what do you think that is?

- I don't know. Come on, let's go check it out.

Ooh! - Wow!

- It looks like some kind of contest.

- Ladies and gentletrucks,

welcome to the highest and the flyest

competition in town!

To win, these inventors must build

machines that can fly. - Ooh.

- Some will have wings,

some will have rotors,

some will have rocket engines.

But only the machine that flies the highest

will be our champion and win

this beautiful trophy!

It's the Flying Contest!

[cheers and applause]

- Wow! A flying contest!

- Hey, A.J., you're great at building things.

Why don't you make a flying machine for the contest?

- Huh. I've never built a flying machine before.

Okay, yeah. Let's go for it.

My machine is ready to fly.

build a helicopter.

[farts]

If we hurry, we can make it back

before the Flying Contest starts.

- That's right. Nothing's gonna stop us now...

Those look like fire geysers!

I can build something that'll get us

past those fire geysers.

I just need to use the right technology.

to make something new.

- Hmm, to put out those fire balls,

let's build a machine that uses

sonic wave technology.

Sounds make sonic waves,

and with the right sonic waves,

they can push air away from a fire

and make it go out.

- Whoa, that's cool technology.

- Come on, Blaze. Let's get building.

We used technology to make

a sonic fire extinguisher.

[tires screech]

Three fire balls headed our way.

[tires screech] - Quick!

We need to stop 'em with three sonic blasts.

- Look, we've almost made it past the fire geysers.

- Yeah, we just need to put out these last fire balls,

all eight of them.

- Flying Contest, here we come!

- Ha, my flying machine is perfect.

[groans]

- [vocalizing]

- Pickle? You built that all by yourself?

- I sure did.

Wanna give it a try?

I'm definitely gonna win the Flying Contest

now that I've got a jet plane.

- [laughs] Silly Crusher.

I didn't build a jet plane.

both: Hungry crocodiles!

The only way to get rid of hungry crocodiles

is to feed 'em their favorite desserts.

Then, the picture goes to a special printer

that uses ingredients to make it into the real thing.

Lugnuts! We're trapped at the bottom of this hole.

- We sure are. So I guess we'll have to

build a machine that can fly us out of here.

- What kind of machine can do that, A.J.?

- A machine that uses jet propulsion technology.

With jet propulsion, hot gases

get blasted from an engine,

and with a powerful enough blast,

It can push things through the air.

Come on, let's get building!

We used jet propulsion technology

to build a sky surfer.

- Whoo-hoo-hoo! - All right!

- Now, to get out of this hole,

we've gotta fly our sky surfer all the way up there.

- Yeah, we need to fly to a height of 100.
