Wrangling these uncooperative
crustaceans will be a challenge

for obvious reasons.

And just to ramp things up
teams will need to prepare 50

crabs in a typhoon.
You could call this detour a

game of Chinese whispers.
Commonly known as telephone in

the United States.

Here in this seafood
restaurant, one team member

will take an order in cantonese.

And then relay the order to
their teammate in the kitchen

who must decide the correct
dish.

When the customers get what
they want, teams will get what

they want.

Their next clue.

miles away, and we are in third

Phil: This is the u.S.S.
Hornet, a battle-tested

aircraft carrier that's
survived 59 attacks during

world war ii.
She was also the primary

recovery ship for NASA's Apollo
11 mission when man landed on

today, the u.S.S. Hornet will
serve as the finish line for

season 30 of "the amazing race."

But first, teams have to build
a plane at the other end of the

runway.
First, they'll have to search

the hornet for 12 pieces of a
plane which are spread out

among more than a thousand
apartments over seven decks and

a length of nearly 900 feet.

Then assemble it so all 12 legs
of the race are represented by

symbols like this.

It will be this season's most
difficult test of both physical

endurance as well as mental
strength.

The first team to complete
building their plane and land

on the mat will win $1 million
and "the amazing race."

- Both of us search and find
the 12 parts.

Then one of you must choose the
correct parts to assemble your

plane.

The flight deck is upstairs.

And we carry all the parts up
here.

- We had to make our way to
the flight deck to pick out a

plane.

- Red is easy to see.

- And we have to find 12 parts
that were just scattered

throughout this ship.
But matched our fuselage.

So we had a gray and red plane
and had to find the gray and

red parts.

- We got to move quick but
diligent.

- I got it, I got it, I got it.

- I have one of our wings
which makes me happy.

Because we knew at the end we

would have to put the pieces on

plane.

of the race.

And we have to search the
entire ship for 12 different

parts.

Seriously, you could get lost
in this thing left and right.

This thing is like a maze.

There's more in each bay.
- Yeah.

- This is a massive ship.

- This is crazy.
- Ok.

I turn around and he pulls a
propeller out of his butt.

My brain is already assembling
the plane.

the plane entirely on my own.

we have worked so hard for was

plachede on my shoulders.

- I don't know where the heck

all these pieces go.

When there's far more pieces.
- The first thing I noticed we

had 12 pieces of this plane.

And as soon as I got up here, i
was like oh, ok.

There's only six slots.
You only need to put six pieces

on this plane.

So there's duplicates of things.

And you have to find the right
combination.

Because we're looking for 12
images that represented

different legs of the race.
And you had to have each leg

represented somewhere on your
plane.

- Oh, I get it.

- That could be Prague.

- It was hard because there
were some pictures that were at

the same on one part as other
parts.

And you really just had to be
really meticulous and pay

attention.

Because you could easily like
put two countries on the plane

at the same time.
- This is Prague.

- Neck and neck with x games
of course.

They are the most consistent
team throughout this rares.

And sure enough, we showed up
at the same time with all 12

parts.

This is going to come down to
minutes with x games.

If not seconds.
- I think we should take this

big piece in both of our hands
and then put... what...

- Stuff on it?
- Exactly.

- Ok.

I know how this is going to
work with the stairs.

We need to have one photo that
represents each leg of the

race.
So only six of these parts.

And race to the finish line.

And then this is Bahrain.
- This was the last task.

The $1 million was on the line.
And I have been studying like

everything that we've done thus
far in the race.

But the pictures were ditch.

entire thing.
I wouldn't have been able to do

anything without her.
Everything that I've ever felt

and known about Jessica is just
validated throughout this

entire experience.

And running the amazing rice
made me realize how many

blessings I have in life.
Now we have a foundation as far

as money goes to set up a
family for ourselves.

And I'm just glad I got to do
it with the love of my life.

- The future looks really

- We will be together for a

long, long time.

But I'm so proud of us for
making it this way.

the wonderful memories and all

single leg of this race.

third on this race.

It's going to take a little bit
to get over what happened

tonight.

But yeah.
When we get a little further

away from the race, I think
we'll be able to look back and

feel really good about it and
be really proud.

And it was a really special
experience.

- An amazing journey.

- It was truly an amazing
experience to run this race.

And still very grateful for the
opportunity.

We loved every minute of it.

I think one of the best things
that we got out of the race was

just a set of really incredible
experiences.

So those are all going to turn
into really wonderful memories

that we'll be able to share
together for the rest of our

lives.
