?

You injured your neck.

So am I going to get better?

The doctor said her neck injury's quite complicated.

She might get better

but it might also affect her walking in the future.

Brother Tian Xing.

Make sure you rest it well

and go through physical therapy, okay?

My legs don't have any feeling.

My legs can't feel anything.

My legs can't feel a thing.

Huan Huan...

Don't think too much.

My legs can't feel a thing!

My legs can't feel a thing!

I can't feel anything!

No... no!

Brother Tian Xing, no!

My legs can't feel a thing!

Huan Huan.

Leo.

Miao Miao.

Jia Gai Xian.

I have something to tell you.

OZ's boss...

is now Lu Tian Xing.

Starting now

he might walk in any minute and ask us to leave.

Lu Tian Xing...

is actually Xiao Lu.

- What? You said... - Lu Tian Xing is Xiao Lu?

It was Lu Tian Xing who gave us the money

for the bid bond for those four projects.

So he's now OZ's boss.

Tao Zi.

When did you find out?

That's not important.

Did he tell you himself?

I'm sorry.

I've failed to keep OZ for you.

Tao Zi, who told you?

Leo.

Did you know about it already?

I only doubted him at first.

Then I slowly managed to confirm it.

Then why didn't you tell me?

Because Xiao Lu...

who was also Lu Tian Xing, really likes you.

You were always happy whenever you were with Xiao Lu.

I only want you to be happy.

You should have told me.

You should have told me

that I fell in love with someone who doesn't exist.

A liar.

How could he do that?

He made Boss fall in love with Xiao Lu and we all treated him as our friend.

But he lied to us all.

That's so mean.

Xiao Lu is Lu Tian Xing

and Lu Tian Xing is Xiao Lu.

So when he called me Ma Gai...

he actually did it on purpose.

I liked Xiao Lu and treated him as my best buddy.

But he only treated me like an idiot.

Tao Zi.

Don't worry.

I'm prepared to face this fact.

Jia Gai Xian, what are you doing?

Can't you tell? Packing my things!

Now that Lu Tian Xing's our boss

he's going to kick us out sooner or later.

Here.

Huan Huan, eat something.

I don't feel like eating.

Just a little bit more, okay?

No.

Then tell me what you feel like having.

I can go and buy it for you, okay?

Don't worry about me.

Of course we're worried.

Steven has always told me to keep an eye on my weight.

I might as well go on a diet now.

You silly girl, you should let your body recover first.

Auntie, let me try.

You want fish? It's good for you.

Here.

You want some egg as well?

How about this?

Tell me what you feel like eating

and I'll remember

to bring it to the hospital for you, okay?

Really?

Yeah.

- You promise? - I promise.

I won't force you to finish this, okay?

Tian Xing...

Are you going to come back?

Of course.

Like I said just then

I'll bring some food for Huan Huan

after I go home and freshen up.

As you know, Huan Huan doesn't usually show her true emotions.

Her injury must have given her a big shock.

I know that.

I'll help her get through it.

She wouldn't tell us what actually happened.

But based on what you said

she got hurt while trying to save you and Tao Le Si.

I don't mean to probe into your problem with Tao Le Si

but Huan Huan...

I can't bear to see her sacrifice so much for you

while you totally neglect her.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say.

I want you to care about her.

Whether she'll get better or not

or whether she'll walk again

even if she's not the one that you like...

don't ever let her get hurt because of you again.

Okay.

I'll remember what you said.

Have some hot milk.

Thank you.

Are you okay?

No, I'm not.

Tao Zi.

If you ever need me...

if it's okay with you

I'll always be here for you.

I want to be more than your brother.

For you...

and for OZ...

I'll always be here.
