is when arrest warrants are rejected for no apparent reason.

While the arrest warrants are rejected and requested again,

the criminals destroy the evidence,

and eventually, the cops miss this golden hour.

According to Article 12, Paragraph 3 of the Constitution,

only prosecutors have the authority to request arrest warrants.

The police believe

that the prosecution's exclusive right to request arrest warrants

is one of the fundamental reasons of corruption.

It's unfair that they have all the rights to request arrest warrants.
