I would tell you, I don't know how that went around,

but several people were saying something like that,

but no, it was just a vacation.

You know, I'm Scottish,

so I wanted to go to Scotland and touch with my roots

and I went to several of the cities there.

It was so beautiful.

Like Moscow.

The architecture was so great.

I'm so jealous of you, I swear.

You want to travel more?

Yeah, maybe I'll do that this year.

Well, you know, it's good to get out and do it now.

So what kind of fun things did you do in Scotland?

I did so much fun things.

I actually got a rental car.

I had to learn how to drive on the other side of the road.

Oh my God, that's crazy.

I couldn't have done it.

I swear, I've been getting in an accident in two seconds.

Every time I tried to make a left turn,

I would end up in the wrong lane no matter what.

Oh, I don't know how you even began to try to do it.

Just the idea that that's something that I have to do

when I go over there makes me not want to go.

So it's good that you're the traveller because it will never be me.

I like the challenge.

It's fun.

Yeah, the experience, the culture of that.

Like there's a whole reason why they drive on the other side of the road anyway.

Yeah, yeah.

But and it's easier to get around.

So they drove to Glasgow from Edinburgh and it was great.

How long was that drive?

About like, I think it was like two hours.

So what's in Glasgow?

Oh man, there's so much stuff there.

It's crazy.

Like just the architecture itself is, it's amazing.

I like walks around.

You can just see like amazing like buildings.

They have a cathedral.

It's, it sounds like a lot of walking.

Yeah.

It's not really my style.

Like when I go on vacation, I just want to relax.

Maybe I want to have a drink by the beach.

I just, I don't want to work.

That sounds like a lot of work.

But the thing is they have those like buses that you can take

and I'll just take you everywhere.

Like I actually took it to the distillery and got to learn

all about the history of how it's made there

and like the different types of stuff.

It was great.

That's awesome.

Definitely worth it.

But the food there.

What's your favorite thing you ate?

Oh my goodness.

I actually did a complete research on the oldest tea room

because they do tea time there.

Yeah.

And oh my goodness.

It was amazing.

So tea time is so elegant and so beautiful

and they have all the different types of teas

and the little sandwiches which are really cute.

I love those little sandwiches.

You know one time Isaiah took me and some of my girlfriends

for a birthday to go have tea.

It was so fun.

Remember it was like me, you and Michelle and Katie.

We all sat around a little table

and they brought out like two trays.

There were like four different layers

and the little sandwiches were my favorite.

And Glasgow they had the actual like little trays as well

and they had the one tray with the sandwiches

and then they had scones and little desserts

and if you wanted to get like really fancy

they had a whole theme.

It was so delicious

and you would think right you look at these little sandwiches

and you're like oh my god this is not going to fill me up.

Right.

So wrong.

You are so wrong because then you drink the tea

you have the desserts.

You like sit there, you talk, you keep eating

and then you're like how did I get full

on little tiny sandwich squares.

And they had so many different types of teas.

It was ridiculous.

I didn't even know what to choose.

What I really loved is that they actually knew the details

of what kind of taste do you want?

Do you like sweets?

Do you want something a little bit more coffee style?

No I've never had that before.

That's so nice.

So the service was good too.

Yeah and they had like these little like sugar cubes

and oh it was and fancy like tea set.

It was so good but I made a new teapot.

That was fun.

I would love to plan a trip.

We were just talking about planning a trip

but I don't know if I want to go to Glasgow

because it sounds like a lot of work.

But like you could go somewhere else.

We were talking about maybe going to Greece.

I think Greece would be amazing.

You know the the blue and the white and the food

and you know just bathing in the sun.

Yes that's what I want.

Somewhere I can go sunbathe on the beach

and not have to worry about anything

and you'll come too so I don't have to worry

about my libido being a problem.

I think it would be amazing.

I know I've been looking into it

and there's you want to go at the right time.

or anything like that.

so it's probably better.

And like you know I don't know do like Greek food.

I would love to be able to go

to like a nice mom and hot shop there.

To heart the small businesses

and really get in tune with the culture there

and I can totally just see us somewhere

walking around ocean,

shopping, good food.

That's what I'm about.

I'm going to get something authentic there

that you can only get there.

Maybe from a small shop as well

to get like an outfit

or like I don't know something

that helps benefit their culture.

I don't know.

I'm so bad.

My problem is I pack too much

and then when I get ready to come home

my suitcases are full

then I have to go buy a whole other suitcase

and it turns into a whole other one.

See that's why you pack a small one inside.

And unless you're insane

like me and have no room for it

because you've packed too much.

I can't even leave my house

without turning the lights on

and off 10,000 times

or the oceans will dry.

I know that as long as nine

I have to be super organized

so everything has to be in this way.

we stayed together.

she folded up my mat

she folded up my blankets

put my clothes away

and then she made the bed

in the hotel room

and then she comes out and she goes

all she wants to do is make her man happy.

You know, and I understand that.

So it's been really good for me to watch and, you know,

relate to and I kind of stopped watching TV.

So I prefer reading now.

So it's been better for you to read and watch.

And I just think it's so over saturated on the TV.

I can't even choose.

It's ridiculous.

You know what I, what I like to do is I'll pick a book to read.

And then I'll listen to the audio book at the same time.

My brain takes the information in better.

I also feel like when they have like the reader and it kind of

like puts the tones of the characters,

it kind of brings them where it's a life.

And having some of those long trips.

It definitely helps me.

I listen to a lot of music too, you know,

and I try sometimes I try to write my little songs and do my own

little thing.

But mostly I've been here.

in this house with all of my hobbies after I've cooked after

I've cleaned, done the laundry, done all the wife stuff.

And it's just like, what else do I do?

Isaiah is home a lot of the time and that's nice.

It can be lonely, but you know, we make do.

I got like these giant potatoes.

I have three of them in the field.

It's insane.

I found out that there's a new kind of potato that's like a

purple sweet potato.

flavor than a regular potato.

They're really good with like broccoli and chicken.

And I like regular potatoes because I like mashed potatoes when

I have like a steak or roast beef or stuff like that.

So, but I've never done the thing that we're doing today where

And so I'm excited to see if we like that or not.

Pastries.

Pastries are the hardest every single time.

Everything has to be very accurate or else,

you burn something or something doesn't rise properly

or you use the wrong jam on somebody's birthday

that he doesn't want in there.

And you feel that forever about it.

But I still love making them.

They're really great.

A pair of pastries are probably my favorite.

Isn't it all about coating it too?

I think the Chinese is the best.

It's very time consuming.

there are a couple more steps than your typical

like chocolate chip cookie,

but it's essentially a cinnamon-based sugar cookie.

it just takes a second to get the dough together

and then the rest of it's really easy.

Because I only know how to make

chocolate chip cookies.

Sometimes the one room that I'm not allowed to go in is

And so I just stay out of there because it's none of my

I love being in the garden.

what's interesting is I can keep anything outside alive.

But if I bring a plant in here,

like the sky's doing well.

And it's because I have to have somebody else come water

them because I forget.

I forget all about them when they're in my house.
