Comrades!

At ease.

In this live-action drill,

you performed exceptionally well.

Especially, female commandos of

the Thunderbolt Special Ops Unit

proved that you are a team

capable of handling tough missions

and brave enough

to tackle difficult challenges

through actions.

Next,

let me introduce

the deputy commander of the SWAT team,

comrade Xiao Qing.

Let's welcome him!

At ease.

Comrade Xiao Qing's performance

was witnessed by everyone just now.

So I won't elaborate here.

I hope you will continue work harder

in the future,

and achieve even greater success.

Over.

Good!

Punch him! Punch him! Punch him!

Punch him harder! Punch him harder!

Good!

Punch him! Punch him!

Punch him! Punch him!

Punch him harder!

Punch him! Punch him!

Stop the car! Stop!

Hey, bro.

I'm here for delivery.

You've got the wrong place. Go away!

My GPS shows that

this is the pork cold storage facility.

You got it wrong. Leave now!

But I have a delivery scheduled here.

How about this?

Could you help me turn the car around?

Go away now!

Go check it out.

Let's go. What's going on?

Hurry up. Let's check it out.

Quickly, set up the EMP jammer.

Cut off the signal.

Why is there no signal?

Hello, Chairman Zhao.

Warmly welcoming Chairman Zhao Ping’an

for his public welfare efforts.

Wishing Chairman Zhao peace and well-being.

What's going on? Take your time.

How much?

What?

You keep an eye on this side.

Beat him!

What's the situation?

Where is Ma Zi?

Boss.

Tell me...

Who did all these?

Two people.

A man and a woman.

What's going on?

Did you see?

These are all your men.

How did you manage this?

Boss.

The one who robbed our vault

must be an insider.

I tried my best to help you

become the manager of the North City.

And this is what you did.

In less than a month,

you lose 50 million.

How are you going to repay it?

With your head?

Boss, I was wrong.

Wrong.

Check on him.

Is he dead?

If not,

have him come to the office tommorrow.

If he is dead,

thoss him into the river to feed the fish.

Mr. Zhao, if there's nothing else...

I'll...

Sit down. Sit down!

Sit.

Sha.

Today,

we suffered heavy losses.

Who could have betrayed me?

Mr. Zhao,

if someone betrayed you,

it didn't start today.

If you start investigating him now,

it will be like you're chasing after him.

He keeps running.

You keep chasing him.

He keeps running.

I keep chasing him.

He keeps running.

I keep chasing him.

What are you doing?

Sha.

I will definitely

keep my promise to you.

Who is it?

Uncle Biao.

Hello.

Ping’an.

Uncle Biao.

What happened at the North City warehouse?

Have you found out who did it?

You...

You should give me some time to investigate.

I've been investigating.

Aren't you attending the board meeting

at golf course tomorrow?

I'll report back to everyone then.

I'm calling

not to blame you.

I'm worried about you.

Thank you, Uncle Biao.

Ping’an,

have you been

rushing your business a bit lately?

Where could the leak have come from?

These people act so ruthlessly

and decisively.

It's not that simple.

I met two top-tier security guards

in Mexico.

They're very skilled.

As long as the price is right,

they've never failed.

How about...

Sounds good.

Any problem money can solve isn't a problem.

I'll listen to you.

Alright.

I'll arrange for them to come over tomorrow.

OK.

Uncle Biao, he...

Let's continue.

Uncle Biao.

Uncle Biao is good.

Comrades,

this is an image captured by

the SkyNet system along the East China Sea

at 4:30 this morning.

The Criminal Investigation Department,

through Interpol, has confirmed that

these two individuals

are the internationally wanted criminals

Mike and Jill.

They have committed

numerous crimes globally in recent years.

Uncle Biao, Mr Zhao.

Uncle Biao, this is a surprise for you.

This record player,

I had it flown from Italy.

I know you love Beijing opera,

so I've collected

a ton of old records for you,

including your favorite, Meng Xiaodong.

Let's listen to it!

Ping’an,

you are so thoughtful.

What do you think?

With this,

I might as well throw away

my old sound system.

Oh no, don't throw it away.

That's very expensive.

Michael.

Jill.

This is Mr. Zhao Ping’an.

Michael.

Jill.

Nice to meet you.

Welcome to China.

Have a seat.

Now,

these two have already entered

the East China Sea.

No one knows what they will do.

So,

we must be fully prepared to respond.

We need to strengthen police presence

at their possible points of entry.

If necessary,

we can mobilize the public.

Publish hotline numbers,

and offer rewards for reports.

However, this comes with side effects...

Public panic.

What you’ve all said is valid,

but I believe

we should avoid alerting them prematurely.

Before these two show themselves,

we should pinpoint their location

and then plan further action.

Let’s proceed with Xiao Qing’s suggestion.

All departments, go back and get ready.

Meeting adjourned.

Since everyone agrees,

I think

we can rule out the police.

But it must be someone familiar with us.

Think carefully, everyone...

Have you offended anyone recently?

Zhao Ping’an has been managing

the money house.

As for what he’s done

and whom he’s offended,

I believe he knows best.

Fatty Jia, what do you mean by that?

Zhao Ping’an, let me tell you this...

From now on,

I’ll never trust you again.

Your so-called security is a joke,

practically non-existent.

I suffered the biggest loss

in this North City vault incident.

However, if the company compensates me,

I might consider letting it slide.

Now, with police crackdowns getting tougher,

business is becoming harder and harder.

Why don’t we consolidate our overseas funds,

split them up,

and each go our separate ways...

Spend the rest of our lives

doing what we love, and enjoy life.

Don’t drift off-topic.

Let’s focus on the matter at hand.

Alright, alright.

If anyone wants to split up now,

they can leave immediately.

But not a single penny can go with them.

When we started this money house,

we swore before Guan Yu...

To share wealth together

and face difficulties together.

That’s how we’ve built

what we have today.

We can split up,

but only after we get through

this crisis together.

Then we can divide the money.

Do you all agree?

I agree.

I agree.

OK.

Ping’an.

Uncle Biao,

I’ve followed you since I was young.

Whatever you say goes,

I’ll follow your lead.

Okay.

Let’s pool our resources.

Move all the cash from

your respective vaults

to my villa’s vault.

And watch them closely.

Once the dust settles,

we’ll focus on

finding the ones who stole from us

and avenge our loss.

Let’s go with Uncle Biao’s plan.

Uncle Biao.

We were attacked.

Captain Xiao,

we’ve been walking for a while.

Is there a mission?

No.

I just came here,

and want you to show me around,

so I could get familiar with the area.

Well,

the East China Sea is more prosperous

than I imagined.

And the people here

are more energetic than I expected.

How can you tell?

From their spirit.

Look.

Despite the pressures of life

and their hurried steps,

the people's spirits

remain unaffected.

I think

this is the charm of this city.

That's why

we must protect this city

and ensure that no criminals touch it.

That's the meaning of our existence, right?

The way you are talking now...

It reminds me of someone.

Who?

My father.

I've heard about your father.

If there's a chance,

I’d really like to meet him.

He is very busy these days.

Make way, make way!

Is he okay?

What happened?

Why are you driving so fast?

Call an ambulance.

Is he alright? Quickly, quickly!

Help him.

He’s knocked unconscious.

Call 120.

Is it Mike?

Yes.

Mike!

Step aside!

Mei Jing, be careful!

Stop!

Police, may I borrow your car?

Stop!

Stop!

What’s going on here?

What are you doing?

Nothing. Nothing.

I’m a police officer. Don’t worry.

Watch out.

Let her go!

Let her go!

Let her go now!

Call 911!

Is she alright?

Untie her. Untie her. Is she okay?

Captain Xiao!

Captain Xiao, are you alright?

I'm fine. And you?

I'm fine, too.

It's Michael.

He escaped.

- The Tian Network. - The Tian Network.

Let's go.

Pause.

Zoom in.

Bigger.

That's right.

It's them.

You are here too.

- Mr. Gao. - Mr. Gao.

Ma, bring me the photos.

OK.

Look.

Anping International Trade Company

is owned by Suspect No. 1, Zhao Ping'an.

On the surface,

nothing special.

However, this company's overseas associated account

often shows unusual transactions,

which seem unrelated to

its domestic trade activities.

We found that

it is just a cover

for giving illegal loans to some small and medium-sized enterprises.

The man behind it is Zhao Ping'an.

Indeed.

Recently, we found

there's a growth in illegal trade activities in the underground money house.

Moreover, several suspected

gang-related shootouts have occurred,

causing serious consequences and a negative impact.

Strong measures must be taken

to address this issue.

Based on the findings of the economic crime and criminal investigation departments,

combined with the current evidence,

we can confirm that

this company

has multiple secret vaults in the city.

How about this?

Let's discuss the specific arrangement

and deployment.

Let's move.

Isn't it a coincidence that these two groups are together?

Do they have any connection

with Zhao Ping'an?

[The Special Police Unit of the Public Security Bureau of The East China Sea City]

Mr. Gao.

Liang Zhuang, what's up?

According to all the data,

the secret vault of their money house

should be near the junkyard in the east of the city,

The east of the city?

That's an industrial area.

Most of the factories have already moved out.

It's a perfect place to hide.

Yes.

And now,

they have started to transfer the vaults in order.

The last vault

they would transfer is likely

to be the one that's the most hidden and hardest to find.

Take action now.

Make sure not to let any slip.

Copy that.

Mr. Gao,

it's all empty.

There's nothing left.

The ants are moving.

Attention, all units.

Pull back all the police forces.

Keep everything as it is and leave someone to watch.

Don't alert the enemy.

Search in all directions.

Roger.

Go back!

Anything?

Turn it up.

Spill it

or I'll kill you.

They've been at it for so long

and still haven't got her to say anything, huh?

Exactly.

That woman is like she's made of steel.

If we want to get anything out of her...

Seriously, why is it so hard?

How about

letting me talk to Michael

and tell him to push harder?

I don't believe we can't make her talk.

Forget it, don't go too hard on her.

We need to find the cause.

Using force is just dumb.

People like her won't talk, even if you beat her to death.

What should I do then?

You go back

and clean up the rest of the cash.

After that,

let Michael and Jill escort the cash here.

Remember,

safety first.

Go.

Alright. I'm off.

You are too careless.

How is Yangyang?

Let's not talk about Yangyang.

Uncle Biao is suspecting me now.

The two foreigners he sent

are much better than we thought.

How is Yangyang?

Yangyang is fine!

She won't die.

Just a little physical pain.

She's better than you.

Yangyang is very important to me.

She came for me.

I must save her.

How?

They have guards everywhere now. If you rush over,

you'll be doomed.

You want to die?

How to save her?

I said I'll repay you

and I did.

I only have Yangyang now.

I will try my best to save her.

Of course, we'll save her.

We have to find a way.

What can we do?

Well,

Jia definitely doesn't want to hand over

all his money.

Tomorrow is the day he pays.

He will try his best to transfer the property.

We'll use him to lure him away

and save Yangyang.

But let's make a deal.

After we rescue Yangyang,

you must take everything

everything

and take all his assets

and live a carefree life abroad.

As long as we can save Yangyang,

as long as we can save Yangyang.

Yangyang will be fine.

What's wrong with Jia?

He didn't answer my call.

Uncle Biao,

do you think Jia is up to something?

Like running away with money?

Then he's asking for trouble.

I don't think he would do that.

Uncle Biao,

don't you always say

we can't trust anyone?

I hope Jia is loyal.

Michael.

Let's go.

Come with me.

Me too.

Why?

Jia is already upset with you.

At this critical moment, don't make things worse.

Alright, I'll do as you say.

Let's go.

Boss.

Our brothers found the hideout

of the men in black who stole our money.

Great!

Bring all the brothers and

take them down!

Okay.

Is the source reliable?

Yes.

Xiao Liu and the rest saw it

in the east of the city.

The parking lot cameras caught it too,

no doubt about it.

Michael.

This time, it has to be you.

Get ready.

Bring more men.

What about Jia?

It's okay. I can do it.

How about this?

I'll follow Jill.

I'm familiar with that place.

Uncle Biao.

Mr. Zhao.

How far are we?

Not far, just 40 minutes away.

According to intelligence,

suspicious individuals and large amounts of cash

were found at the Kyle Repair Shop in the west of the city,

suspected of underground asset transfers.

All departments, take action immediately.

You two, hurry up!

Time's ticking.

Move faster! You two, run, quick!

Hurry.

If you want the money, you have to hurry.

Hurry up, now!

We happen to pass by my company.

I gotta go get something for Uncle Biao.

Don't worry.

I know a shortcut.

We won't waste any time.

Hurry up!

No one else should see

Uncle Biao's stuff,

I need your help.

Is there a lot?

Freeze! Freeze!

Freeze!

Freeze! Freeze!

Boss, bad news!

Police!

Hurry up, guys. Get the weapons.

Hurry!

Freeze!

Get down.

OK. OK.

Take him away.

Move!

How did your injury get so bad?

You're bleeding so much.

Leave me alone!

Uncle Biao.

You don't trust me.

I'm really hurt.

I took Jill to the east side.

On the way,

I got a call from Jia.

He said those guys in black were in the urban village.

I went there with Jill,

but as soon as we arrived, we were ambushed.

Jill fought with all her might to protect me,

but she was still outnumbered.

That stupid Jia.

How can you trust him so much?

He must be with the man in black.

I was unconscious.

If our brothers hadn't come to save me,

I wouldn't be here alive.

Ping'an,

I'm sorry.

You...

How did you lead the way?

My Jill.

What do you mean?

You're martial arts masters,

you should've gotten out safely after saving me.

Now she's been captured, how is that my fault?

Knock it off!

Put your gun away!

Put it away!

It's not Ping'an's fault.

It's that stupid Jia.

Uncle Biao.

You finally said something fair.

Talk

or not?

Talk

or not?

Hurry up, speak!

Speak!

Hurry up!

Not hot enough, huh?

Where's Jill?

Where is Jill?

Don't challenge my patience.

I think Michael

is crazy and impulsive.

Even if he beats this girl to death,

he can't save Jill.

After all,

Jill saved my life.

We have to find a way to save Jill.

This girl is useless

to us.

Why don't we use her to exchange for Jill?

Use her to lure them.

Lure those men in black out.

Most importantly, that stupid Jia.

He is our real enemy.

We must kill him

so that we can rest in peace.

I'll tell you everything!

I'll turn myself in.

Officer,

P-please, you must show me mercy!

One o'clock on January 1.

Yes, three one.

I remember it very clearly.

It's a big catch.

Mr. Gao.

Jia Panzi has marked all the places

he knows.

Look.

The small hill of Haiyue Manor

has three entrances:

the South Gate, the North Gate, and the Northwest Gate.

Hello?

At two o'clock the day after tomorrow,

to the stone bridge next to the manor.

Take Jill with you.

Mr. Gao.

What is it?

Surveillance detected

satellite phone signal interaction inside Haiyue Manor.

Keep monitoring, and

have the technicians decode the interaction data.

Copy.

Liang Zhuang.

Deploy the police immediately, coordinate the operation,

and leave no loopholes.

Copy.

Haiyue Manor is well-connected,

I go there all the time.

I've given you

most of my forces.

Make sure to assign good people to those key spots

I mentioned earlier.

Mr. Gao.

Through satellite microwave scanning,

we can now roughly confirm

the number of criminals, their weapons,

and hiding spots in the manor.

More importantly,

intercepting, decoding, and restoring the internet calls

has confirmed

their hostage exchange intel.

Mr. Gao,

I think we can take action now.

Uncle Biao.

I was about to ask you.

Why did you come to me at this time?

I miss you.

OK. I see.

But remember,

you have a mission.

If you get exposed,

all the efforts will be wasted.

No worries.

He sent me to the big cellar to get wine.

I can stay longer.

I'll just tell him

I got delayed looking for

the best vintage wine.

You're such a little fox,

so clever.

I didn't spoil you for nothing.

Exactly, you have to

spoil me forever.

By the way,

is the thing about Jill...

Well,

I knew Ping'an was the mole.

I've seen through

his tricks.

I just didn't wanna expose him.

Can I leave him now?

Ping'an is a pervert.

He's heartless.

I don't want to stay with him any longer.

Tell me. How can I get rid of him?

You came at the right time.

You should know this.

I want to talk to Michael.

I have to use the safest way

to kill Ping'an.

Mr. Zhao, you can't go in.

Mr. Zhao, why are you here?

For a freaking live porn!

Ping'an.

You misunderstood.

No.

Let me explain.

Explain what?

Pointing a gun at your forehead

is what I've been thinking about for a long time.

We're brothers!

But you

never share a piece of the pie!

You old bastard!

Ping'an.

I was wrong.

Please let me go.

Everything is yours.

All yours.

Those things

belong to me.

I've been with you for decades.

I worked for you

to protect you

and went to jail for you.

You never trusted me.

Now,

I want to take back

what belongs to me!

OK! OK!

No problem.

It's all yours.

All yours.

And your overseas accounts.

Those are all mine.

The USB key for the overseas account

is in the safe, right?

What's the password?

What's the password?

Password!

523778833.

Thank you, Uncle Biao,

for keeping it for me for so long.

This treasure...

Ping'an.

Ping'an!

Please!

Let me go!

I promise

to give you a lot of money.

Now, this money...

This is all a misunderstanding.

I was...

I was forced.

I didn't do it on purpose.

Trust me.

I do have feelings for you.

I love you.

They... They used me.

They threatened me.

That's why I did this.

I won't do this again. I'm sorry.

Then tell me.

You said

I'm amazing in bed.

Do you really mean it?

It's true.

Really?

No.

No?

It's false.

It's true?

It's false.

False. True or not?

Of course it's false.

[Stick to our plan tomorrow. I can't show up. I'll wait for your good news.]

[Okay.]

Hurry up.

Let's go.

Command Center.

0101, test.

0202, test with the command Center.

Copy that.

Copy that.

After entering Haiyue Manor,

disperse immediately.

Go to the designated areas as planned.

Where's Uncle Biao?

He's still resting.

He's waiting for our good news.

Let's go.

Put the electromagnetic pulse jammer in place.

Take off your mask.

Exchange hostages.

Listen up.

Don't play any tricks.

Walk slowly to them.

Michael.

Don't shoot.

Fire!

Hurry up! Go!

Be careful.

Find a good position and build a line of defense.

Hurry!

Captain,

someone is injured.

Bobcat, go help him!

Yes, sir.

How is he?

Sister, help him.

Yes.

Listen.

Cainan and I will go to the equipment room

to distract the criminals.

You two find the electromagnetic pulse jammer

and destroy it.

Understand?

Yes.

Cainan, let's go!

Yes.

Go!

Snow Fox, I'll cover you.

Go. Okay.

What’s going on? Bad news.

The police has surrounded the manor.

How come they are so fast?

Our men are still fighting back.

Let them do it!

Okay.

Get in the car.

Raccoon!

Cainan, go help them.

What about you?

Don't worry. Just go.

Yes.

Command Center,

the communication has been restored.

We are no match for the police.

Ask some men

to carry the cash here

and escape through Black Mountain Tunnel

and meet me at the beach.

Then we'll go to the big ship to the high seas together.

Okay, Mr. Zhao.

Jill.

Hurry up.

Hurry up.

It's almost done.

Send the money through the tunnel.

Load the yacht and go to the high seas.

Okay.

Mr. Zhao.

Mr. Zhao.

Everything is packed.

Thank you for the hard work.

Sorry for the pain you've been through.

Mr. Zhao, you got the U-key.

Is there any problem?

What problems could a U-key have?

The old bastard hid this U-key

in the safe on the third floor.

I stabbed him again and again to get the password.

There won't be any problems.

Trust me,

don't worry.

When we go abroad,

you will get your rewards.

Mr. Zhao,

we are not worried about that.

But we worked so hard

for this.

Mr. Zhao, just to be sure,

let's do a trial run.

You have a good point.

You know,

in this era,

you can't trust anyone,

not to mention this stuff.

Report

from Wolf's Eye!

There are too many enemies.

We're trying our best to stop them.

Cainan, why are you here?

Where is Captain Xiao?

Captain Xiao is fine.

We just killed the enemy.

He's worried about you.

So he asked me to help you.

I didn't expect that I could really help you.

Let's meet up with Captain Xiao.

No hurry.

He asked us to track down

the large amount of money smuggled by them.

We must stop them.

Confirm Captain Xiao's location.

Yes.

Captain Xiao. Captain Xiao.

We have met up.

Attention.

We have controlled the key exits of the manor.

We're closing the net

and wiping out the enemies by zones.

Mr. Gao,

Any news about Captain Xiao?

Mei Jing,

you and Cainan go to the south of Stone Bridge in Zone A

and meet up with Liang Zhuang's team.

Jianing,

go to Zone B and help Miao Jian

to eliminate criminals at the front gate.

- Yes, sir. - Yes, sir.

Go.

[Password Connection]

[Access Authorized]

That old man lied to me.

He lied to me.

He lied to me.

He lied to me.

He lied to me.

I hate people lying to me, you know?

Black Eagle.

I hate people lying to me.

What's going on?

What's going on?

Mr. Zhao, calm down.

Think about where

he usually hides the USB?

Where?

Where can he hide?

Where can he hide?

Where can he hide?

Mr. Zhao, think about it.

Ping’an, you've been through a lot.

You’re a big help.

I know.

I know where it is.

Frozen!

Hurry, one billion.

I'll cover you. Find a position.

Perfect timing.

Get ready to attack.

You lead. I'll besiege them from the sides.

Okay.

Sister.

There's a sniper at three o'clock.

Eliminate him.

Yes.

Captain Liang.

How is it?

Everything goes well.

Track them down!

Attack!

Don't move!

Don't move.

Hurry up!

Stop!

Drop your weapon and surrender.

What should we do?

Drop your weapon.

Captain,

the suspect is under control.

Electric Saw,

I'm warning you for the last time.

If you cooperate with the police,

you can still have hope.

Let go of me first.

Who said that?

Mr. Zhao, help me!

Kill him!

Zhao Ping'an!

Zhao Ping'an!

Bro,

you have to have legal awareness.

You can't just kill the police.

You keep stalling him,

I'll go first.

I'll give you 20% more when we get abroad.

Work harder, bro.

Come on!

Zhao Ping'an, you can’t escape.

You’re good.

How about this?

Let me go.

I'll give you money.

How much?

A hundred million.

That's too much.

It's boring if you can't spend it all.

I'll give you my share too.

It's better than being a cop.

Don't waste your energy.

It's useless.

Do you know why you lost?

Why?

Because you did it for yourself.

And I'm for the country,

and the people.

If you compare all humans to one person,

you are cancer cells.

As police, we are strong immunity.

As long as we're here,

you will never succeed.

Because we protect our country

and our people,

and our law.

As police,

we can sacrifice our lives

for what we protect.

This is our lifelong pursuit and faith.

You can’t hold it anymore?

Zhao Ping'an,

I told you that you can’t escape.

Hurry up. Keep up.

Go.

Go.

Go!

Go!

Get down!

Mr. Gao.

How is your injury?

I'm doing good.

- Mr. Gao. - Mr. Gao.

Bring our hands together.

One, two, three.
