The key witness in the

was an obscure clerk at
City Hall named Julius Imbry.

To protect this witness,

police guarded his
home 24 hours a day.

( dramatic theme playing)

be secretly moved

to a small South Side hotel,

where every precaution
was taken to protect him.

got an anonymous tip

that somebody might
be trying to heist Imbry.

almost immediately.

The cops on the
beat had seen nothing.

The search continued for Imbry,

but the Untouchables
were not alone.

Theodore Newberry was also
trying to find the same man.

He's alive.

ran him outta town.
