I started just cooking
for myself when my parents

would sleep in later

And I started waking up really
early, ready for breakfast.

the entire time

And the French chef
I was working with at the time

sent me to France when
I was 15 to go work

at the oldest restaurant
in France.

After high school, I cooked at
a Michelin star restaurant

in New York,
started my own catering company,

and started cooking on yachts.

What do you plan on doing
in the future?

A couple of restaurants,
definitely in the cards,

brand some of my own products.

I am no different than
some 40-year-old

who'’s been cooking for 10 years.

But I'’m decades ahead
