There's only six teams left,

so that means three of you
are going home with nothing,

but that also means
three of you have a chance

to make some real money.

All right, today's challenge
is called Catch and Release.

As you can see,
there are two giant structures

suspended 30 feet
over the water.

Now, they have a swinging bag
between them.

Now, here's how it's gonna work.

To begin,
the girls are gonna start

on top of that
40-foot structure.

They're gonna be swinging
that bag back and forth,

letting it get as much
momentum as possible,

so that it can reach
your partner

that is standing
on the starting platform.

Once in striking distance,
you're gonna jump

from the starting platform,
land onto the bag,

and ride it all the way

to the opposite platform
with flags,

where you are then gonna
jump off of the bag

and capture as many flags
as you can

before plummeting
into the water.

This process will continue
for ten minutes.

The team to get
the most flags the fastest

will win today's challenge,
be safe from elimination,

and also be nominating two teams
to draw skulls at that Jungle.

Nate and Christina,
since you guys won

the last Jungle, you guys are
gonna be choosing today's order.

As you can see, there are
two towers with windows in them.

Tonight your goal is to shatter
all those windows out

by using this battering ram.

The girls are responsible
for cranking

that battering ram
to the proper height.

The guys will be responsible
for aiming that battering ram

and smashing it
through those windows.

The first team to break out
all of their windows

will win tonight's
elimination round

and stay in the game.

The losing team
goes home with nothing.

You do not want to go home.
